New River Gorge Motorcycle Adventure

all right so I just left camp it was a pretty decent campsite last night not one of my best sites as you can see it's just kind of an open lot but it's pretty good I slept good it did get a little wet last night it's been raining the last few days so my gear was all wet my tent was wet so I had to hang out around camp for a while drying everything out but basically right now I'm heading over to the newest National Park the most recent addition to the park system and that is New River Gorge in West Virginia never been there so we're gonna go check it out and see how it is I think I got a little mud on my tires apparently it's really beautiful I was talking to a friend that's been there and he said holds out I've been getting drizzles on and rained on for the past three days really getting old hopefully the rain holds out today it was supposed to be when I checked the weather was supposed to be nice today just cloudy so hopefully that's all it is but it does look it's a pretty black cloud over me right now looks like it could be rain so hopefully not all right it's starting to rain on me just a little bit it looks like I'm gonna be out of it pretty soon but I am gonna stop and grab a coffee I had coffee around camp but it just wasn't quite enough I'm still feeling a little sluggish so I'm gonna stop at this gas station up here and get coffee before I head into the park yeah it's like every time I see blue sky and I think I'm in the clear there's a black cloud around I guess I'll go in the Visitor Center and see what there is to check out in the park maybe get a map bridge overlook sounds pretty cool I'll have to check sleep tonight I found a paid campground that has laundry services and I really need to do laundry so I'm gonna splurge it was 30 bucks for the night I can get honestly just wasn't that exciting I can't see spending $30 to stay in basically like a gravel lot there was no shade it was all RVs there were no other tents it just wasn't really that great so I'm gonna go ahead and figure out another different place to stay hopefully with laundry but if not I can always go to a laundromat tomorrow basically the main thing right now is that I got to find somewhere to sleep I still got plenty of daylight left so I have time to be a little bit picky so I'm gonna get on my phone and see what I can find sounds like primitive camping right on a lake so that's pretty intriguing I'm gonna head over there and see what it looks like hopefully this looks good I think I might have time to seek out one more campsite after this if well I just saw a bear so I think I'm gonna backtrack I don't think I'm gonna be camping out here I don't think I'll get very good sleep having seen that I know they're in the area but it's just hard to sleep good at night when you know for sure they're really in the area so I'm gonna head on back out of here and figure something else out all right so I was looking for another campsite and I decided just to check and see how much the hotels were in this area and they're actually it was so cheap it was almost as cheap as the campsite was gonna be so I decided to just get a motel I'm pretty close to it now so I'm gonna go ahead and wrap this video up here unfortunately I didn't get to camp tonight but I'm sure I will tomorrow anyways I hope you enjoyed this video thanks for watching and I'll see in the next one while I sit behind this dump truck boy that smells good all right guys thanks for watching I'll see in the next one
