Hello everyone, today I am talking all about classic fall winter fashion.
I will be showing nine outfits at the end of the video that are styling all the items that I'm
talking about in the video today. First, I want to talk about shoes, a certain pair of shoes,
my Chanel slingbacks, which I love, absolutely love. Of course, the Chanel shoe is expensive,
just like their handbags. So if I know I'm going to be doing a lot of walking around,
say a shopping center here in Naples, I don't want to choose this shoe. Instead,
I choose this one, which looks a lot like it. And that's what I want to talk about.
There are several brands doing lookalikes. This is just one of them. And I will link to several
down below in the description box, those that are available currently.
These are very comfortable. They have a slightly lower heel. As you can see,
they're slightly different. They also have a buckle, where the Chanel slingback doesn't.
But from afar, they give the same look. And that's what I want to show you. I will be
wearing both of these shoes at the end of the video in outfits, so you can see
they're very similar otherwise. These I end up pairing with pants at the end of the video,
and these I end up pairing with a skirt outfit at the end of the video.
So you don't have to spend a lot of money to still get a beautiful classic look
and quality. Also, if you are interested in my jewelry, my earrings are 18 karat yellow gold
and cultured freshwater pearls. My necklace is 18 karat yellow gold, natural mined diamonds,
and Akoya pearls, which are cultured saltwater pearls. Both of these I have a coupon code to
save 15% off. I will put the information here on the screen, as well as down in the description box.
I also wear another necklace in 18 karat yellow gold and cultured freshwater pearls. I will show
it to you here, I think, is where I usually put the photos. This one as well, I have the coupon
code for 15% off, so I will put all the information about them down below in the description box.
Let's start with tops. My first one is this classic white button-up cotton shirt. It is a fitted
shirt. It's not tight, but it's not loose fit because it has darts, as you can see, darts in
the front, darts in the back. I wear this shirt so much. I pair it with jeans and loafers. I've paired
it with shorts by tying it at the waist. I wear it with skirts. It's just a hard-working piece of
classic clothing in my wardrobe. They bring this exact top back every year, so I will link to it
down below. However, I'm showing another top today that looks very similar but isn't. It is
a popover style. Let me put this down a moment so I can show you this. It has dolman sleeves, so the
sleeves are much more generous. Popover, meaning I put it over my head because there are no buttons.
The reason I love this top is because it's very dramatic, but this is still classic. The dolman
sleeve top has been around for decades in classic fashion. I show both of these in outfits at the end
of the video, and Goelia, this one is from Goelia, is sponsoring this video. They are also offering
two coupon codes. I will put the details down below here on the screen as well as in the
description box under the video as well as pinned to the top of comments and also on my blog. I'll
put all the links to everything in all of those locations. How would I put a secondary piece over
them? That's where it's a little bit different. I can do any sort of a second piece over this.
It can be a slimmer cardigan or a thick cardigan or pullover. This one, because it is a more relaxed
fit, I tend to put a thicker cardigan or a thicker sweater like a crew neck or v-neck sweater over it.
Also, perhaps a little bit more relaxed fit to accommodate the relaxed fit of the shirt. My next
top is also cotton or cotton blend. Actually, all the cotton tops are cotton blend. This is just such
a gorgeous top to pair with v-neck cardigans, with blazers, because of the ruffle being exactly where
the v will go on the cardigan and on your blazer. Surprisingly though, this looks beautiful with a
crew neck cardigan. And the crew neck is the rounded neck cardigan that comes up higher.
So it comes up like this. So if you were to button it, it would only show the ruffle this much.
And even if you wear it open, it shows just this much ruffle and the cardigan pretty much hides
the rest. It looks beautiful because it has this ruffle peeking up above the top of the cardigan.
So I love this shirt actually even with a pullover crew neck sweater. It has just a hint
of ruffle, just enough to make it very feminine. My next top is mulberry silk. It is a dolman sleeve
in a short sleeve with cuffs, button front. And what's lovely, the detail is beautiful. This is
Goelia again, is the detail on the placket. It is a covered placket, meaning you cannot see the buttons.
This blouse easily pairs with shorts, jeans, or a dressy skirt, dressy trousers. Simple to style.
Just throw a blazer over your shoulders or wear a blazer or a cardigan. It has a gorgeous size
of collar so you can pop it up and it's not too dramatic, but it looks cute. Or wear it down.
Looks wonderful under a crew neck pullover with just the collar peeking out like that.
The next top I want to show you is the one I'm wearing. It is mulberry silk from Goelia,
ruffle neck. Oh my gosh, I just think this is the prettiest, prettiest blouse. It has full sleeves.
The sleeves are more sheer than the bodice so you don't have to worry about what you're wearing
underneath. I've worn this several times already. I wore it to lunch just a few days ago. As I said,
the weather is quite warm so this was perfect. It is a looser fit. I love the elasticized wrist
because you can pull it up and it will stay up if you wish to. I also love how it creates this soft,
gathered, almost ruffle-like sleeve. It's just so feminine. You can tie it low in a bow as I have
done here to show jewelry. Or you can tie it up at the neck. Or you can wear the ties down loose,
just hanging. It's very bohemian, very casual. It's easy to style this top. You can wear it with
jeans and sandals in the summer or with loafers in the fall. Throw on a cardigan or a blazer.
This is beautiful for softening the look of a masculine blazer because of all the ruffle
detailing. My next item is a skirt. I would describe this as a pencil skirt, but what I love
is it's not a skin-tight pencil skirt. It goes straight down rather than hugging your knees,
which makes it hard to walk and hard to breathe. This one isn't that way. In fact,
it has an elasticized back. It comes with a belt. I believe this is faux leather, but it has
lots of holes on it so it's easy to fit, as you can see. Are these pockets real? I forgot to check.
No, I believe those are faux pockets on the front. None on the back. Has darts. If you are starting
to see lots of weather up north, if you have lots of rain and snow, pair this with boots. Looks
gorgeous. You can wear it with a cardigan. You can wear it with a pullover sweater or a blazer.
You can wear it with a longer blazer or a crop blazer. This next skirt I was so excited to get
because it looked so fun online, but you never know if it's going to fit. Well, I ended up really
loving the way it looks in person. This is faux leather. It is an A-line skirt, but it is full.
It is definitely a full skirt. I believe it's a little bit elasticized. Yes, it is. I got a 4.
I did not size down on that skirt. I'm so happy because I do like the way it fits. I would say
choose your typical size in this skirt. I think it's beautiful. I think it looks like real leather
up close even. It is a simple skirt consisting of panels, as you can see, all the way around.
And they create a very elongating effect because you see these lines going down,
so it brings your eye down your body. Just a beautiful skirt. I can't wait for you to see
this one also at the end of the video because I think it's so cute. I love this elasticized.
It's so comfortable, but it also has a zipper on the side, so it's easy to get into. My next item
is another skirt, but very different. This is a houndstooth full skirt fitted at the waist.
I sized, how did I size in this one? I chose a size 2, so I sized down. It comes with a tie that
you can choose to use or not. It is a removable tie in the same fabric. I did it in a bow.
What makes this so special is it has pleats across the belly, but then they open up below your belly
and widen and create this gorgeous flowing skirt. Here and there are gold metallic threads
that creates the most beautiful effect. You can pair this with a white button-up shirt or with
a silk ruffle shirt like the one I'm wearing. That would be beautiful. It also would look
gorgeous with a black cashmere pullover crew neck tee. Next, I want to show you these trousers.
These are beautiful. These are gray worsted wool fitted at the waist. They have pleats, but again
the pleating is smooth, flat over the belly, and they open up below the belly so they don't add
bulk. They have faux pockets on the back. This is the belt that it comes with. It is a faux leather
belt. Because they're fitted at the waist, it gives a very elongating look to the leg, which I need
because my height is in my torso and my legs are short for my torso, so wearing a pant like this
I feel makes my legs look longer, which I love. Beautiful pair of pants, and when the weather is
chilly, there's nothing like having a cozy pair of wool pants. The next pair of pants also are from
Goelia, faux leather. This was another pair that I crossed my fingers that they would fit and I would
like the way they looked on me, and I love them. They're so much fun. These are wide leg. Were they
elasticized? Yes, they have an elasticized back. You really can't tell once you have them on.
They do have belt loops, zip front. They have pockets on the front, real pockets on the back.
If you want a dressy look, then pair these pants with this blouse and high-heeled black pumps.
Gorgeous. For a casual look, pair this with a white pima cotton t-shirt and black loafers. These
pants look great with chunky cardigans, chunky pullover sweaters. My next item is a sweater. This
is a cardigan. This is the coziest fuzzy sweater. I'm not sure what the material is. I will put it
on the screen. It is a blend. I love cropped cardigans, especially with shift dresses. A shift
dress is a dress that goes straight down and doesn't nip in in the waist. Well, a cropped cardigan
creates the illusion of a waist because it stops or it's cropped right where your waist would be,
so it's elongating. It makes you look like you have long legs underneath that dress,
even if you're like me and you do not have long legs. It has gold buttons. These have
beautiful detailing. It's rope detailing around the outside of the button and basket weave inside.
It's just so warm and fuzzy and soft against the skin. You can wear this by itself buttoned up.
It just feels so cozy on. Or you can pair it over a camisole, wear it on your shoulders. My next
item is this gorgeous gray wool tweed cardigan from Goelia. I got it in the size small, so I did
size up for length. This is a beautiful, beautiful sweater. Oh my goodness gracious, it is so soft.
Whatever the combination is of wool and whatever else, it makes it beautiful against the skin. I
will put it on the screen what it is made from. It has tiny sequins here and there dotted,
and I believe they're silver sequins, tiny. The buttons are silver detailed. Here it is up close.
Look at that sparkle. This looks gorgeous dressed up or down. I love it with black and with ivory,
but you can wear this with jeans, dark wash jeans. Gorgeous again with loafers or ballet flats or
boots. Just because it has these sequins does not mean I would not wear this during the day,
definitely. The next item I want to show you is this jacket from Goelia. It has a removable
silky collar. This is in an accrue or ivory color. As I said, you can remove this. It has
gold buttons, but these are more of a champagne gold with detailing. It has faux pockets in the
chest area, faux pockets down below. Here it is on the back. I don't know if you can see it,
but it has teeny tiny black sequins here and there, and it has metallic black thread running
through it, which in real life gives it a slight shimmer here and there, but it's so understated.
It's lovely. You can easily wear this during the day, but of course at night as well.
You can choose to leave the collar on or remove it. You can wear just the jacket with the collar
or just the jacket without the collar or wear something underneath. This would look beautiful
paired over this blouse without the collar. What makes this wonderful is for the price of the
It's a midi length, mid calf or just above mid calf on me. It is a side zip. Let me show you.
It does have a side zip. There are no pockets, so it's slim fitting, but flares out to an A,
so it's easy to fit you if you have hips or if you don't have hips. This is just such a
set to have. I can mix and match these with other items. Now, if you can't envision wearing this
as a set, then think about it as separates. You're getting a set for the price of a jacket.
It's such a great price, but you can get so many different looks out of it. As I said,
take off the collar and you have a very simple jacket. In fact, let me show you what it looks
like. I ordered the wrong size initially. I ordered extra. What did I do initially? Initially,
I thought it was okay to go to an extra small because I thought the skirt flared out. I would
be all right. No, it was too tight, so I did need to order the small, right? This is a small. I think
yes, the small ended up fitting me the best in terms of the skirt and the jacket.
Here's what it looks like without the collar. See, completely different looking. So, think of
wearing just this with jeans and boots. This will look fantastic. Black cashmere roll neck or
turtleneck sweater underneath. Dark wash jeans or black jeans and black boots.
So pretty. You could wear this for evening or for daytime. The skirt, pair the skirt with a black
chunky pullover sweater and boots. My next item I want to show you is a coat. This is a trench.
It is in a camel color. It is 100% wool and it is the lightest wool. It's so lovely. So, when you
want a light covering, the weather is chilly, but not so chilly that you want a thick, thick coat.
This is perfect. As the weather starts getting colder, then you wear chunky sweaters and wool
pants and you still wear this until it gets so cold you need your puffy coats or your thick
wool coats. This has no buttons running up the front. It is just open, but it does have a belt.
I'll show you here. What's so nice is because it doesn't have any buttons, you can tie it as
loosely or as tightly as you wish. You can wear it open like this or tied. You can wear it over
your shoulders. This looks gorgeous with slim pants and boots. It looks gorgeous with jeans.
Of course, it looks beautiful with dressy trousers. Can you imagine grace trousers, a black cashmere
sweater, and this draped over your shoulders? Beautiful. So, that is all of my items. Coming up
next, I will show you everything styled in nine outfits. I will have links to all the items down
below in the description box. Thank you so much for watching my video, and I will talk to you
in my next one. Bye.
