Man on Trial for Monitoring Pro-Democracy Activists for China
U.S. prosecutors have presented the evidence against defendant Wang Shujun—including emails, phone calls, text messages, and even audio recordings. They say it shows that Wang’s close ties to Chinese intelligence officers date back two decades.
The trial is ongoing in the Eastern District Court of New York in Brooklyn.
