SOLO in SEOUL VLOG ✈️ 🇰🇷 fly w me, my ikseon dong hotel and cheongsudang cafe

I'm so incredibly excited because we are about to fly to South Korea. I cannot believe it. I'm actually going back. It's been exactly one year since my last trip. Maybe you guys saw those vlogs but yeah I just cannot wait to be back. I'm so incredibly excited. There was a little problem with the train though that made me kind of anxious because they announced that there was a man who was walking on the tracks. I mean that's definitely a bit of a shock. There was also a train on fire so these were like the worst possible circumstances that you could ever imagine. It was also so crowded in a train. Luckily I had a seat but anyways I made it and I have nothing to complain about because everything worked out eventually but I did spend an hour in that train but luckily you guys all know me, I was on time. I am here like 6 hours in advance which I know is ridiculous but yeah that's just who I am. That's just me. I'm constantly like changing the position of my camera because I don't know if the lighting is right here but anyways I'm sitting here right now because right there, over there, I don't know if you guys can tell but right there is the exchange because I ordered my Korean wands and yeah that's a huge tip, order them in advance online and then you can go and pick them up. So yeah I'm really excited, I'm now going to pick up my money. That's the first thing we have to do and that's also one of the most important things that I have to do right now so yeah, let's go. Okay guys, I got them, my Korean wands, so step number one of this journey is completed. So happy that this task is finally off my to-do list and now next thing on my list is to buy a present for Lisbeth. I'm going to meet up with her whilst I am in Seoul and I cannot wait. I have been following her for such a long time and we have been chatting online but I have never met her in real life so I'm going to give her a little Miffy present I think because you know that's so iconic, that's like typical Dutch for those of you who don't know Miffy is Dutch, she's not Japanese like most people think so yeah, a Miffy present it is and I think Lisbeth actually has a Miffy stuffed animal at least that's what I saw from her videos so I think it's going to be the perfect gift. Guys, I was so afraid that they weren't going to have enough Miffy stuff but I mean look at this, it's like Miffy galore and this little toiletry bag looks so cute, oh wait this one looks cuter than the one I was just holding, look at it. I think Lisbeth is going to really love this and now guys the next thing on my to-do list is checking in obviously. Just went through passport control so that is also off my list and now as per tradition every time I travel I do this, I'm going to spritz on a perfume. I'm for sure going for a Marc Jacobs fragrance, this one looks so cute with the cherry on top, look at it but I think I'm going for this one, I actually brought this scent with me as well in my suitcase, yeah this one is so delicious. I got this new menu item from JoandJuice and this might be my fave, I mean I really love the sports juice as well but it's definitely up there, this is so good you guys. This just released and if you know me then you know I love matcha, I love oat milk and I love, love, love, love lavender, I always drink lavender tea and this is just amazing. It kind of tastes like berry but then with a lavender aftertaste and yeah it's really good guys. It could have been less milky though but besides that it was really good. I think it's an 8 out of 10 for me. And now on to the Tunacado, yeah it's so far away, it's not normal, I don't think, I think it's an F, F9, for the first time I was able to get through it without any problems. Then I'll probably get dinner right away and then I'll be able to sleep. Guys, I'm so happy, I just arrived! It's my favorite color, rosy, sweet, you got me flushed, I look good but you look better on me, don't you? Your touch baby so soft, on my skin like perfume, falling deeper in your kiss and it's a bliss, honey candy shower juice, I'm getting warmer, time to put your question under, come and meet, I'm so lush, yeah you're making me hush, yeah you're making me hush, hush, is it a dream? I got the stars in my eyes, I can't breathe, peaches and cream, put the glow in my cheeks, one, two, it's my favorite color, rosy, sweet, you got me hushed, I look good but you look better, don't you? Guys, I'm back in the hotel and they said they gave me an upgrade to a bigger room. This is the same hotel that I stayed in last time but then a different room and it looks very nice. Oh wow, okay, it is bigger because we have a bath right here as you guys can see. But then my bathroom is way way bigger, oh my gosh, look at this marble, it's so beautiful you guys, oh my goodness. Oh and this rain shower, I love marble and look at the tiles on the floor, they were so sweet at the check-in, they said oh do you want an upgrade, it's free of charge and look what I got guys. Also I love toilets like this, like it's the type that heats and that like you know gets the water in your boom boom, I love that. Oh I'm so happy, wow this bed also looks so comfy and then here's a little area where you put off your shoes and you can leave like your umbrella and everything, well not that I need an umbrella this time but I definitely needed it last time when I was here when it was like pouring rain but it's sunny now and then we have a tv right here, oh my gosh I'm so happy. Okay in the elevator right now, I got dressed into and this elevator talks by the way, I because it matches the vibe of the place that we're going to right now which is Cheongsu Dang, the beautiful cafe with a pond where they serve coffee and drip tea, it's like so magical, I went there the previous time as well my first night so it's a tradition now. Oh wait this is not where I should get out, I think I have to press the one, I pressed R because I thought that meant reception but apparently not, I mean it has been a year guys, oh my gosh, I just like really quickly changed because I don't want them to be sold out of the cakes last time they were but I really want to try those cakes so that might look a little rough but we're just going for it, first night in Seoul. It's so crazy to be back here you guys, I just cannot believe it, like this is the Moxi hotel and last time I was here, I spent the night here with Lin, we didn't stay in this hotel but we spent the night on the rooftop like right there overlooking the city and it was so much fun, you should definitely watch my previous solo in Seoul series if you haven't already but yeah, oh this brings back so many memories. So once again Cheongsu-dong definitely did not disappoint, oh my gosh that matcha cake was so extremely delicious and now it is already pretty late so I cannot wait to just shower and head to bed but before I'm gonna do that I'm actually gonna do something else because I just have to do a quick GS25 run, I know it's crazy but I'm just like craving the banana milk coffee so much, I know you shouldn't have that before falling asleep but oh it's so dark here but I'm still gonna have a little bit of it and maybe a triangle kimbap and then head to bed and I'm gonna change into my airport outfit again because I'm gonna shower afterwards anyways but I just have to change because yeah it is a little bit chilly now and my hotel is right there so let's change and then let's head to the convenience store! Guys I couldn't help myself, I got a capybara friend because he has a turtle and we always call my grandpa turtle and like we always sing the capybara song together capybara capybara So good, this is heaven you guys, oh my gosh guys that was so good, there's literally nothing that compares to kimbap and this coffee and that matcha cake from Jongsudong was also so nice and then the tangerine drink, it was like a little bit bitter in the beginning and I didn't stir it very well so maybe that's my fault but I actually don't like it when tastes mix so you know I actually love that it had multiple layers because towards the end it was really sweet and so nice and there were actual tangerine parts in it so I scooped them out and ate them because oh they were just so amazing like drenched in the drink, so good, I'm also really happy with my hotel room it looks really nice and I feel comfortable right away and I think that's so important because I'm the type of person who is really sensitive towards vibes but the vibe of this room is really good so yeah I'm just really enjoying myself, I was a little bit nervous I have to be honest especially because oh my gosh going through immigration or like passport security was crazy, the line was so long I queued for like over an hour and there were so many people I think one and a half hours and then the taxi ride was also so long one and a half hours and we were stuck in traffic and like it just all took so much longer than I had expected so yeah that was a bit of a bummer but you know besides that a little bit of stress and also the stress of you know traveling by yourself and not knowing what the trip is gonna be like because even though I'm used to traveling by myself I'm always kind of still a little bit apprehensive about you know actually going somewhere because you never know what's gonna happen and when you're alone you don't have anybody to rely on but if you're doubting whether or not to go on a solo trip do it because it's the best thing ever and I'm really happy and proud of myself for doing this and for embarking on this journey because yeah it's just what makes me really happy so they say happiness begins at the end of your comfort zone and that's so true at least for me so yeah oh yeah I also wanted to say the cutest thing happened like right before passport control I saw all these people come out of the same flight that I was on and there was this girl and she had the same neck pillow as me you know the a peach one this little guy right here and then I was like oh we have the same neck pillow and I just like spoke to her as if I already knew her and as if we were friends and then she started like laughing and giggling and she's like oh my gosh and she was like as excited as I was that we were matching and we were like oh we're twinning so cute and then all these flight attendants came out of another flight a korean air flight and I already know you know from the previous time flying korean air these air hostesses because that's what you should call them they are so beautiful and their little uniforms are so cute but they were walking out with their bags and their luggage and each and everyone had a keychain on their luggage and it was like miffy hello kitty like the hawaii hello kitty so cute these girls definitely know how to accessorize so yeah those were like some cute moments I want to remember forever it's like all about the little things I also spoke with this guy from the UK and we like spoke with each other throughout the whole experience before boarding in Amsterdam and then also standing in that super long queue together he is here for a conference it's his first time here and we're just chatting about Korea like everybody I met was just so lovely and so cute and so bubbly and excited so yeah it's just uh I'm definitely gonna put all those things on my gratitude list because it just it just makes me happy guys and then I'm just gonna stop rambling on because I could go on and on and on for hours talking to you I just want to like do a little bit of a quick capybara unboxing and then I'm really gonna shower and sleep because tomorrow I'm gonna wake up bright and early 6am it is for another beautiful day which I'm also gonna vlog I'm gonna vlog every single day you guys so stay tuned get excited it's a bit of a weird angle but it all doesn't matter anyways let's see my capybara capybara capybara capybara capybara capybara the little turtle oh my gosh I'm so happy and the lady that sold him to me was also so sweet she's like you like capybaras and she's like showing me every single capybara stuffed animal that she has she was so enthusiastic and so nice and then I was like handing her money and she's like like that's okay that's okay that's enough and um yeah I'm just really happy with my new little friend so yeah that was it you guys for the first solo in Seoul day vlog thank you so much for watching good night I love y'all loads
