Hey there, Tati here, and today I wanted to share a guided affirmations exercise for
overachievers to help you reprogram your mind if you struggle with difficulty relaxing,
overthinking, and putting a lot of pressure on yourself. Numerous research studies support the
efficacy of positive affirmations in helping to increase self-worth, reduce stress, increase
healthy habits, and improve performance. When you repeat positive affirmations, you are effectively
rewiring your brain and creating new neural pathways that will make it easier for you to
think that way in the future, as well as help you to replace the negative and self-limiting thoughts
that you may currently be having. Sometimes affirmations can feel uncomfortable and that's
okay. The discomfort could mean that this is a message that is hard for you to believe right now,
but through repetition you can come to believe this statement and then embody it. In today's
episode, I will repeat each affirmation twice and then allow you space to repeat it yourself
silently or out loud. I suggest listening to this daily for 30 days to get the most benefit and
rewire your thinking. I am good enough exactly as I am and I don't need to prove it to anyone.
