In fact, while Rupert was making bank from Harry Potter, he invested in property with his earnings.
At the age of 24, he reached a property portfolio of $12.9 million. With the help of his dad,
Grint set up his own property company and the star's entire property portfolio,
plus all of the properties that Rupert has managed to invest, including a barn that's
$5.8 million country estate into six new homes. The British star has a net worth of $50 million.
Now, while Grint gained worldwide fame and fortune for Ron Weasley in a Harry Potter film series,
he landed the role by creating a video of rapping about how he wanted to play Ron Weasley
and sent it to the film's casting team. I really want to see Weasley spit some of his bars.
Fun fact, as a kid, one of Grint's childhood dreams was to be an ice cream man. So,
after years of hard work and making bank, he took the plunge and purchased an ice cream
truck of his very own. Not his most luxurious purchase, but still pretty cool if you ask me.
Back in 2007, Grint ranked number 16 on a list of the top 20 earners under age 25. Plus,
he is one of the highest grossing actors worldwide. He earned $4 million for 2007
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. He then earned $30 million for Deathly Hallows
parts 1 and 2 combined. Grint eventually went on to earn at least $70 million from
Harry Potter-based salaries alone. After starting his own property company called
Evil Plan Properties with his dad, Grint also purchased a $4.4 million home nearby for his
parents, Nigel and Joanne, that features a potting green and a lake. Additionally, Grint and his
father are the co-owners of a $550,000 house, which they renovated to now rent out. What a
The $7.5 million English Mansion was built in the 18th century and is rather secluded. The
lavish property comes complete with 22.5 acres of ground, massive gardens, a paddock and even
its own lake. Not a bad life when you can forget about your troubles in your very own lake.
When guests arrive, they'll venture up a long tree-lined driveway after pulling in from the
road. Upon entering the massive entrance hall, guests have an abundance of choices,
including a drawing room, a sitting room or even a family room to relax in downstairs.
The drawing room comes complete with wood floors and unique antiques that give off a classy vibe.
In fact, the property itself gives a very classical ambiance,
which may require a tad bit of modernization. The fancy abode also includes a large kitchen
with larder and even a wine store in a cellar below, perfect for guests that fancy a chardonnay
or in case Rupert wants to have a little Harry Potter reunion. This massive compound is split
over three floors and on the first, there's a master bedroom with separate dressing room
and en-suite. The impressive dwelling has two further bedrooms and en-suites on the first floor.
On the top floor, there are three more bedrooms and they all have their own en-suites and dressing
rooms. Now, when talking about cool features inside this enchanting mansion, Rupert does
not disappoint. This home comes complete with its very own private home theater, which is perfect
for binging movie marathons. I mean, that is if you wanted to do a Harry Potter movie marathon.
The grand property has an indoor jacuzzi leisure center and gym for those who want to pump a little
iron. After working hard, guests can play hard in the games room or lounge around all day in the
luxurious inside pool that comes complete with mosaic tiles and white columns. Probably the
most glamorous feature is that once you venture outside, guests have the options of taking a walk
through the massive gardens or visit the Rupert's Lake. The beautiful backyard comes complete with
a walled garden, mature landscape gardens and box hedge paths and a pond to stroll around. Now, if
one pool wasn't enough, outside there's a second pool located next to a Grecian pavilion where
guests can change. If you want to work on your tennis game, you are in luck as Rupert also has
his very own flood lit tennis court. For those that get the opportunity to visit the
grand residence can do so in either his guest house or two guest cottages. The semi-detached
cottages have two bedrooms, a sitting room, kitchen and bathroom. I mean, the mansion has
two cottages. What else could somebody ask for if they're looking for a weekend getaway? I just
don't know. If the mansion or cottages didn't do it for you, there's also a barn in the grounds
of the one bedroom staff flat located above it as well. Now, as impressive as this dig sounds,
it's far from the only property that Grint owns. Grint also purchased a $4.4 million home nearby
for his parents that comes complete with its very own putting green and a lake. Man,
those Grints really love the water, eh? Additionally, Grint and his father are the
co-owners for a $550,000 house which they renovated and now rent out. Rupert has also
recently added $10.6 million worth of homes to his portfolio, a portfolio which has grown to $24
million. With the help of mom and dad, Ron Weasley is quickly becoming a property tycoon,
building his real estate empire which he named Evil Planned Properties. Now, after building the
impressive property portfolio worth an estimated $24 million by buying up houses close to his
childhood home, including a townhouse, they turned into a boutique hotel. Grint has recently made
plans to transform a barn on his country estate into six new homes. After already owning a number
of homes across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, Grint has recently applied for planning permission
to convert a barn in the grounds of his sprawling Kempton Grange estate into six family homes.
Earlier this year, he bought a $500,000 house in Hitchen, as well as two neighboring houses
in Lutton for $1.5 million. Another of Rupert's property firms is Clay 10 Limited and is worth
a whopping $20 million, which is already up $3 million compared from 2018. This means Rupert
made a staggering €58,000 a week from this lucrative property portfolio. The former storage
barn will be turned into six environmentally friendly three-bedroom homes, with a green
living roof made of a layer of plants that absorb rainwater, provides insulation, and creates wildlife
habitat. Alright, so I think I'll bring this house tour to an end here. We got to take a look at
Rupert Grint's massive home in Hertfordshire, which is its own lake and his own real estate portfolio
that continues to dominate. After seeing that fancy little house he snagged, what do you guys
think? Was it everything you guys expected out of Ron Weasley? Personally, I thought the guest
cottages were like the most fire. Like, you got two guest cottages, fam? That's crazy. Out of
Rupert Grint's features, which were your fave? You guys can even go ahead and rate them in the
