this plane feels super light today i'm so used to flying it with you know
five people as much fuel as we can take in bags so it's great being single pilot light fuel
light bags and uh yeah heading north i'm gonna go pick up my my grandpa and my uncle and my
uncle's girlfriend and bring it back to sacramento for a few days should be a fun one big shout out
to bold aviator i'm not sponsored by them but they've been sending me some cool cool t-shirts to
rock and uh it's really cool what they're doing promoting general aviation and uh
looking cool doing it as well so thank you bold aviator california has been dealing with
quite a bit of wildfires already up in the north northwestern part of the state so
big thank you to all the individuals who are helping put those fires out i forgot to mention
this in the last video but i took one of these vision jets from uh knoxville tennessee all the
way to stockholm sweden it was an incredible experience we went from knoxville tennessee up to
quebec canada to goose bay and then we went to narsasawik greenland and then we went to
reykjavik iceland and then we went into norway and then into stockholm sweden and then i
after the amazing trip i took an airliner down to czech and i was able to visit some
extended family of my mom's side and uh it was really a cool time i did some filming but i really
just wanted to be in the moment with um the pilot i went with um it was just the views were
incredible and i just wanted to be not too worried about filming and more so enjoying um enjoying the
the scenes and the aircraft did incredible if i was to take a plane around the world honestly i'd
take the vision jet it's it's so comfortable it's so quiet it was really a great time so
super thankful i was able to do that trip so big shout out to amir and his amazing wife tamra for
letting me join along to their their journey over to yeah alrighty we're 12.4 climbing flight level
1-9-0 we're still with norcal i'm going to put in oakland because i'm sure that'll be the next
frequency and uh yeah we're looking good cabin pressurization is still looking great we're at

maintain flight level two three zero one two victor juliet all right it's a long slow climb up to
flight level three zero zero we're gonna turn off the cameras and catch you as we level off at 30
so yeah we'll talk soon all right welcome back we are flight level 270 climbing 30.
we're just going to be on top of some of these clouds uh we're looking good though we have the
engine ips on just in case there's any residual moisture in the air that could get into the engine
because there is quite a bit of visible moisture out
yeah we're looking at 28.9 climbing
three zero zero we're over chico california right now
on our way up to oregon yeah we're looking good sky was 55.79 climb maintain power 270
flight level 270 sky was 55.79
alaska 10-53 out of the center climb maintain power 240
climb maintain flight level 240 alaska
activating auto throttle and fms mode so the speed will gradually increase we're going to run our
checklist thrust lever is good as protection engine ips is on wing stabs are all off and
standby descent checks thank you guys so much for watching the videos lately it's been amazing
again seeing how small the world general aviation is and we all get to connect over
one of the coolest things in the world which is flying and we just got to figure out a way to do
it as safely as possible so we're cruised off here we're gonna turn off the cameras
and catch you in the descent into aurora airport thank you for watching
on our descent into aurora state airport uh yeah beautiful beautiful evening um here in
oregon let's pick up the atis for state tower information lima two three five three zulu

runway one seven in use complete entering up on the ramp prior to taxi all right we have
information lima aurora state we are 21.3 descending 10 000 beautiful afternoon slash
evening here in oregon um it's a little colder more overcast classic oregon day i was born and
raised in corvallis oregon so it always feels good to go back to the home state so yeah
let's run some checklists all righty thrust lever as required it's set landing field elevation i
see it 200 ice protection we got the probes on engines are off altimeter transition to go
all right so they said that the visual approach runway 17 is in use so we got the chart up here
i got the atis and comp two active i'm gonna go ahead and put ground in comp two active
yeah so we'll plan on the visual runway 17 we got 5 000 feet of room to land
shouldn't be any rain when we get there which will be good if there is we still have plenty of room
and there'll be a left turn off the end to atlantic when we arrive
but flying the pilatus pc12 ng quite a bit out of mcclellan as well
such a piece of an aircraft oh my goodness it that beta reverse is incredible you can just hold so
many people but thank you i still will take the vision jet all day just because of its uh avionics
comfort and safety it's just unbeatable in my opinion already we're 18.2 descending
coming up on altimeter transition we'll go ahead and do that now
temperature transition is good seats and seatbelts are secure
brake pressure is checked bridge briefing we completed all seats are upright ice protection
is all set lights we got landing light coming on laps to go and a little bit of time

soon so it's been such a great bird but um we're sad to see it go but we're looking forward to
seeing where it will be on its next next journey i'd argue oregon is probably my favorite place
to fly just because it's usually not as busy from like shasta to corvallis it's just gorgeous too
mount shasta lake shasta if you go a little further west to get newport oregon
