Archaeologists opening up a 5x1 metre trench in an attempt to uncover what is possibly an ancient Acadian house, that was burnt down some time around 1755 during the great Acadian Deportation. These are the ancestors of the Cajuns from Louisiana. British forces fortified this area so as to imprison and forcefully move the Acadians all over the world.
