Lopez Lake Recreation Area Review | Lakeside Camping on the California Central Coast

We stayed at the Lopez Lake Recreation Area for a weekend and found a great family friendly park with lots of amenities and activities.

This lakeside campground on the California Central Coast is only 20 minutes from Pismo Beach, but it feels miles away among the tall oak trees and grassy hills. It has many campsite options, including dry camping, full hookups or cabins, and has a playground, hiking trails, water park and water activities.
