The stunning Hawaii estate where Justin Bieber once lived in 2015 has just been sold for
$6.25 million.
The famous mansion is one of the most popular among celebrities, boasting views of a 240-foot
waterfall as well as a sports stadium with seating for 450 people.
The sleek, modern-built home is surrounded by lush greenery and offers an aquatic center,
a two-story water slide, and much more.
Justin Bieber might be known as a family man these days, being married to Hailey Bieber
and now with the welcoming of their first child together, a son, Jack Blues Bieber.
However, in the past, Justin enjoyed some wild and extravagant vacations at some of
the most stunning destinations.
Over the past decade, Justin has spared no expense when it came to his vacation rentals.
One of his most memorable trips was to the spectacular waterfalling estate in Hawaii
in 2016, where he arrived with six bikini-clad models, including then-girlfriend Sahara Rae.
This is the home that sold recently, and back when Justin was staying there to party, he
was shelling out $10,000 per night.
The epic Hawaii mansion is perched on a cliff with a waterfall plunging into the sea, while
additional luxury services like helicopter tours and personalized pampering can be added
to the package should you choose to stay here.
And that's far from Justin's only luxury vacation home.
Around the same time, Bieber spent a week at a nearly 18,000-square-foot celeb-favorite
home in Park City, Utah, which also served as a winter retreat for stars like Taylor
Swift, Larry King, and Ashton Kutcher.
From beach getaways to mountain retreats and European escapes, Justin's always made luxury
a priority.
He and Hailey rented their honeymoon house at Toluca Lake in Los Angeles for $100,000
a month, which was later listed for $8.5 million.
Justin also treated his father and family to a group vacation at an oceanfront compound
in Barbados, costing $250,000 a week.
And there are rumors that he also spent $375K to book a three-week beach home in the Hamptons
during recent summers.
While all that travel is enough to make anyone envious, let's take a deeper look at this
famous Hawaii home.
The Hawaii home where Justin briefly lived in 2015, more memorably bringing his entourage
including six bikini models, has sold for $6.25 million after sitting on the market
for two years.
Known as the Waterfalling Estate, it's reported that Justin also hired a pilot to fly his
squad around the island at the time.
The cliffside property offers stunning views, lush greenery, and modern architecture, while
inside, you'll find 5 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and two 3rd floor master suites with private
lanai's.
Aside from Bieber, actor Dwayne The Rock Johnson also vacationed at the property.
The mansion's name comes from its breathtaking location perched on a cliff overlooking the
ocean, as well as views of a private 240-foot waterfall.
The home has also appeared in popular TV shows like Love Island and X on the Beach, and it's
easy to see why.
The main living area, which includes a chef's kitchen and a spacious dining area, offers
amazing waterfall and ocean views from its patio.
On the aquatic level, you'll find two guest suites, a games room, media area, two whirlpools,
a sauna, shower, and an outdoor kitchen and dining space.
Additional amenities include a four-car garage, a helipad, and a 1.36-acre parcel that's
part of the property.
The buyer of this Hawaii mansion wasn't a celebrity or a well-known property investor,
but a company, ReUpliving, and they plan to renovate and restore it to its former glory
before putting it back on the market.
Built in 2005, the mansion sits on the windward side of the big island, perched on a cliff
with stunning ocean views.
In fact, each of the five bedrooms offer a view of the waterfall, too.
The estate is an entertainer's dream, featuring an Olympic-sized pool complete with a two-story
waterslide and a 20-foot high dive.
There's also a nine-hole golf course, a tennis stadium with room for 450 people, and
even a driveway designed for go-kart racing.
The pool, hot tubs, and tennis stadium have already been restored, and ReUpliving will
offer future buyers the option to expand the golf course to 18 holes.
ReUpliving has hired the estate's original architect-builder, Scott Watson, to bring
the property back to its initial design.
Most of the renovation focuses on removing some updates, such as painted over hardwood
ceilings and restoring Watson's original vision.
Once the work is completed next April, the estate will go back on the market.
What's likely to attract buyers is not just the property's luxury features, but its
location.
It maintains the charm of the immediate area sitting on eight acres where the jungle meets
the ocean.
At the same time, the property is also conveniently located within a 20-minute drive of Hilo
and its airport, making it appealing to both jet-setters and those who want access to modern
amenities without losing the island's serene charm.
The big island offers an abundance of activities and entertainment, from stunning beaches like
Waikiki and Waipio, to hiking in the Hilo Forest Preserves or Akaka Falls Estate Park.
Other adventures include ziplining over Kolekole Falls, exploring Volcano National Park, whale
watching, jungle treks, farmer's markets, world-class fishing, and unforgettable sunsets.
The small town Ninol, where this epic Hawaiian retreat is located, has a deep history that
left a lasting impact on the island.
Ninol's history stretches back to ancient times when Polynesian settlers first landed
on Hawaii's shores.
These early inhabitants recognized the area's fertile soil and plenty of natural resources,
making it an ideal location for agriculture, so farming soon was the staple.
The late 19th century brought a major shift to the area as sugar plantations were established
in the region and marked a time of economic expansion and development for the town.
Today, Ninol remains a close-knit community that definitely takes pride in its rich heritage.
After looking at the Hawaii Estate where Justin Bieber briefly called home, we can see that
the property's rich Hollywood history, stunning design, and serene location make it a unique
and sought-after destination.
With plans for its restoration underway after being sold, the waterfalling estate is sure
to continue captivating those seeking an exclusive retreat in Hawaii.
That'll wrap up today's house tour.
