here for let me give you a little background about the channel about myself about our relationship here when nav began to channel absolute motivation Z began to join his team and was once Batman Robin thing and then here it is the nickname that had been given to me is Superman I joined the team and became a voice to other voices now the only thing I want to do is not just be a voice but I want to Echo your voice I want to give you hope when you feel like things aren't going right in your life where can you turn and find motivation who can you talk to who can you find go and say Hey listen I need something so that I can I can overcome I need to grab somewhere where I can be a part of a community we've developed one if you want to learn how to become a professional speaker you want to sharpen your skill set learn how to do the things that you were born feel like I'm called to speak I want to encourage people I want to do it fulltime it's not about going after the money I got to start there most people see an advertisement learn to be a six-figure speaker I don't want you to be a six-figure speaker I want you to be an unlimited speaker I want you to be able to learn the the course of time and what it takes to be able to connect with people speak into their lives connect with them because when you start to serve people people start to come back back to you and the more the people come your way the more the people come to support you the more it changes everything you see there is absolutely no way for you to reach the top in this field with the idea that you just want money people aren't looking to give paychecks people are looking for someone to invest in what I've done is I've placed the QR code right here now all you got to do is just click on it take your me if you have that I want to be able to get that out to the world fact speaking about being an author I started uh last year traveling speaking around the world it was never even a thing that I dreamed of I didn't know how that would come to be I just know that every situation I walked into I was going to be authentic I was going to show up as James Dixon not an imitation of any other speaker not an imitation of anyone else I didn't have any cute sayings I only had the things that mattered to me and the more that I begin to share them the more that I begin to pour out what was within me the more began to change the world around me I'm thinking back to growing up and I want to share something about my pathway that I think will help you when I was a kid one of the biggest struggles I had was seeking validation and accept acceptance partly because of where I was in my own insecurities but another part of that was because I'm an amputee I lost my right leg as a child if you want to hear more about the story of how that happened I'm not going to tell it here but it is on the the broadcast we have it's 58 minutes long from last Thursday today is my birthday and the gift that I'm giving myself is the ability to service you if you've ever struggled with validation and we're looking for somebody to tell you you're enough and all those things I'm just going to go ahead and declare it you are you've been enough you were born enough everything that you've ever needed to become great you were already born with it you just needed a platform to display it so that someone else would end up saying it because they saw it I'm looking for teammates people that would walk in this field with me that will speak authentically into the lives and hearts of others people that are not focused on what I get out of something but what Can I Give if you can contribute if you can make an impact then you can be a part of this thing I want to be able to be a part with people that I can go to war with and help people find peace in their lives suicide is so high because people start to feel hopelessness I need those hope givers I need people who are so dedicated to provide hope that you are willing to change the world with hope when naan is team came together we started to partner and we said this is about motivation that moves you motivation that moves you from dark areas of life into the light for everyone that has been struggling with self-esteem and everyone who's been wondering how do I take my business to the next level it doesn't matter whether you're trying to get your Fitness on par and go to the next level whatever your goals are it happens better when we're together if we can get to the point where you not looking for outside validation but if you can get insulated with a community that begins to believe in you speak over you talk life about you and encourage you to do great things that I'm telling you that's available to you this is one of the biggest things that I could ever give you is that you are enough and that what I'm telling you now is that I need those speakers to rise up and have a voice that hasn't echoed of someone else I need original voices with original work that are willing to put in the time so that somebody else can find out that their life doesn't have to be thrown away there's a moment in I think it's probably the most pivotal moment I've had in my speaking career it was a moment when someone was asking me why do I do what I do because that will change when you first start off he like as long as I changeed one life then it' be enough and that's no but there's going to be a time where you're going to have to not not only want to touch more than one life but it needs to be I want to touch a thousand lives than a million lives than a Billion Lives because the one life that you needed to change if that was your goal was your own even your perspective I need you to start writing down dreams dream of what you can be my birthday wish is this is that you would find your goal your passion your purpose and that you would live it out loud I spent too many years being quiet and sitting on the shelf wondering when and if when and if as if there were some kind of bookins inside of and all the chapters of your life are supposed to sit within it if this happens I'll do that when this happens I'll do that skip if and when knock those columns down stand up and say I came to perform now now is my time not next month not next year not in 10 years right freaking now is when I was born for greatness right here and now is when I'm going to chase after it I've sat too long on the sideline sitting on the bench wondering when do I get in the game coach stop waiting on the coach to put you in the game and step into the game right now speak up and say I'm here to deliver I Stand and Deliver where I go I will speak and I will be authentic and wherever I drove I believe that God has gifted me enough that I will blow up any place you put me in I'm not intimidated by any other speaker that's the mindset you have to be you have to have that mindset that you're not looking to be validated but that you are valid enough that what you have to say needs to be heard and if you ever can get there you can get here with the opportunity to speak to the rest of the world at one time absolute motivation is one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world and when people come on they begin to hear us and we get to speak in their lives and become a cheerleader in their lives telling them you can keep going you can get up from every fall you can get up from every bankruptcy you can get up from every break relationship it is from here that we'll take time and be able to bring best-selling authors and people get in the game with teammates no one can do it alone there were times when I was learning to walk I was getting out of a wheelchair and I can remember dreaming of one day playing sports playing basketball one day wearing a jersey and having a number the unique thing about joining a team is that you do get a Jersey there's that team doesn't have just about individuals and you hear people say there is no I in team that's not true there's an me in there you don't lose your individuality because you join a team you just change your individuality and you allow the authentic you to show up the sacrificial you the the one that's willing to work with others the one that's willing to challenge others somebody's got to be a leader and somebody's got to step in into the role and realize that I don't have to do it alone there's somebody that's got my six they got my back there's somebody to my left and the right of me and they're willing to to stand with me when I go against everything and I'm saying to each and every one of you you are some of the most talented people but we have to do it as a team we can accomplish more together we're better together we're better whenever we're connected to one another like a chain with links we go out and we lock down opportunities man I never thought that I could go from a factory floor speaking to people to being able to become the number four speaker in the world and the only reason I don't have number one is because I haven't stood on stage with those guys yet for people to call that I didn't try to become the best speaker in the world I became the best speaker for the world the difference is is when you become the best for the world you will become the best in the world I'm continually evolving developing there's never been a time where I've taken a stage and got up and simply said look at me no I got up here and say in spite of me in spite of the mistakes I've made in spite of the setbacks the addiction issues the education limitations in spite of every limiting factor of my life here I am and I'm saying the same thing about you whatever your limits are take those limits off take the guard rails off drop the training wheels join in get in the game because you are needed some of you are the most most skilled talented people who have a word inside of you that can change the world but the only thing that has to be separated from you and that is what you used to be in his limiting thoughts take the limits off and become abundant in your mindset I am gifted I am wonderfully made I am called to do something in front of a mirror and you start telling yourself I am going to be great today is going to be wonderful and you've ever found that not working let me tell you why it doesn't work is because your conscience goes off the reputation you built with yourself it reminds you of the things that you didn't do when you said you would have done when there was a New Year's resolution you said I'll never again smoke I'm going to lose weight I'm going to do that and every time you threw away those goals you set up a reputation with yourself and your conscience that said you can't be trusted and so in order to take an affirmation and make it affirm here's how you do it stop speaking about what you will be and that you are not today you start speaking about the things you can do I can do all things through Christ I can do all things now I can become great that is a fact I can become phenomenal you can even speak in third person as if it's God over your life or someone you love or your grandmother whoever that has always encouraged you my grandmother always said I can be great if I only dedicate myself speak those type of affirmations from others over you Echo that stuff until your subconscious uh accepts it and says it's absolutely true man I've been watching you guys and seeing your comments and all and I'm thanking you for your contributions and for your words I'm going to be bringing on Live Events here live people that you've been waiting to hear from I'm talking about world renowned speakers and we'll come on we'll have this time we'll talk and you'll have a chance to calling in a gifting there is room for you the world doesn't need you to mimic imitate anyone else you are enough as is it's just about polishing the skill set and being willing to go to the next level with it I don't have a prepared speech in coming on here to talk with you I just have a passion and purpose in talking to you and telling you that M motivation will not be enough it's got to be an absolute Integrity thing it's got to be an absolute thing that I'm born for and I'm not willing to throw in the towel in my lifetime as a speaker in my goals and my aspirations I probably met three people that I've said these people are shoe WIS one's a woman one's other guys or two guys that have learned and met and said their skill sets are so unique if only the problem is they've got to be willing to get out of their own way and connect but some of you have been hurt so many times with so many other people that you won't even trust the process you end up eliminating yourself from situations and opportunities all because of some fears or misunderstandings of things that you didn't comprehend and I'm telling you you've got to have such steadfastness dedication to this that neither hell nor high water can cause you to move away from what is meant for you I'm telling you get out of your own way and step into the light so that others can see that somebody else survived the
