A WEEK IN ITALY: Milan, Venice, + Rome! Eating and Sightseeing! (with my mom!)

Welcome to the Italy vlog we are now in Milan We got here today, and we've just been shopping. It's what me and my mom do and now we're at a restaurant We're gonna have some carbonara. I'm super super hungry My mom likes cheese, so she's happy in Italy the batter is like really light Good Hmm. I will say these noodles are pretty al dente. I like my noodles softer We're gonna go toward the Domo right now, or we're gonna go inside and go to the roof of the Domo So our room got upgraded to a suite We made it to Venice. We took the train here from Milan. It took about two hours It took like an hour for a hotel room to be ready, but they upgraded our room to a suite So it's a lot bigger than the one I actually paid for we're gonna go walk around a bit We don't I don't really have any plans for today Back at the hotel we walked around a bit, and we're about to get dinner at our hotel They eat dinner late here like I usually eat dinner like at 6 back at home, but they eat late here So we got reservations at 8 because someone canceled and we got really lucky so now we're on our way down and I'm starving So cute I like this cake Day two in Venice. We're about to go down and eat breakfast I'm excited because their breakfast is like on the water and then after that the hotel has this like complimentary boat that will take us through Like the little I don't know between the little buildings and then off to another island to see this like glass thing But we're gonna do that today, let's go today's breakfast my toast is burnt there was no more tables outside We're in Rome after a four-hour train ride It honestly didn't feel that long, but my body is tired and we're about to go eat some Korean food I just like googled something and it's like literally a two-minute walk away. Although it does say that we need reservations online I'm just gonna like walk in and see if they have any availability Because they open at 6 30. We don't have any other plans for today because we have a really early morning tomorrow We're touring the Colosseum and we have to be there like at 8 a.m. I desperately need some Asian food in me. So What should we get? Should I get the pork belly We got in without a reservation, but I don't think people eat here. It's really good. Maybe This looks so good Awesome kimchi all the side dishes and the lettuce to wrap Today is Colosseum tour day. It's 745 we're about to leave we got like the earliest time possible to visit the Colosseum because I didn't want it to be like super Sunny, let me show you what I'm wearing. Well, mine is this jacket, but it's kind of like in the shade. It's kind of windy Back from our Colosseum and Forum tour and that was a three hour trip I got some soupy, which I heard apparently you need to try it here Oh my goodness, this is beautiful. Look at it. It's like It's heavy. This is kind of like an arancini or like a fried rice ball But I got the carbonara one the classic one comes with like red sauce and I'm more of a white sauce Type of girl, so that's why I got this one, but let's try Mmm, this is good has the rice the bacon or the pin is a pinch That's good We booked the earliest tour hoping that you know, we would escape the heat But let me tell you by the end of the tour. It was still so hot So if you come try to book the early one because I can't imagine doing that tour historic starting like after 12 Another tip bring an umbrella some places don't have any shade and you're just in the blazing Sun I saw people with like sunburns I had a cute outfit, but I wore my jacket the whole time because I didn't want like my arms to burn I got the mushroom one. I wish it was hot. You want some? You can take one I paid like five dollars I think or five euros for all this? They weigh the pizza by the pound We're getting sushi for dinner because me and my mom are tired of eating pizza and pasta for the past like week And this restaurant is really close to our hotel, but it's like almost 8 o'clock And again, we are like the first people eating here So I just like I don't know when people in Italy eat like really late. I guess seaweed salad. I Was not expecting all that Walking to get an early dinner. I'm starving. All we had was breakfast, but it's for right now So last meal in Italy and Rome well besides breakfast, but that's like whatever That part is the best part
