Japan's space agency JAXA launches its third H3 flagship rocket carrying $200 million radar satellite ALOS-4 at 12 p.m. JST on July 1 (11 p.m. ET on June 30) at Tanegashima in Japan, a reattempt after the first H3 flight last year resulted in manual destruction and loss of another state-funded satellite.
