Revolutionary Farm Technology for Efficient Grass Harvesting

However, to harvest such a massive amount of grass in a short period of time, there are two main steps involved. First, the harvest machine unfolds its two front platforms. Once fully extended, they stretch up to 10 meters in length. The machine then drives through the grass field, cutting it as it goes. Thanks to advanced farm technology, the harvesting platform cuts the grass close to the roots without damaging them, preserving the field for future harvests and ensuring the farmer can maintain high quality pastures. Above the cutting platform, there are two conveyor belts that gather the harvested grass and move it to one side of the machine. The grass is then collected into neat piles, which makes the next step, the collection process, much easier. In addition to moving the grass to one side, another version of the machine can pile the grass in the middle. Both methods are equally efficient when it comes to the overall harvesting process. Once the harvesting is done, the collection process begins. At first glance, the collection truck may look like an ordinary vehicle, but it is actually equipped with a modern collection system beneath it. A roller covered with steel spikes is lowered to the ground, and the farmer simply drives over the piles of grass. The constantly rotating spikes sweep the grass into the machine. Using advanced technology, such as the wave roller system, the collected grass is smoothly transported to the back of the truck. As the truck moves along the rows of harvested grass, large amounts of grass are gathered and stored in the truck's container. When the truck is full, the farmer drives it to the livestock barn, where they open the back panel and release a massive pile of fresh grass all at once, which is then evenly distributed to the livestock. Finally, when all the grass has been delivered to the cattle, the farmer continues with their daily work, ensuring that the livestock have plenty of nutritious food to grow healthy and strong.
