camped and then going out on day trips woohoo good times get this fire going okay add our Linguini I don't want any of this precious bacon to fall out we need to get that garlic off the bottom cuz we don't want it to burn throw our parsley in a bit of Parmesan red pepper flakes oh man thanks Steve that looks amazing I does this really qualify as camping if we're eating like this ooh that does have some spice mhm might have gotten a little carried away with those pepper flakes oh no that's perfect just about right if I start this sweat good morning cool contacts that are pre-prepared sausage with r nice the first resurrection oh yeah what are you doing now he's preparing to it'll be seven I say that it'll never happen just a little more time on the gravy coffee time is this why I don't focus right in front of you and then things take You by a surprise you got to keep reminding yourself to look out wow look at that rock that's awesome wow looks like it gets a little hairy yeah wow are still out there riding we came back so we could start cooking this roast beef we're going to braze it I'm going to sear it off real quick try to get some of that brown beef flavor going we got plenty of heat look at that [Applause] beauty all right put that guy in there that'll fit just fine all right right I've got another 5way cast iron set up here with some of that bully on tuck this little piece right in there there we go trusty elk skin gloves here and I'll grab the other lid woooo that's hot let's get our onions and garlic caramelized I'll put a little more oil in there see how things are going here ooh perfect that's what I want I want to pick up this whole thing and rotate it and let it just work slowly right I'm going to cook the veggies in this Billy pot but I am going to put some more of this better than bullion lots of good flavor going on here potatoes car onions and garlic this is going to be a wonderful dinner a few moments later let's see how this turned out it hasn't been going for 3 hours yet which was kind of the the goal I was shooting for but uh I think it's gone long enough that it should be pretty good here we go you can have more than that too let's get you some more all right exactly here's another make seems really tender yeah and then go ahead and grab some veggies maybe this would help oh yeah maybe that's a good idea I forgot to I have wow thank you nice I'm going to though yeah this is this is the first having pot roast on a camp you can come with us every time good morning I'm going to use my box pot to heat up some water for coffee I wanted to show you the roast beef there was some that didn't get eaten last night and I said hey last person who goes to bed just put this in a place where it'll stay hot look at that be kind of like sticking eggs but with the chuck roast oh yeah they're cooking pretty slowly but they are cooking a few moments later let's see how breakfast turned out look at those eggs poached in beef broth [Music] see if I can get some of this roast beef now that's a beautiful breakfast right there there we have it breakfast is served how does that look that looks pretty good yeah the eggs poached in beef broth the roast beef is awesome cut into this egg and give it a try look at that Perfection I'm going to take that bite right there H sure sign of a pro that roast just falls apart I bet man it's the most tender roast I think I've ever had is that coffee t all I've come to a junction and I'm not exactly sure which direction we're supposed to go so I'm going to wait here wow I don't know Overlook another view of the Grand Canyon like the color of the rock is more red here pull down here and park somewhere color of the Rocks is quite a bit different here I noticed they had a campground river wow that's quite the picture wow that Shady Side is really dark in this picture well there it is folks the Grand Canyon at least part of it I don't think so holy crap that's H quite the picture Steve pretty good beautiful view out there too little bit of a drop off there we don't want to uh not go in that direction have fun but make it back in one piece and it looks like these guys are already back cool [Music] Scott brought his Firebox freestyle get some water on here for green beans and mashed potatoes got avocado oil that's a lot of steak keep these onions [Music] moving that's why you guys have to pay so much to come on these rides it's expensive Jewish cups yeah awesome thank you nice I'm going to get the lid to put on there wow hopefully those are shrink enough we can it all off I've got my beautiful riye steak oh look at that how's that for a plate oh perfect that'd be cool what this needs is some Hakata spice that' be a fun place to go out and just they still did that down there like wow that is so like two or three weeks before the first time we went down there so 10 years jeez I wanted to try and experiment this morning I'm going to put the cooking Stone down in the bottom this is a coffee filter that I'm going to try to bake banana bread in I'm going to spray some cooking spray in there I'm afraid it would stick quite bad if I didn't coat it with something and this stuff is thick yeah I'm going to stop right there cuz it's probably going to rise remember look at this banana bread boot it's rising good I might rotate it I don't know why this side's seems to be cooking faster than the other that's the case why does it feel like I get hit by a truck yeah me too let's see this going to be hot see if we can get the coffee filter off looks like it's a little bit dark but not too bad that coffee filter did stick a little bit but all in all I think it worked out pretty great it only really stuck where it burns so doesn't really matter banana bread Paul take a little slice sure yeah it's cooked all the way through might have cooked it a little too long would you like a piece Scott yeah I'll try a little bit yeah I think I cooked it just a little too long it's just a little bit dry awesome thank you maybe it's 10:23 Trail but M coffee time oh way here we go looks like we might run into a fence or I don't know that's how it goes when you're exploring Trails you just never know what you're going to find and looks like we have a Le a gate doesn't look locked we're thinking they're not going to meet us on this track and we uh to avoid missing them all together we're just going to head back pretty cool little spot right here makes it fun we're trying to find some pet El GLS that we think are down this road so we're going to check it out they're like why are you filming those just checking out some of these petroglyphs we just hiked over here to see these These are kind of unique pretty cool this one's interesting with these it's like a funnel yeah but going both directions and then meeting in the middle that is very cool see if I can get my shadow off of it pretty interesting some more over here orang sheep over there yeah then they have the traditional swer and then there's some pretty cool ones up here yeah the Big Horn with really big horns and some stuff that maybe looks like a bug or snake some stuff down there and some stuff the there's a hand and another snake looking there's another one that looks kind of symbolic oh and then there's some cool ones down here you're a little harder to see and then that one over there looks like it could be an alien but I can't quite yeah capture it he [Music] [Music] chunk it'll make for a good oh yeah it's roll [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] we just stopped to check out this Ponderosa it's pretty incredible man can you imagine the Treehouse you could build in that thing oh what that the that Ponderosa smells like butterscotch and he's putting it
