Hello, hello! This is Mina and I am back with some amazing, easy, and quick to make overnight oat
recipes. We've got seven really fun flavors to go through using ingredients that you most likely
already have sitting around your kitchen. This first recipe is for these chocolate and salted
pretzel flavored overnight oats. I really, really like this one. It's one of my favorites in this
Inside a jar, place rolled oats, ground flax seeds, unsweetened cacao powder, some hemp seeds if you
like, some yogurt, either some vanilla flavored or just plain soy, a bit of oat milk, and that's it.
Once you've mixed this thoroughly, this goes in the fridge overnight. And then the following
morning, I would recommend to add some sort of store-bought plant-based Nutella. I quickly warmed
mine up in a small pot for like a minute or two to make it a bit more spreadable. Last but not
least, of course, you have to add some salty pretzels on top. There you go. This is perfect
for those of you who like the idea of overnight oats, but the texture is something you can't quite
get behind. And so throwing a crunchy topping into the mix really helps, but just make sure
to add them right before serving. Otherwise, they will get soggy. Next up, we have these super
satisfying protein cookie dough oats. For this recipe, I like to first toast the oats in a
nonstick skillet without oil for about five minutes until lightly golden brown. Transfer the oats to
your jar. Add a pinch of salt, some vanilla, some cinnamon, optionally some protein powder,
some hemp seeds, cashew butter or almond butter, vanilla yogurt, a milk of choice, and either some
chia, flax, or psyllium husk seeds. And last but not least, throw in some chocolate chips or cacao
nibs if you prefer. You can also do both. I bet cacao nibs and chocolate chips, that's something
to think about. Yeah, usually I like to add extra toppings in the morning, but honestly here I don't
think that's necessary. I only added a little bit of extra oat milk and that was it. This is so so good.
Keeping up with the dessert theme, we've got salted caramel oats. Next, the night before,
you mix together rolled oats, a pinch of salt, some ground flax seeds, a plant-based milk of choice,
a plant-based yogurt of choice, and some vanilla, and a little bit of sweetener.
This is my basic go-to overnight oats formula. The caramel part comes in the following morning,
so the next day I'm chopping up some apple.
And you can go with any fruit that you like. And then for the caramel, you simply combine
cashew butter, maple syrup, a little bit of miso paste. Also make sure to adjust the
consistency with hot water and also feel free to add in some vanilla.
And then add that to your oats and you're good to go. Let's move on to some matcha latte oats.
First, put together a shot of matcha by combining a teaspoon of matcha powder with about a fourth
of a cup of hot water. And then using a little matcha whisk, gonna mix that up, moving the whisk
diagonally like so to prevent clumps from forming. Then to the matcha shot, I'm adding oat milk,
some vanilla, and some maple syrup. Although I could have mixed everything up inside the jar.
Also add the oats, some chia or flax or psyllium husk seeds, the milk mixture,
and a little bit of yogurt. And then that's it. Put this into the fridge overnight.
The next morning, I simply just added some raspberries, and then eventually I also added
some soy yogurt and just so much maple syrup because I was taking photos.
Some of you over on Instagram asked me to do tiramisu flavored overnight oats.
The night before, mix together the following. Black coffee, plant milk, maple syrup, vanilla,
oats. By the way, I would highly recommend toasting the oats before you add them to the jar.
Also add salt and chia or flax seeds or psyllium husk. Sometimes I like to add
a small handful of chocolate chips as well as a bit of yogurt. Don't mind me making dinner here
by the way. This was some steamed pak choi with udon noodles, some teriyaki-esque sauce,
and the crispy tofu chunks that I make all the time. This was very good.
Back to the oats. The next morning, I'm adding some plain yogurt. I went a little crazy with it.
Yeah. And then I topped that off with cacao powder and then served it up. This was such a nice
breakfast. Okay, up next are these cherry almond tart oats. I love these so much. Place some frozen
cherries inside a small to medium saucepan together with some cornstarch, water, maple syrup.
Bring everything up to a quick simmer and then allow this to cook for two to three minutes
or until nicely thickened. Meanwhile, inside a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the oat base.
Rolled oats, salt, ground almonds, oat milk, seeds of your choosing, a bit of vanilla yogurt. Feel
free to add some almond extract and a type of sweetener that you like. I'm adding the cherry
pot first here before adding the overnight oat mixture. And then this goes into the fridge
overnight. For some added crunch, I would recommend to add some granola or some chopped almonds in the
morning. But yeah, enjoy. All right, so this last and final recipe does actually not include oats.
Maybe some of you don't like oats. There's a good chance that those people are not watching anymore.
But for those of you who want to try something different, here I am recreating the couscous
cinnamon date breakfast from my ebook, Why Not Vegan. This book turns six years in a month,
which is crazy. And so I decided to put this book on sale for six euros. So in case you haven't
gotten it yet, now's a good time to do so. I will only have the sale on for about a month.
So yeah, link is down below. I still love this book so much. It has almost 60 recipes in there,
lots and lots of colorful photography, and it's designed in a way where you can click around the
book really easily. All right, let's get to the recipe though. Mix together some dried couscous,
some salt, some cinnamon, and ground flax seeds or chia seeds. Pour hot boiling water on top and
let this sit and soak for six to ten, or until the water has been fully absorbed by the couscous.
In the meantime, chop up some dates. And then once the couscous is nice and fluffy, you can
add those dates in, followed by some vanilla and some sweetener of choice, and some oat milk.
Technically, you can serve this right away or seal it, put it in the fridge overnight,
and have it ready to eat or to take with you the next morning.
I would recommend that you add some fresh fruit before serving though, or again, some yogurt.
That is all the recipes I have for today. Thank you so much for watching. I'm so happy to be back
on YouTube. I went to the Eros tour a few weeks ago and got really sick from that. The only meal
that I felt like I had the energy to prepare was overnight oats, which is how the idea for this
video was spawned. So, um, there you go. What else is new? Um, I'm gonna go see Lana in concert next
week. Which that, I am not, I am not ready for that yet. That's about it. That's all the news
I have. I was sick and I'm gonna go to another concert and hopefully not get sick at that one.
Follow me on Instagram if you haven't yet for mildly funny story content. Sometimes there's
recipe inspiration. It's mostly just music recommendations though. Thank you for listening
to me ramble. I hope you have a good rest of your day or night and I will see you soon. Bye!
