New-Home Sales Jump: Highest Since May 2023

"NEWS ALERT! In July, sales unexpectedly surged and supply fell. The number of new homes for sale in the United States fell to a six-month low in July. This is quite the reversal because in June it was at a 16-year high!

Sales of new single-family homes in the nation crushed expectations as it surged to the highest levels since May 2023.
