The 12th area of Kali is likely the most neglected area of training in Filipino Martial Arts. This area includes fitness, health and wellness. Here are 7 exercises I think all Kali practitioners should be doing on a weekly basis. If you're just starting out or getting back into the swing of things a good goal to aim for is between 6-10 reps of each exercise completing 2 to 3 sets. This should take only about 15-30 minutes 2 to 3 times per week. It ain't much but it will be extremely beneficial!
