Tour This Adorable Furnished Tiny House with Loft & Minisplit! 🏡✨

so today we are introducing you to our tiny home that we are putting up for sale um here's the exterior of the home it's a combination of wood um and then metal siding as well you can get up close a little bit here and you'll see some areas just to note it's kind of a rustic look but you'll see we've got the wormwood effect to it we are protecting the exterior with a clear coat um staying here so it is all clear this is the natural color um but it's just something to take a look at it's got the dark Hardware on it and we did put uh just a little ramp in front of it so people could get up and get through there I'm coming around this side so you can see what's going on in here it's not running right now but just so you can see all the way up [Music] this is a tiny house on Wheels so it is mobile um and uh we do have it currently running on a 50 amp right now but it probably should be 100 uh you could probably go up to a 200 if you wanted to but just depends upon what you have at your site I'm just going to walk around the exterior so you can kind of see there that's the window over the kitchen sink always nice to be able to have a view as you look out got some panels on the side here at the bottom just so you can access your wheels and everything and this does uh work like an RV or a travel trailer where you can connect to your septic or your water uh your electric of course um to get that power and here we have the exterior panel where we have the little mini water tank and electric you'll see some pictures about that as well well here's the little window um and fan area for the uh tiny bathroom so it does have a shower in there and it has a regular toilet in there not a compostable one um but you could put something in there if you wanted and back around to the front so this is the exterior into the tiny home a little bit of a gray day here but uh you can see we're just going to enter the tiny home through the front door it's got a great light on the outside keeping with the style it's got some great flooring easy care easy wear now these two um are chairs that have multiple positions so you can put the backs up you can leave them down and they certainly roll out at the bottom and you can have two uh twin beds with those the table in the middle actually is a nautical table so it fully comes out you just attach the pole and you attach the pop top of it and you can have uh uh put the beds together if you want to do that or leave them separate got a great window and here you see our temperature controls and if I lift up you'll see we have a bhi mini split up at the top it's great being up there cuz the Loft keeps nice and cool in the summer and nice and warm uh in the winter um here's the front door again and as I turn around you can see great view out the window but we do have a TV inside here as well as the steps that go up to the loft can see a view of all of the flooring and then just we have a couple shelves up here we have a nice cook top that we put in it does not have a full oven or anything like that but this is an induction cook toop um so you can do all your cooking there it will come with the refrigerator already in place you can see it has a microwave and someone was kind enough in our Airbnb to leave us an air fryer so we're going to leave that in here you can see the shelves above obviously has a great light chandelier in the center and the ceiling you can see here we go ceiling fan but it's all nice and wooded all the way across there are some lights up in the Loft you'll see one over there but let me give you a tour other underneath the stairs it's very open we left it open here on purpose we weren't really um sure what we were going to do with it right now we just have a couple items stored there you could put a little um fold down shelf in there for a little working area if you wanted you could put a bar railing up on the top there's a light here but you could put a bar railing you could have a closet here if you wanted to and then heading over here this is going to be the bathroom and just to let you know this is a a Barn Door slider so this is what it looks like when that is closed so we have a barn door slider and that opens up into didn't open it fully but um this opens up into the bathroom has a corner shower and of course a great sink and under syn storage the corner shower itself you'll see I just roll these closed and then I roll this one closed and that's how it closes in the center enough for a shower but it does not have a bathtub uh base to it but you can see this is how it looks up on top we have a nice uh frosted window here if you will um but you can open it up there is a fan in here I can turn the fan on you'll here it get a little noisy we continued the ceiling in here all wood and then a couple shelves for all your towels Linens all of that kind of stuff it is a regular toilet this is a regular toilet so think of this as being one that you can use exactly like an RV or exactly like a travel trailer it is um on a trailer base it is on Wheels so um you just connect it as if you would um in an RV park to their septic to their electric or you can of course create your own back to the closet again the flooring everything really really consistent put a little bit of storage up here you could do something with the steps if you wanted we just left it open visually uh making it appealing and I'm going to take you up to The Loft The Loft area has a queen siiz bed right now it's this is what it's looking like couple things to know here we do have uh ceiling lighting up here in two areas so there's enough light if you want to read at night if you want to work on your laptop those kinds of things and as far as Outlets go there's an outlet on each side of the bed so if you need to plug in your cell phones if you need to plug in your computers you're able to do that do some charging and again I just turned on the lights so you can see more than enough light there is a nice view window from here and we often times at least in our neighborhood see wildlife out there um but uh it's a great view from a loft position and I'll turn it around so
