Good morning, it's about 8 50 in the morning and this is a really cool restaurant giant restaurant Happy crab boiling seafood and bar. It's right on the waters Of seattle look at this place Yeah, a really pretty restaurant and the reason i'm here is because this place just started And all you can eat seafood And it starts believe it or not at nine o'clock in the morning buffet nine o'clock in the morning But thank you so much. Wow, that's beautiful Thank you Wow So check this out. So they have a buffet bar set up We're gonna go check that out in a sec, but this is the made to order stuff blackened wild king salmon King salmon is the good stuff here Steak is included Halibut Crab cakes included check this out unlimited soup dumplings shrimp wontons Noodles, have you ever seen this? On a seafood buffet before the answer is no never been done Never seen it before in the world like the sign said outside. You can get a one mimosa or wine soft drinks included This could be Really really cool. All right. Let's go check out the buffet bar So this is like a asian restaurant, so here we go on the buffet you have cocktail shrimp Of course, this is seattle some dungeness crab. Oh, this is big. Look at this buffet bar This is a big buffet bar Salads fruits, of course desserts here Oh, what is this? Well, this is a sushi station sushi sashimi station it looks like Oh, there's an omelet pasta station here and a sushi section This is almost set up. I guess It's getting set up Oh, yeah crawfish Snow crab mussels salmon short ribs eggs bitty some cream cheese crepe Sausage bacon, let's start Like I already tell you this is a great value for this buffet It's a great value and check this out. This is all sorts of different sauces. They have here because this is a Crab boil they got cajun sauce garlic sauce This is the butter Cajun and garlic Try a little bit of clam chowder, too. This looks like a nice chunky clam chowder Of course i'm the only person here nine o'clock in the morning, why would anyone else be here? This is good clam chowder. Wow, it's really good clam chowder There's steak with shiny pieces of clams inside That's really good Wow All right muscles. I just want to try a little bit see if it's fresh. It's plump dunk it into my cajun boil Wow, okay, this is good. This is good. This is a good buffet That sauce It's more than legit this is awesome awesome Seafood boil sauce like really good seafood boil sauce. Okay, this all looks great freaking short rib Looks nice and juicy and fatty I can't believe i'm gonna be able to get bian bian noodles at nine o'clock in the morning This might be the only place in the world Maybe outside of china you can get bian bian noodles at nine o'clock in the morning That's good short rib cooked over a fire nice and charred Oh, it's so good Here we go. Let's get on with the crab snow crab, which usually costs a pretty penny If you go to one of these cajun boil places It's great especially in the cajun sauce I mean this stuff Oh, the sauce is good. This is great seafood boil sauce Love it, you know, you go to seafood bowl restaurants, you're probably easily dropping 50 60 All you can eat with snow crab Usually snow crab will be a premium this place 90 bucks with snow crab with all the other stuff you're getting Soup dumplings noodles. I'll tell you right now. It's already a good deal. I fully expect that this is gonna get a little messy This is probably the best way to eat some snow crab And the sauce overall it's not very spicy they do have hot oil here if you want to make it more spicy I guess But it tastes really good wow, that's probably one of the most enjoyable cluster of snow crabs i've ever had and My bian bian noodles just got here You can choose between beef pork lamb or vegetable Beef bian bian noodles. This is a good portion of bian bian noodles Wow hand pulled. Okay. This is fresh for sure Freshly pulled bian bian noodles covered in chili some cabbage in here. This smells pretty legit Look at that That's legit bian bian noodles a little vinegar This is a place. This is a brunch buffet that i'm definitely at a disadvantage by coming Um by myself because this is definitely gonna sit in my stomach for a while I'm, not even mad though. It's honestly bian bian noodles for me Same level as a crab I mean this thing is gonna be as legit as anything you find at a xian restaurant in seattle noodle done Let's get to the soup dumplings. Hmm. Wow. Okay attention to detail look at this They bring you over some shredded ginger This is definitely the first time i've ever been to a buffet Where soup dumpling is included and they bring you shredded ginger add some chinese vinegar hot oil this definitely looks like Handmade soup dumplings. This is not store-bought i'm getting here This is truffle soup dumplings I'm, glad they're a little on the smaller side so I can try more flavors but each basket six dumplings quite a bit of dumplings It's really juicy pretty juicy soup dumpling You definitely taste the truffle flavor. It's not bad I say for buffet soup dumplings though. It's pretty good. All right, so I tried the dumplings. I tried the noodle Let's get the wonton And the crab cake next let's go grab more stuff off the buffet Oh, they got something for everybody here biscuits and gravy This is cheesy potato with parmesan and cheddar what Are you kidding me? Roasted bone marrow roasted bone marrow on a buffet seafood fried rice These are pretty good sized crawfish guys white wine clams. These look like manila clams. These look like fresh clams, too Wow Okay, you also have a sausage and corn potatoes if you wanted to go with Um your cajun boil. There's also a rockfish fried fish. You can have some fish and chips if you want Okay this Like here in seattle here in the seattle area. Yeah, this is definitely gonna be fresh You can literally dig these up on the beach outside This mashed potato looks good, too a little bit a little bit fresh These shucked oysters. Are you kidding me? Oysters just a little bit of lemon juice Mm awesome And these definitely look like fresh manila clams Yep They actually might have dug these up outside That's how fresh they taste That's one great thing about this area There's so much seafood that you have access to all sorts of different clams. There's gooey duck There's dungeness crab another seafood lover's dream living here. So this is the seafood fried rice Looks like some salmon cured salmon in here Okay, you know what we gotta do i'm gonna put some bone marrow on the fried rice Roasted bone marrow on seafood fried rice If you ever want to level up your fried rice Trust me add some roasted bone marrow to it. All right great round two Round three some more snow crab and check out the size of this crawfish. It's pretty big size crawfish Suck on the head Usually at seafood boil places crawfish unless you're in like Texas louisiana or somewhere alabama The crawfish is not gonna be great That's pretty good crawfish I think a big portion of my time here It's just gonna be spent dunking snow crab into their cajun sauce Okay, a couple new dishes just came over This is the wonton, this is the shrimp wonton sitting in hot oil Hot it's okay. Yeah, not bad. It's definitely a meaty wonton Crab cake. Ooh Okay This looks like a legit crab cake Oh, this is this looks like like 90% crab That's a really good crab cake this thing is like overwhelmingly more crab than cake Three more things to try On their made to order menu. I'm excited for the steak You can 100% tell That was homemade crab cake. They definitely scraped out the crab meat from the dungeons crab and made that crab cake That was good. Wow. Okay. I just got a bit of great news They had lobster like I think it might have been a promotional thing because they just started this uh this brunch Lobster I'm getting a lobster. That's like the ultimate prize for the brunch gods No way Yeah Thank you No way look like fresh lobsters. Whoa. Yeah. Thank you Wow Are you kidding me? This is best deal ever they brought me two lobsters. This was a live lobster 100% This is not frozen at all fresh freaking lobster all real And the steak looks pretty good, too. Oh my gosh the steak and lobster came at the same time surf and turf on an early morning buffet Lobster is definitely mogging a steak. Is that what the kids are calling nowadays mogging? Mock the steak. Oh, wow This is beautiful juicy looking all the guts included. That's where all the flavor is Oh, man This is freaking crazy guys. Oh some lobster roll in here as well Dunk that in the cajun sauce cajun lobster included in this buffet Fresh lobster, it's so good. It's so sweet. Oh my gosh. It's so good This right here The meat on the back of the head Right here. This is good eating Incredible Look at the size of this tail meat fresh lobster crab oyster buffet at like nine ten o'clock in the morning on a Cloudy seattle day overlooking the sound brunch in seattle does not get better than this right now. Whoa That's a pretty good looking steak like a really tender Really tender looking steak. Yeah, just by cutting this you can tell This is going to be a tender steak It's good steak Juicy tender perfectly cooked steak This is best surf and turf ever like legit it's not a throwaway steak Next made to order dish. It's a seared halibut It's okay simple seared halibut a little on the drier side Last thing from the made to order menu That I haven't tried Is the seared? blackened King salmon, this is wild caught King salmon, and this is a premium fish Yeah, this is good I think from um The entire made to order menu. My favorite thing has got to be the steak. That was an incredibly made cut of steak um Either the steak with a biang biang noodle The biang biang noodle was legit. I was like truly authentic biang biang noodles. The steak was good. The crab cake's good I think those are my three favorite things. I mean king salmon is good Halibut is a little dry and then from the buffet bar itself. Um, the cajun sauce is Awesome overall this place. We've got pretty fresh seafood I mean the thing that pushed all over the top was the lobster. I mean you cannot beat a whole live lobster It's unbeatable this place is starting to fill up i'm gonna hurry up and eat and clear the space for them and uh, Talk outside. All right. I am stuffed overall. That was a phenomenal brunch. I mean, how can you look at this? Look at look at that while you're eating and not feel At least 10% happier. I think overall the food is pretty on point like you come to a seafood brunch place We're mainly here for the seafood. The seafood's good like snow crab's good Dungeness crab came right out of the waters here for sure. Uh, manila clams 100% came from here The oyster's fresh the lobster was definitely fresh that pushed it over the top. So overall $99, um, you get one glass of wine or samosa or a soft drink. I think it's worth it Well, I had like two whole fresh lobsters. It was definitely worth it for me I think even without the lobsters, um, if you're a big fan of oysters There's sushi sashimi all all sorts of different crabs. It's not boring like just crab dip and butter There's actually cajun sauce that you can dunk it in which I highly recommend you do the steak was great The bianbian noodles phenomenal and everything came out really quick not much of a dessert selection But you're like an asian seafood buffet At least for me dessert's not a focus for the seattle area for being on the water The price is fair if you're really into seafood I think you're gonna like this place and even like if the weather is better You could have sat outside a couple people already started to sit outside. You can sit outside. I mean, this is Beautiful you're on the sound eating fresh dungeons crab and clams.
