Now you're going to carefully wrap as tightly as you can.
Slice in half and then it's time to enjoy my friends.
320 calories.
46 grams of protein.
Let's go.
Wow is all I got to say.
The combination of the jalapeno honey and then this behemoth of a crispy chicken sandwich
and it being less than 500 calories with 55 grams of protein is crazy.
So first we're going to make our jalapeno honey.
You're going to add your honey and jalapenos to a pot.
You're going to bring it to a boil.
This is going to infuse the jalapenos into the honey.
You're going to add that to the fridge to cool and thicken up.
Now we're going to make our four crispy chicken sandwich patties.
You're going to cut your chicken into three stations.
You're going to have your flour, cornstarch, and seasoning station.
Then you're going to have your egg, egg whites, and cholula station.
And then lastly your panko station.
Air fry the patties on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 8 to 10 minutes.
You're going to flip halfway through.
So now it's time to build the sandwich.
Grab your toasted brioche bun.
Green leaf lettuce.
Tomato.
Crispy chicken patty.
Jalapeno honey.
Add that top bun and then it's time to enjoy my friends.
Jalapeno honey crispy chicken sandwich.
Like a sweet heat kind of vibe right now.
For less than 400 calories you get to eat this whole honey mustard chicken tender wrap.
Yes that's two halves.
I got one in my hand there.
You get a whole nother half.
So first we're going to make our spicy honey mustard slaw.
Add your green cabbage.
Shredded carrots into your bowl.
You're going to add your plain non-fat greek yogurt.
Your honey mustard.
And your seasonings.
Don't be shy with the seasonings.
It's going to be really hard to overdo it for this recipe.
Toss well.
Now you're going to make that same dressing for the honey mustard chicken tenders.
Add the tenders into the sauce.
Then you're going to coat them in the panko.
Repeat this for all your tenders.
Season your panko with the seasonings I show on the screen.
And don't be shy with those either.
Add your chicken tenders to your air fryer.
Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
And you're going to air fry on 360 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 to 11 minutes.
Take your wrap of choice.
I use the Joseph's lavash.
Add your slaw.
Chicken tenders.
2% Colby Jack cheese.
Roma tomatoes.
Dill pickles.
Roll it up super tightly.
Enjoy my friends.
Come on now.
Holy moly.
I still got a whole nother half I get to eat.
Go make it.
Okay so the 300 calories was cap.
It's 400 calories.
But that's because there's 56 grams of protein.
AKA over half the calories are coming from that.
Regardless, this is a flavor-packed massive salad.
That's going to keep you full, satisfied.
Let me show you how to make it.
You're just going to add all your ingredients into your bowl.
And now let me show you how to make this avocado mayo dressing.
You're just going to add all your ingredients into your small blender.
Blend till smooth.
Super simple.
This mayo is incredible and super macro friendly.
Then once the mayo is done, you're going to add it to the salad.
Now toss that salad.
And now you have your new favorite salad.
I'm telling you this salad is incredible.
It's going to leave you full and satisfied.
You're going to want to put this dressing on everything.
Enjoy my friends.
The chicken BLT salad, AKA your new favorite salad.
This whole salad is only 300 calories.
This whole thing.
So much food for so little macros.
Unreal.
No more soggy cauliflower rice.
I'm showing you guys how to make the perfect chicken fried cauliflower rice.
That's only 326 calories with 46 grams of protein.
And most importantly, it's not soggy.
First, let's make the sauce for our chicken.
You're going to add all your ingredients into your bowl.
And you're going to mix to combine.
Now we're going to season our chicken breasts with the sea salt garlic powder.
Cook that chicken on 7 out of 10 heat.
Once the chicken's cooked, you're going to add your sauce.
Mix till combined.
Set that to the side.
Now in that same pan, cook your onions and your garlic.
Saute till they start to soften.
Now we're going to cook our cauliflower rice.
Key thing here is you're going to add a little bit of water.
And then you're going to let these steam for a bit.
Add them to a towel.
And you're going to squeeze out all the liquid you possibly can.
Add these back to the pan along with your onion, garlic, and your seasonings.
Mix to combine.
Now you're going to make a little spot for your eggs.
Slightly scramble those.
Mix all to combine.
Add your soy sauce, sesame oil, and your chicken.
And then it's time to enjoy my friends.
This thing's heavy.
So much food for so little macros.
That is so good.
Wow.
Thank me later.
All right, I'm going to say it.
This orange chicken ramen is my favorite ramen I've ever made.
It is incredible.
Only 513 calories to 47 grams of protein.
So first we're going to make our crispy chicken.
Coat the chicken in egg whites.
Then add to the dry station.
And then coat each piece of chicken.
Add to the air fryer on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for nine minutes.
Now it's time to make that orange chicken sauce.
Add your sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger to a pan.
Then lower the heat and add the juice from three oranges.
Then add the rest of your ingredients for the orange chicken sauce.
Simmer for about five to seven minutes till the sauce is thickened.
Then add your red pepper flakes, your crispy chicken.
Coat the chicken well in the sauce.
Then add your sauteed veggies.
And we're not using any fancy ramen here.
Cook it up al dente without the seasoning packet.
Add to your pan.
Mix it in.
And then it's time to enjoy my friends.
We got orange chicken ramen.
If you make any of my recipes, make this.
I'm showing you guys how to turn your favorite potato chips into chicken nuggies.
These Flamin' Hot Cheetos are not macro-friendly at all.
And I was still able to get these chicken nuggets to 41 calories each.
So first blend up 60 grams of your potato chips.
Now we're going to take our lean ground chicken.
You're going to add your yellow mustard and all your seasonings.
And you're going to mix together well.
You're going to form these into 19 chicken nuggies.
I lightly wet my hands to make it easier to form these.
So now you're going to add to your blended chips of choice.
And you're going to coat these well.
Toss each side to get off the extra.
Repeat this for all 19 nuggies.
Air fry these on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
Flip halfway through.
Now add your parmesan cheese.
Get your dipping station of choice.
Enjoy my friends.
Today I'm going to show you how to make these crispy chicken tenders with a garlic parmesan
sauce that is super low calorie, high protein.
It's the MVP.
So first we're going to start with roasting some garlic.
And while those in the oven, we're going to coat our chicken tenders.
So we're going to have three stations here.
Our flour station, our buffalo egg white station, and our panko station.
We're going to use the left hand, right hand technique to keep our hands from becoming
a clumpy mess.
Repeat for all your chicken tenders.
Spray both sides with nonstick cooking spray and air fry on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for
nine minutes.
Should be nice and crispy when done.
Now we're going to make our low-cal garlic parmesan sauce.
Only 212 calories with 17 grams of protein for the whole batch.
Super simple.
You're just going to add all your ingredients into your bowl and you're going to mix till
smooth.
You can blend this also if you want it super duper smooth.
I just like the texture.
And then once done, pair it with your chicken tenders and enjoy my friends.
Crispy chicken tenders.
Guys, this low-cal garlic parmesan sauce.
Oh my gosh.
It's the sauce.
These buffalo chicken chalupas are an absolute flavor bomb.
Only 247 calories.
35 grams of protein.
So first you're going to take your chicken breast.
You're going to pat it dry.
Then you're going to flatten it.
Season both sides with one third packet of a ranch dip seasoning.
Put the air fryer on 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about nine to ten minutes.
Now let's make that buffalo chicken sauce.
You're going to add all your ingredients into your blender and you're going to blend till
smooth.
Now add your diced chicken to a bowl.
Add your buffalo chicken sauce.
You're going to mix that all together.
These joseph pitas are goaded for the macros.
You're going to build your chalupa with your cheeses.
Then the buffalo chicken.
More cheeses.
Then fold tightly.
Your spray both sides with avocado oil.
