Ciao! Today's lesson is about prepositions in Italian. There are 2 types of prepositions, "semplici" and "articolate". In this video, I'm only showing you the first ones which are: DI, A, DA, IN, CON, SU, PER, TRA, FRA. In brief, here is when you use them: 1) DI: ownership, comparisons, origins 2) A: location, destination, recipient ** it becomes "AD" in front of a vowel 3) DA: origins, periods of time, passive 4) IN: location, destination, transports 5) CON: with whom, how, transports 6) SU: location (on surfaces), topic 7) PER: pass across, fixed-term periods, cause/goal/destination, recipient 8) TRA/FRA: meaning of "between"/"among", period of time in the future Watch the video to learn more through real-life examples :)
