The perfect timing here from Kapaji because she understands that the line is pretty high so she can slip it early in the right seam, leads Ford into space. Then Ford can't do enough to get it on target. Good recovery from Lucy Braun to just get shoulder to shoulder. Offset Caitlin Ford just slightly. Six or so passes completed by Arsenal. Short, but successful. Now they go long with Kuni Kroos. Not it down. Russo tried to pounce on it. Bright had to get it back to goal. But Moussavich, a mistake there. It was spilled and then Ford, Moussavich recovered. Ball still in a dangerous spot. Will try to slip it over. This would have been the difference maker. Alessia Russo pressuring Moussavich. And she just gives it right back to her. But look at how quickly she went out, pressured the ball. Didn't even hesitate. One second follows the ball here. Sees that it has an awkward spin. And this is unfortunate because Russo is so good in these situations determining what the right option is here. She opts to go for a shot. But as this play gets broken up, it's Katie Reid, who did a really good job in the first game against Washington Spirit, has stepped in and is the difference maker on this play. I think the right choice there for Russo. Into the box it comes, cleared by Bjorn. Off Baltimore's touch. Baltimore again, off a block, she'll pick it up. Oh, what a touch. Yeah, it turned over, though. Russo, into the box, took the shot. And that's over the bar. It's a really good pressure from Marshall. Look at all the numbers around the ball. And then Kuhl can go with one touch into Russo. I love that Russo just gets she recognizes when she gets that little half a yard. Well, in America, we call it yards, that little bit of space there away from the defender where she can get her shot off. This one going up and over the net line. Reuter goes back to goal to Zinsberger. Regina Little. Look at this for Russo. But off her line was Hampton sought all the way. Caldante in this team is going to be really fun for Arsenal fans. That little touch she has to set up little. Who finds the ball through played four minutes of stoppage, it's turned over. Chelsea will get to it. That is going to do it. Chelsea gets the win. A narrow victory. It was one nothing final score. And really good showing for both of these teams. I think they should be happy with where their teams are at in this early preseason. It was it had a little bit of a Derby fixture to it. Right. Some chippiness in moments. But most of it was each of these teams trying to figure out who they're going to be this season. Incorporating some new players. We get to see Baltimore score the lone goal. Really exciting talent for this Chelsea squad. But then on the Arsenal side, Caldante showing off to in the second half, what she's going to be as a new inclusion in for the Gunners. Saw some exciting subs who may be starters by the time the season comes along. Caldante was certainly one of those who made an impact in the game in the second half. Baltimore made an impact in the second half as well. Both of these teams star studded lineups. We talked about it before. Difficult decisions for coaches. They may loan out some young players that could play for anyone else. But we'll see. They have plenty of time to come that way.
