The Image of AFRICA has been DISTORTED around the WORLD & We are CHANGING the NARRATIVE via YOUTUBE videos One Country At Time.Until the HISTORY of AFRICA is told by AFRICANS, the story of GREATNESS will always GLORIFY the IMPERIALISTS!. We are currently in the 6th Region Of Africa which is the AFRICAN DIASPORA to CONNECT the Dots by Bridging the gap between Africans across the Globe
down here in the west yeah we love
everybody we love everybody everybody
down in the west you know why why
because this is where they bring us so
we're going to make sure they take care
of it the same way you take care of the
motherland we take care down
[Music]
here the greens and the
blues yo one of the most beautiful place
that I've ever been man hands
[Music]
down one thing about Tobago I need you
all to know it is a good country we we
we Embrace everyone in the
world Tobago is love Tobago is beautiful
natural beauty no Photoshop exactly
beo is the only place in the world you
can visit live like a local and return
home feeling fulfilled that is why you
must visit Tobago that is why you must
Trek all this way to this greatest
Little Island on the planet small island
tiny Island but we pack a mighty
punch we are home to one of the largest
protected rainforests in the Western
Hemisphere
what do you think about the view the
view is amazing it's like as we were
saying before if you don't want to go to
the beach and the blue you can see
Greens in Tobago Countryside is
beautiful
here indeed Tobago is the greatest
Little Island on planet Earth it is the
best in the Caribbean oh
[Music]
wow this is pigon point Heritage Park uh
this is maintained by the Tobago House
of Assembly Tobago is a paradise but
there are two places on this island that
really defines the word Paradise which
is the nylon pool the last one is Pigeon
Point African All the Way Pigeon Point
big one love one love
[Music]
together look at that my goodness just
feeling like a kid in a candy shop with
this view look at the beach super clean
Beach can can you guys see it I mean
this is a paradise my goodness
see the different shades of colors of
the ocean different shades I mean they
say water is colorless if it get closer
here it looks white if you take it with
it it looks blue and it becomes even
deep Bluer and look at the skies
man Tobago is a paradise
[Music]
bro I feel like life in Tobago is all
about the beach I mean
there got so many beaches that I'm even
tired of seeing them but one thing that
I would say about this beach is the fact
that it's more touristic almost everyone
that I see in here came here for the
weekend and people are actually living
their best life man I feel like this
country God want it it's super clean I
mean wherever you go they try as much as
possible to take care of the place so
you can actually sit here and eat and
have the best time of your life you know
because what I'm seeing right now is
like you got your arm um people are
sitting on there people are
sunb you're calling me I thought you
calling someone
else your Instagram not your Facebook
Facebook nice to meet you nice to meet
you my brother how are you doing how
good good what what is the name of this
beach Pigeon Point Pigeon Point I feel
like it's more touristic it is wow I
getting my
[Music]
ideas you you are you a a fitness
trainer no you just work out yeah wow
I'm actually a surgeon you're what a
surgeon why you from Trinidad are you
from Tobago no Trinidad from Trinidad
how does it feel being in Tobago man I'm
here often but it's
relaxing wow and where you from I'm from
Ghana bro yeah what you doing
hereit my tribe is from Ghana your what
my tribe your tribe is from Ghana M wow
which part of Ghana do you think you're
from uh what's your
tribe part
fani some Evo and some Ashanti oh so
these are aanti aant yeah this Adra Adra
you know Adra yeah I know my
history I love
that if you have a message for Africans
living in Africa what would that message
be
we need to come together man we are the
most powerful people on the planet so we
should come
together in Tobago whenever you get
tired of the sea Vibes I mean if you get
tired of seeing the sea all the time you
can actually go to the countryside and
immers yourself in the greens man just
look at what is in front of me
this city or island is a paradise on it
own man
[Music]
so one common thing that you will see in
the Caribbean is the cocoa plant and the
fact that in Ghana my Coco plant are so
short but this ones are so tall this is
what I was telling you they would have
been short a long time many years ago
right it would have been much shorter
but since the government don't we don't
export Coco again right so we come like
nobody's working in the plantation
anymore so that doesn't mean that it
used thees are gr tall because you're
not pruning it for it to spread so just
by itself and they are going to for the
sunlight so they will get tall this
place used to be Plantation yes of
course oh so during slavery um what kind
of crops were they growing sugar cane
first and then the um Coco Coco yeah so
they used to export the Coco exp a lot
you beinging a good income many years
ago and this was the cuper pot that do
all the thing in boil sugar can you
know wow it's so heavy
man everywhere I go in this world
there's one thing that I really enjoy
doing I mean chasing waterfall whether
it's on land or in the sky or even
within the forest I will always find it
everything good everything nice man man
man respect yeah respect I'm from the
motherland from the motherland what part
of the motherland GH GH like if I think
I see your face with a house thing
already is you with a house kind of
program thing is know you from from
where from Ghana yeah I'm from Ghana
yeah but I a see on a house program no
time oh yeah yeah yeah I'm the one was
building a house or something for your
sister or something I
wow is the
see I'm I'm in the middle of nowhere
man I don't know if I should say I'm in
a jungle yeah in the jungle in serious
man yeah yeah I seen it already I seen
it already I'm not a big follow of these
things but remember
face see
theing
house the one with my sister yeah jeez
oh my
goodness one of the reasons why I always
come in here to tell you guys that pray
for us like our videos share our videos
so that it will reach a lot of people I
mean our job is so important just
because of scenes like this you know I
have been to South Africa oh wow and
when I went to South
Africa I spoke to the guy and I was
telling
them we do the thing that I come
from it's not Africa and it's not
America they couldn't tell
me ignorant of the presence of the
African in the
west and they didn't know tell we the w
we came to the West India because of
slavery it's a surprise to
them it's a surprise to them it's it's
not it's it's not their fault because
we're not we're not touching school it's
the education system exact it's the same
Colonial education system and it's the
same mind that is at work in Africa in
the Caribbean in the America course it's
the same man who practices colonialism
and his imperialism throughout the
Earth so that is why that knowledge and
that information is the same throughout
and when he couldn't do it here anymore
he went and he colonized Africa instead
why should I take them to the West indes
when I could go to Africa and colonize
them
there and then 1884 when they had a
Scramble for
Africa the Belgium the Germans the
Portuguese you know so you know Black
Liberation
struggle is not something that would be
won
tomorrow and it had to start with
education
and knowing your culture and your
history and your roots cuz if you don't
know where you come from you can't know
where you're
going finally made
it and it's a a waterfall that is in
three
layers level one level two level three
which you can see all of them at once
really cool to be here seeing water
flowing on rocks and um being surrounded
by greens it's always
beautiful I guess maybe in future I'll
have so many pasts of the waterfalls
that I've seen across the globe
so this is the first level approximately
18 ft 6 M so you go inside the water and
gradually gets deeper so if you realize
that you cannot swim you just have to
stay where you feel you are comfortable
water your waist or your
shoulder once you can swim go for the
swim yeah so right now the water is
discolor because of the sedine fold here
right but it's not contaminated yeah so
as the second level you'll have to pass
there to go up it's a hike but the place
are wet so it will be a challenge yeah
yeah and the third one just like you're
in a shower and the water comes down and
give you a
massage yeah from since I know myself
from in here people say every time you
go under that shower like you look like
you're 10 years
younger and then there's 14 more to go
is 17 levels I thought it was just four
levels because four levels four levels
is what I can see it's too yeah what you
can see it's 2 296 ft oversea
levels Tobago is love and the people
living in Tobago are super friendly and
kind why are you giving it for me for
free better to
better one love love and maners ah
blessings
man look at that he gave me the coconut
for free man I thought he was joking yes
he did I asked for it I I really want to
buy coconut but I don't have
money I can't get one I don't have
cash I continued my trip to castara and
we have to chase another waterfall
so where are we going we're going to the
waterfall yeah I love chasing the
waterfalls man so when I'm in Tobago
they told me there's a mini waterfall
I'm like I got to see it no matter
what I didn't even have my slippers I
think I was excited taking some of the
shots I ended up leaving one of my
slippers up on the mountain so I'm just
heading to see the waterall
without slippers but
[Music]
anyway it's actually get darker as you
enter the
forest look at
that Lally can't see anything it's just
water so got to
cross ah
have you been here before
no ah it seems we are almost here
because I can hear the sounds of the
waterfall
already where is
[Music]
it where is
it ah
is this a waterfall a water
passing huh oh my
goodness you know what Tobago everything
in Tobago is
little
[Music]
so welcome to the greatest little
waterfall in the
world my
goodness woo
I made it oh my good but it's so
beautiful man
woo jeez I made it and you can see as
we're getting closer to the
waterfall it's no more dark yeah you you
can see the
light and always remember during your
darkest time in your life there is
always light at the end of the
tunnel woo
[Music]
light hi welcome to S Fresco Deli itol
shop my name is Nat Toya Kay Chapman
yeah yeah and we're here we're going to
serve you some ital food shra of
[Music]
it's called what this this is called
space side space side yeah why is it
called space side just the name that's
the name if you notice most of the names
of the village were inherited from when
the
British colonized here so most of the
names take the from
England British possessions so you have
the rock Bros the scar Bros the the
Moran that Island right over there is
called the front one is called Goat
Island a small one in front yes Goat
Island and the one back in it they call
it little
[Music]
Tobago we at space side and we just want
to go check out little Tobago since we
are in Tobago we are on the larger side
of Tobago so we're going to see the
little Tobago I mean Tobago itself is so
little but I never knew that within the
little there's another little so let's
go check out the cute little Tobago man
where no one lives there I guess that
would be my new home after
[Music]
today and this boat ride to little
Tobago is really not what I
expected out of nowhere the boat just
stops right on the
ocean can I have a live jacket
is still
gas we are still close to the land you
know so if
you ah bro why
not
hey
hey somebody help can we get more
another boat to come and take us
please why why are they so
relaxed they and they canot see
us the oil by the
oil we are in the sea but they see
us wait hey hey hey no no no no no
no this this is really my right right
now he's
terrified I just I I just want to go
back to land bro just take me back to
lunch I just want to go
back Cera
behind hey
hey damn
bro when they say the Atlantic Ocean is
rough I thought it's just rough at the
beach side bro but this is
no no
no hey I need a live jacket bro I'm not
going back without a live jacket no no
no no no no look at that it's so rough
look at that look at that it's like a
volcano man I've never seen water like
this before ahh ah ah ah ah no no no
take me back
ah
ah J
the water looks like lava that's what
I'm saying
like like a volcano eruption or
something I believe that you all could
see the fear in my eyes needless to say
we made it too little Tobago but I
promise
myself I'm not coming out of this boat
going be my first and last
time I'm sorry nothing will bring me
back here again man
little Tobago formerly known as bed of
paradise is a mountaineous little island
known for its cotton Plantation in the
late
1700 the cotton Plantation was later
abandoned in the 1800 and now this is
the home of different Spees of
[Music]
bird you sit and watch you all the time
series Ser to see you man good to see
you to see you good to see nice meting
nice meting you tooing awesome job thank
you thank you thank you just trying to
catch up the what it
call yeah so we watch you all the time
man keep tell look at this guy because
this man unifying unifying Africa by
himself wow
[Music]
and on our last night on this beautiful
island we cooked and dined with the
chief Secretary of Tobago my name is f
Augustine I'm a chief Secretary of
Tobago so I'm the leader of the
government on the island of Tobago
you're in Ghana right yeah how is Ghana
oh Ghana was great Ghana was amazing and
Ghana was was to me almost like a
spiritual J
getting to the door of no return seeing
what people experienced seeing how my
people got to this place from
[Music]
Ghana I think was an eye eye opening um
moment for me and in in my life and I
mean I was much younger than I am now
but it's it sort of said to me that we
survive you know you at the do return
and you look at this very narrow door
that I can't pass I'm not a fat person
[Music]
y we are now in a room of no return this
a gate of no
return in this
room we
normally uh have just one minute silence
over here for those who die L their
[Music]
lives through these Gates some some of
them were sent to Americas West IND some
part of Europe for them to work in their
various mines Plantation and cut Farms
the gate was very wide at the time of
gold Ivory spices and so it was big
later when they Chang the idea to human
treat they narrowed the gate to
restorate movement and about five or 10
people were chained to each other they
moving on the sideways like this the sea
water was closer by then now it has
receded the ships will be at the shore
before they will bring smaller boats to
convey the captives into looking at the
small siid of the gate by the time they
will be here for one two or 3 months
they would just lose weight they can
easily pass
[Music]
through and it was called the DF no
return because it was meant that when
you pass through when never to return
and for me being there it was like potic
justice that you we tried everything the
rough Seas horrendous boat beatings
killings
enslavement but I survived and I was
able to return and that for me was a
powerful moment just being able to
return alive to say we survive this and
if we could survive this then people of
African descent we can survive anything
you know that that that's that's the
mentality I left Ghana
[Music]
with you know we love what you do
and we are on a journey to connect
Africans across the globe and that is
why I'm telling you like this video

how is life in Tobago well by the grace
of God it's been well and it's been a
blessing it's been a blessing we also
very happy to have you in tobo but I
think your stay was very short
the stay was very short but but I'll be
back you know it was more of me coming
to see you all for now but I'll be back
in fut we'll be looking forward to
seeing you but after living here for
that long what are the similarities
between ghanians and uh the people of
Tobago well like I I I said to you at
home in terms of looks is similar but in
terms of cult is a bit different but
when it comes to the food the
ingredients the preparation is a little
different but the ingredients and
everything are similar uh they have
something called cuckoo which we have
banku they have um kalalu which is like
cont and then they have cocon and then I
mean the one and pilow and jalo oh wow
they have jalo yes I mean they call it P
verion of yeah they have version but the
interesting part of Tobago and the
similarity between Tobago and Ghana are
the names
we have the cuos here we have the balos
we have the Johnson the quu we have
Johnson and quamina yeah and these are
typical Ghana names these are typical
Ghana names so wow we are we are one we
are one I love that repeat that again I
said we are one we are one so I'll say
that they all ghanians living in here
you look so much like a are you from the
north though no I'm from Central central
region I love your outfit thank you you
know what she's wearing representing
Ghana I don't even have
that I don't even have that yeah and my
brother man this one is correct one nice
nice yeah the one the one from the
northern region that's why I buy my own
I don't buy it in arra man I just call
them and they bring it yes amazing she's
the youngest ghanian living
in you should try speak
same the
