Hello,
who are you?
My name is
Victoria. I'm from Belarus. I'm from
Japan. I've
only been to the Japan Memorial. I've
been to Japan for about two weeks, but this is my first time for a long time. It's also my
first time in Shiga Prefecture, so
once.
[Music]
Yes, you've come to my hometown, which is very rural,
so I'd like to talk to you, but it's a
little boring to do that just yet, so
as a hospitality, I'll
make you some Japanese food and talk while we eat it.
I think it's nice to have Tarana,
but it's vivid. I'll
call Kent over and we'll get to know each other at a poop training school.
Let's get on with it.
Today's natto pasta.
[Laughs] It's my
first time, but I don't know if it's
hospitality or not.
But anyway, let's make it together. Let's do our
best. Are you
eating natto?
Butter is interesting.
[Music] I don't mind natto
anymore. There are a lot of people who don't like it at all. [
Music]
[Music] That's weird. Hey, hey. [Music] [Music] You
might get angry. But I'll let you go for a bit. I
think I'm good at it.
[Music]
[Laughter]
[Music] I hear you
came to Japan for the
first time. I
first learned about Japan for the first time in a world history class, and
learned about the culture. I wanted to find out more about it.At
first, it seemed like there was no history.I
studied there for about 2 years,
so how many years have I been studying Japanese in total? It's still
difficult.Kanji is
difficult, but it's classy.As expected, I work at a
company where there are a lot of people who don't like slurpin. You can see people
wrapping their heads
around Japan. How many years have you spent in Japan? Your
Japanese is so good that it's hard to believe that you'll only live there for one year.
[Laughs] After
living in Japan for a year,
I can't imagine what Japan is like. It was even better.I didn't think it was that much.I
imagined that it
was good. The people were really kind and nice.Even
before I came here,
I thought that they were kind. But there
was a time when I was so lost. At that time, I
asked someone I didn't know for directions, and he
went out of his way to look it up on the internet and send me the directions on Google Maps.On
the other hand, Japan has a
weather gap,
like winter, where it's
very hot and
cold in Japan. I don't know what I thought about Japan before I came,
but it's actually quite easy to spend time in. [Music] The first time I came to Japan, I came at the beginning of May, and it was a really
easy place to spend time in.
When I got off the plane, I was like, oh, I've been
to Osaka, but I've also
been to Tokyo for about a year. Teru Yatama
[Music]
What's the difference between Osaka and Tokyo
? Well,
patent people are
busier, like on the train or that time. But if you make a mistake like this, you'll be
swallowed up, and
everyone is so fast. Osaka is different.
No,
Osaka is a little more relaxing.
Then, in Osaka, I'm already busy with preparations. It's
too rural.
[Laughter]
[Music]
Eat, eat, and see if it's
really delicious. I
didn't think spaghetti would go so well with Matt.
Well then, let's go to Belarus and Japan. What's the most different culture?
[Music]
Bye bye, how long have you been spending your time? I
'm surprised. First,
tell me what Japanese culture you like and what you don't like.
[Music]
Architecture-kun, Japan is the only culture
in Japan. It's often people from overseas. People say they like
cherry blossoms, etc.
[Music]
There are only a few parks, but
compared to Japan, there are very few.
[Music] Let's take the things
I don't like.
I've grown to hate Japan.
[Music]
Japanese companies I've never worked in Japan, but I
've heard a lot of things from my friends, and it's
really hard to work overtime.
[Music] I'm
happy. As I
said, I want to work in Japan. There are
a few places where elections are held. As a
Polish girl from the past mentioned, it's really hard to work overtime. I'm
scared of that. It's
fine if you want to work overtime to make money, but it's
different if you're forced to work overtime even though you don't want to work.
[Laughs]
Japanese culture of reading the atmosphere.
There are times when it's good, but it's
too much.
[Music] ]
When people in Japan are talking, I feel like I have
to listen to them.
Shut up. I've been listening to them for a long time. It's
this guy. It's
like he's
not interested. Wait a minute. You're not interested. No, no, I'm not interested. This is what I'm
asking after reading the caring atmosphere. That kind of
caring and caring atmosphere in Japan is
a bit negative.It's not
good when you're working. It's true that
sometimes you can't assert yourself.
What about
discrimination? There is discrimination in Japan. I have never
felt it.
On the contrary,
it's good. It's not discrimination, but when I was working at Beral magazine, I
received many compliments from people I didn't know. I've never been to Japan
before, but since I came to Japan, I've received so many compliments from so many people:
Oh, you're so cute, you're so beautiful. You're
really getting
better.
Even here, I'm
happy because I'm only in Japan. Sometimes, I fall in love with someone overseas. It's
like they're fake. You know,
Japanese people really do that. Sometimes I have
a mat with nothing on my face, or
something on my teeth or lips, but my friends don't
say that at all. Do
n't
tell me that. Of course, it
might depend on the person,
but I
'd like you to pretend like you do
n't notice. I
have a YouTubetiktoktiktok and an Instagram account.
If you like,
please sign up.Well, I currently
have an account with a model called Worth, and there are some
interesting videos there.I'll do my
best.The
place I went to today was La Collina, and it
was really beautiful.
Shiga has a lot of nature, and I
really like nature, so it's really nice to come here.Osaka and
Kyoto are close, so you can come here right away, so if
you like the countryside, please come.
