6 30 a.m. sausage fly. They were in the sand and I hitchhiked and it's freezing and I'm in this open
vehicle. It's 40 degrees. I'm with the rangers and people keep getting stuck in the sand. Check this
out. Sausage fly. That's an oryx. An oryx. That's an oryx and that's an alex. This is truly desert.
I mean check it out. There's nothing around.
Can you see anything?
The Namibian desert. Blasting across the Namibian desert at 100 kilometers an hour.
Roads are good. On our way to South Africa. I'm kind of excited. This is the road between
Kiedmanshoep and the border. So I'm a hundred miles in and it's just this grassland
and straight long roads that have just recently been paved.
My back tire is square anyways. Check out this road.
Alex what are you doing? What? I mean that's the Thai flag.
Made in Thailand. Well it's tied down at least. All right off you go.
Bye Alex. So everything's apart here. We got everything apart. I did most of it.
Fuel pump seems to be working. Air filter looks like someone took a s**t in it but we're hopeful
that Alex can attach his hose to the nipple and it'll squirt. Isn't that what you're doing? I'm
honestly didn't expect that to do anything. It squirted. Turn it off and turn on again. I want
to squirt again. Alex's motorcycle. First attempt to start it. Action. Just go. I can't wait anymore.
You're welcome. I'm glad I was able to fix your bike for you.
You're fixed. Let's get on the road. There's the flux capacitor. I couldn't wake up to a bit of
sound. Pulled it all to pieces. There you go. Put it all back together again.
I told you you're gonna get it fixed. Yeah well it was... I thought it was that.
Three cheers for the queen. Hip hip hooray.
South Africa. South Africa. Hello. Good how are you? Welcome to South Africa.
Last border. South Africa.
Made it to South Africa. Came over a hill and everything just turned green instantly. Check this
out. So I had another bustage. I'm here in Cape Town. You can see Table Mountain is over
had to take the bike apart. So other side broke. The other side of this frame broke.
You see it? And this is where I had the other side welded.
Well we both guessed that this one would hold up but it lasted for no time. This snapped. Why not
when you have the welder out? Welded. So I've fallen on this like a thousand times
and it finally broke. Anyways there's the bike all taken apart and I'm here.
Weld number one.
Don't go for my neck. That's gotta be with water in.
And she's fixed. Check her out. This is what the world should have looked like
when we started. Bushweld. Goodweld. Actually both Goodweld. We went past the southernmost point
so now we're on the southern southwesternmost point but we found another shipwreck. Where'd it
go? Where'd it go? There it is. It's right there. Oh there's the bike. Let's go find the southernmost
point. Alex and I are playing a little game called just the tip just for a second just to
see how it feels to be at the bottom of South Africa. Here it is. Alex is taking pictures for other people.
Alex you're saying goodbye. You probably can't hear it. It's windy. Bye bye. So Alexander is uh
he's gonna be riding to Cape Town to go and drop off his bike to get shipped because he uh
the queen has called him for duty. He's a strange guy. I hate goodbyes.
The last time we said goodbye your your bike was in the back of a truck.
Now it's gonna be in the back of a plane. Enjoy the rest of your time. I shall. This is like
arguably the last time you're gonna throw your leg over your bike in Africa. You'll probably
have to piss a few times on the way. Bye Alex. Bye. And there he goes. Another rowdy body.
you
