How did I manage to stay in shape and not get fat while traveling and enjoying food?
Actually, it's because I completely solved the problem of my mouth.
In the past, no matter how much I controlled my diet and exercised,
I still couldn't lose weight successfully.
At that time, all I could think about was eating.
I always wanted to fill my emptiness by eating.
But now, through psychology and philosophy,
I have completely changed myself.
I don't have to worry about my mouth and stay in shape easily.
So I want to take you through this video course
to help you get rid of the problem of your mouth
and start a new life
so that you won't be troubled by diet and food anymore.
Welcome to the ultimate way to solve the problem of your mouth.
In 30 days, I will help you restart your life.
There are five chapters in this series of videos.
There will be some exercises in each chapter.
So if you can't finish it in one day,
you can divide it into two, three, four or five days.
It's okay. No problem.
Let's officially start the first chapter today.
Here, I have summarized seven factors
that will lead to the problem of our mouth
and the problem of food addiction
when we want to eat all the time.
If you have watched my previous videos on diet and psychology,
you should remember that there is a saying that
seeing is half of healing.
When we want to solve the problem of our mouth,
we must know
what is the cause of our mouth.
Only when we find out the cause of this problem,
can we consciously change the current life situation
to solve the root of this problem.
So now let's figure out
what kind of food addiction you are.
The first factor is our physiological factor.
This is related to our blood sugar fluctuation.
That is to say,
when we eat a lot of high-calorie food,
it will easily cause our blood sugar to rise and fall rapidly.
As the low blood sugar comes,
it will trigger our desire and desire for food.
And this is a vicious cycle.
That is to say,
when you eat a lot of high-calorie food every day,
and your blood sugar fluctuates constantly,
it will cause you to want to eat more.
So you can check
if you eat a lot of high-calorie food every day,
such as high-salt, high-fat and high-salt food.
The second factor is the habit factor.
That is to say,
when we have long-term eating habits,
we may have to eat certain foods
at a certain time or in a certain scene.
And we have such a habit of relying on eating.
For example,
I have a very obvious time period
when I rely on eating,
which is breakfast.
Because I saw a lot of social media accounts a long time ago,
and some bloggers told me
that people must eat breakfast.
Including my dad,
he told me that
the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning
is to eat breakfast.
In this process,
I kind of ignored my own instinct to eat.
Because even if I was hungry in the morning,
I thought
the first thing I did when I woke up in the morning was to eat breakfast.
So this led me to want to eat
as soon as I got up in the morning.
Sometimes I found that
I didn't have such a good appetite,
but I just couldn't help it.
I just wanted to eat.
And now I have adjusted myself back
to my own instinct.
That is to say,
sometimes I find that
I'm really not that hungry in the morning.
I may get up at eight o'clock
and eat breakfast at about ten o'clock.
And this is a state where I feel
more comfortable in my body.
And I will be more comfortable and happy
Because I found that
when I didn't have such a good appetite,
I just ate.
And I was not happy to eat.
The third factor is the impact of interpersonal relationships.
That is to say,
when we eat with others,
it is easy for us to unconsciously
get close to other people's eating habits.
For example,
when I have a party,
I may observe how much others eat.
If I think this person around me eats a lot,
I will also eat a little more subconsciously.
And the problem with such a situation is that
if we often go out for a meal,
or when we go on a trip,
we are easily influenced by others.
I will feel that
since everyone is eating so happily,
I will eat more food
regardless of my stomach's sense of satiety.
And the fourth factor
is environmental impact.
And this includes
some advertisements we are in contact with every day,
as well as the environment around us.
We are surrounded by a lot of unhealthy food.
And food ads often use
eye-catching ways
to promote more high-calorie foods
to increase the temptation of our community.
And in our surrounding environment,
it is easier to get unhealthy food.
For example, when we go shopping
or go to the mall,
in fact, most of the time,
what we see every day
around us
is unhealthy food
more than healthy food.
And unhealthy food is cheaper,
which increases the frequency of high-calorie food we eat.
Here, I want to add a little more.
If you are not willing to spend money
to buy some healthy food,
for example,
I want to buy a chicken sausage now.
And if it is a processed chicken sausage,
it has a lot of starch,
and then it has some preservatives.
But this sausage
may only sell for 10 yuan.
And another chicken sausage
is more of a sausage
made from chicken itself.
So its price will be more expensive.
It may cost 20 yuan.
But it is more like
round food, healthy food.
And at this time,
if you choose
a cheaper food,
you may think
I want to save money,
so I eat this cheaper food.
But when you think about this problem,
you must look at it
from a long-term perspective.
That is to say,
if you eat a lot of unhealthy food
, you may not see any changes in 1 or 2 years.
But 3 years, 5 years, 10 years later,
it will affect you
not only because of your fat,
but also because of your gastrointestinal problems,
your skin, your appearance,
and the aging of your body.
It will lead to more and more
health problems.
So if you have some gastrointestinal diseases
or hypertension,
high blood sugar,
and other health problems,
you will need to spend more money
to see a doctor.
And seeing a doctor is not the point.
The point is that
you will waste a lot of
precious time in your life.
Think about it.
If you are old,
you can use a healthy body
to enjoy life,
but you need to spend a lot of time
to see a doctor.
If you can't move on the bed,
what kind of life do you want to choose?
So when everyone makes
this kind of food decision,
you must extend this dimension.
Don't face your food choice
The fifth factor
is stress eating.
Stress eating
can be divided into
short-term stress
and long-term stress.
Short-term stress
means that
some sudden situations in our life
such as
it suddenly rained today,
which caused my schedule to change.
Then I may feel a little impatient.
Or I get stuck in traffic when I go to work.
Or I am late for school.
These seemingly small problems
will also cause our mood
to produce a kind of
relatively short-term stress emotion.
And these short-term
and acute pressures
don't seem to be a big problem.
But this is a problem
that we often ignore.
That is,
if we don't know how to
deal with these short-term pressures,
when it slowly accumulates
and gets bigger and bigger,
it will become a big problem
in our life.
Because our emotions
have never been able to be released.
We have always felt
unhappiness, anxiety,
or this kind of stress emotion.
It will make us
suddenly collapse at a certain moment.
So in the following video,
I will also teach you
how to deal with these pressures.
And the second
slow-down pressure we are going to talk about
is that in our current life,
we may encounter some problems
that cannot be solved
and exist for a long time.
Maybe it will come from
your family, friends,
and some conflicts with your partner.
You can't solve the problems
It will keep appearing
in your life.
Or your current career,
your studies,
you need to deal with it for a long time.
And these are our long-term pressures.
And everyone should know that
in fact, stress is the cause
of our skin damage,
which is the cause of
the continuous secretion of stress hormones.
This is a big reason
that causes our appetite to increase
and increase our desire to eat.
And the American Psychological Association,
APA, has a survey.
About one-fourth of the weight gain
and fattening
is actually related to our stress.
Sixth, emotional stagnation.
Emotional stagnation means
that
there is a sense of emptiness
We have a kind of
indescribable depression
that we don't know where it comes from.
Or there is a kind of
feeling that
our heart is a little stuffy.
And when we feel
this kind of unbearable emotion,
where does it come from?
We will divert our attention
through eating.
Because we want to avoid
and suppress these
unmanageable emotional feelings.
And this kind of emotional stagnation
actually has three main reasons
that cause us to have this kind of emotion.
The first one is
a problem with our current relationship.
We may want to
get some people's approval.
Maybe it's our teacher,
our friends,
or our parents.
We want to be recognized by others.
If we are living
in a state where we are not recognized,
we may have some inferiority complex.
We are very likely to
have some
unconfirmed inferiority complex in our hearts.
The second one is psychological relationship.
And this may come from
our parents,
our other half,
our partner,
or our very close
friends.
If in your current life,
no one can
listen to your troubles,
no one can support you,
no one affirms you,
believes you,
and loves you,
our hearts are in a state of lack of love.
In a state of lack of this kind of
psychological relationship,
it will also lead to
emotional stagnation.
The third is
our sense of control over life.
This may come from
our studies,
work,
and our personal growth.
And personal growth
includes our own
personal learning,
personal improvement,
and some of our interests and hobbies.
And this part means that
if we don't have
a direction in life,
if we don't have a goal to move forward,
if we have nothing to do every day,
we may just swipe our phone,
which will lead to
a great sense of emptiness in our hearts.
Because we have no direction,
it will also lead to
an emotional stagnation.
The seventh and last factor
is trauma experience stagnation.
And this means that
if you once
had some very tragic
or painful experiences in your childhood,
maybe you were sexually assaulted in your childhood.
And this experience
will affect
our cardiovascular system,
our immune system,
and our nervous system.
This may increase
the risk of severe mental illness.
And this reason
will lead to
that we want to fill
through eating
constantly.
The second type may be rare,
which is PTSD,
post-traumatic stress disorder.
This may occur
in some retired soldiers.
They may also
increase the risk of diabetes.
And the above seven factors
will lead to
the main seven factors
of your mouth and food addiction.
So now,
I'll give you five minutes.
Please write down
and correspond
which factors
will lead to
some problems with your mouth now.
We have already found
the reason why
we have a mouth itch.
Now let's find out
what is the truth
Because here,
many people have a mystery.
That is to say,
most people think
if we want something,
it is because we like it.
That is to say,
we always think
we want to eat
because we like it.
But in fact,
wanting does not mean liking.
So what exactly is wanting?
What is liking?
Let me give you an example here.
You will understand better.
Like me,
for coffee,
I just want to drink.
But that doesn't mean I like to drink.
That is to say,
drinking a cup of coffee every morning
is because I want to do this.
It's not that I like to drink.
Because drinking coffee
is actually for me,
I don't get happiness and satisfaction
I just think drinking coffee
will bring me energy.
So I want to do this thing.
So wanting means
we are attracted
to certain things.
So we will have
these emotions of expectation and desire.
And these emotions of wanting
are actually related to
the multiple secretions of our brain.
And we subconsciously
want to desire this thing.
And liking
is a very subjective thing.
It is that we generate
some pleasure
and some happiness and satisfaction from within.
For example,
when I see my YouTube
constantly growing,
I do something
that makes me feel
very accomplished.
Or I go to learn taekwondo
and I make progress.
In this process,
I constantly want to learn
and constantly want to improve.
It brings me
the happiness and happiness
And this is what I really like to do.
So here,
some of you may think
no,
I think I'm very happy
and satisfied when I eat.
So here,
we need to know a fact.
That is to say,
food for humans
and all living things
is actually just a necessary condition
And it's not something we like.
Because eating
is a multiple secretion of the brain
that attracts us to food.
So we want to enjoy
the pleasure brought by food.
That is to say,
we have to eat
If you have a lot of activities,
you have a lot of work,
you exercise more every day,
you may have to eat more than three meals a day.
So if you don't exercise much,
maybe you don't need
so much food.
You may have enough
for two meals a day.
So this is
the meaning of maintaining our survival.
On this basis,
when we go to eat the food we like,
we feel satisfied.
Then we will stop.
We will know to stop when we are full.
Because we eat to survive.
But if you are not
in this state,
but you have turned the food
into wanting to fill your emotional problems,
wanting to satisfy the seven factors
affecting you to eat more and more.
This behavior
is already caused by
the control of dopamine.
The more you eat,
the more you just want to eat.
But it's not that you like to eat.
Because everyone has to figure out one thing.
If you eat more than
what your body needs to eat,
you keep eating more and more.
Then you may be fat.
Or the more you eat, the less healthy you are.
Then you will find that
in the end,
what leads you to eat
is not what you like.
Because you eat too much,
you will have anxiety,
self-pity,
self-blame,
these negative emotions.
So here I will give you
one more example
to make you better understand
the theory I just said.
That is to say,
scientists have done an experiment
about rooting monkeys.
Then they locked the monkeys
in a cage.
Outside the cage,
they put a light.
As soon as the light turns on,
there will be food.
At first,
scientists found that
as soon as the light turns on,
there will be food.
Then the dopamine in the monkey's brain
will secrete a lot.
It will feel very excited,
happy and happy.
But after a while,
scientists
extended the time
when the light turns on and the food appears.
That is to say,
at first,
there will be food as soon as the light turns on.
But later,
there will be food
after a minute.
But here,
there is a very wonderful discovery.
The dopamine in the monkey
is not the moment when the food enters the mouth,
but when the light turns on.
That is to say,
even if there is no food when the light turns on,
the monkey will also produce
that kind of pleasure and happiness
and this kind of excited feeling.
So the real happiness and pleasure
that makes the monkey feel like eating
does not come from the food,
but from the light.
And all of this
is a chain reaction.
So to sum up this part,
I hope everyone can understand that
eating is actually just to
meet the needs of human survival.
So if you want to solve the problem of mouth growth,
you have to realize that
eating is just to maintain my survival
and provide me with energy.
There is no need to do anything else.
Because eating is just eating.
Because I'm hungry,
I need energy to eat.
It's not to satisfy
some of my emotional problems
or the troubles in my life,
or to fill my anxiety,
anxiety, boredom,
or any other feeling.
So we have to realize one thing,
that is,
eating is because
I am controlled by the dopamine in my brain,
so I want to eat.
But that doesn't mean I like to eat.
Because maybe after I eat
more than what my body needs,
I will feel very inferior.
I am very arrogant,
I will regret
because I eat too much,
I eat too much,
I am not comfortable.
I don't feel happy and satisfied
So what we have to do is
find something that really makes you feel happy
and happy.
So the next step
is the third step that we are going to talk about,
that is,
find a way to really solve
our food addiction
and mouth ulcer.
What is the logic of
Because as long as you understand
this matter,
you will find that
you can solve
everything in your life
that you think is addictive.
In our life,
there are many things
that are addictive.
That is,
we smoke,
eat,
play games on the Internet,
etc.
All the behaviors of this series
are actually addictive.
So we need to know
that this series of addictive behaviors
is actually just to avoid
our emotions
or a way to numb ourselves.
And its essence
is because we have some needs in our hearts
that it is not satisfied.
So we want to fill our hearts
with emptiness through these behaviors.
Then you will find
that in your life,
if you find a thin person
or a person who has a very fulfilling
and happy life,
he doesn't have these addictive problems at all.
Because he finds
the center of his life.
And this is what we really need to find
to solve the root of your mouth ulcer
and the problem of your food addiction.
That is,
you must build a new behavior
that you like and can stick to.
So now I'm going to share with you
what we need to do
if we want to solve some of these addictive problems.
The method I'm going to share with you
is from the founder of Tesla,
a methodology mentioned by Musk.
Let's take a look at this water bottle.
Let's assume
that the inside of this water bottle
is full of grease.
It's very, very dirty.
So if you want to
clean this water bottle,
what do you think is the most effective way?
There are two ways here.
The first way is
to rub it with our hands
and keep rinsing it with water.
The second way is
to add a cleaner
and clean it.
I believe that if you have tried to use water
or you keep rubbing it with your hands,
you will find that
you may have cleaned the grease
for more than 20 minutes.
But as long as you add a new cleaner
to this water bottle,
you will find that
you can solve this problem in a minute.
So this example tells us
that the key to solving problems
is not directly confronting problems,
but to find the root of the problem
and solve the problem from the source.
And if we want to lose weight
and solve the problem of mouth grease,
it's not to pay attention to our original bad habits,
but to think about
how we can add detergents,
which is our new habit.
This means that
if we want to solve the problem of mouth grease
and want to lose weight successfully,
we will put a lot of energy
on losing weight,
on food.
How do I eat?
How do I exercise?
Then what we think about every day
is to eat, eat, eat,
eat calories and weight loss.
So this will cause us to
repeat this thing over and over again.
You will find that no matter how you cut it,
you are still reversing and re-cutting,
or you can't maintain it after you cut it.
In fact, I think it is a very mysterious thing here.
I don't know if you have heard of it.
That is to say,
the more you want to get something,
the more you can't get it.
If when losing weight
becomes your whole world,
the only thing in your world,
the only focus of your world,
you will find that
you can't stand it at all.
So if you can
shift your current life center
to another new habit,
another thing,
you will find that
you want to lose weight
is a very easy thing.
Because I am a very,
very good example.
Because after this year,
I started to give up on losing weight.
Instead, it was because after I gave up on losing weight,
I can keep my current body shape.
Even if I don't control the calories
I didn't calculate what I ate every day.
I didn't care
how I ate.
Anyway, I was very casual
in the process of enjoying this trip.
I didn't gain weight at all.
Because I'm used to eating now.
I'm really full.
Then I won't be very gluttonous.
Eat a lot more than I need to eat.
And I did what we just said.
Eating is just to maintain my survival instinct.
So my body won't
become my burden because of eating.
And I won't gain weight.
When I put my focus on my life,
other things,
my work, my studies,
some of my personal growth,
and my travel,
I will become less important to eating.
So everyone must develop
such a thinking pattern.
That is, when you face
the bad habits you want to change,
or when you have some bad behaviors,
what you should pay attention to
is not how to get rid of this bad habit,
but how to add in
good habits.
This means that
we have to change
our way of life
and our way of thinking.
Then we can
get rid of
our bad habits.
