On October 3, 2000, tens of thousands of leaflets titled "Jiang Zemin's Unshirkable Historical Responsibility" were posted Chongqing, China, exposing Jiang Zemin as the chief culprit in the persecution of Falun Gong. The young doctor He Haiou who participated in printing this truth-clarification material was subsequently arrested and sentenced to ten years in prison. After going through all kinds of tribulations and nameless mental torture, Haiou finally breaks out of the cage like a bird and flies freely.
At the end of my 10-year prison sentence,
I was able to relax a bit.
Then I could go for a walk in the prison.
In the prison, there was a birdcage.
There was a small bird that was very close to me.
Every time I fed it, it would come to my hand to eat.
At that time, I had a special feeling
because I felt that it was in the same situation as me.
I was thinking that before I was released,
I had to release it.
But the amazing thing was that before I was released,
the bird suddenly disappeared.
Later, the person who raised the bird told me
that he found a hole at the top of the birdcage.
This is how the bird gained its freedom.
This is a very amazing thing.
I think this is the happiest thing I've felt
in my 10-year prison sentence.
When I first started to practice,
I felt that I was very similar to Zen Master Falin.
I felt that this is how people should be.
At that time, I was working in the clinic of Chong Kang Hospital.
One day, an old lady came.
She was a retired worker of Chong Kang Hospital.
You can't even imagine what she was wearing
when she came to see a doctor.
She was wearing a life jacket.
She was wearing a life jacket
I asked her why she was wearing a life jacket.
She told me that she had been in the hospital for a day.
She didn't eat anything.
She was very uncomfortable.
And she was an old lady.
She didn't have any family.
She was afraid that if she died,
no one would wear the life jacket.
I felt very uncomfortable when I heard that.
So I did a check-up on her.
I told her that her illness was not serious.
I would definitely cure her.
I bought her some food.
I also paid for her medical bills.
I didn't expect that this story would spread.
After I was arrested by Zen Master Falin,
this story spread to the local area.
Many retired workers went to the clinic to ask
where Dr. Xiao He had gone.
They heard that I was arrested because I practiced Zen.
It was very hard for them to understand.
It was very incredible.
Some people even cried.
The whole society was completely turned upside down.
Dr. He Haiou, a well-known doctor,
was sentenced to 10 years in prison
From the age of 29 to the age of 39,
he was the most active and active person in his life.
However, he was imprisoned in Chongqing Prison.
After going through all kinds of hardships,
and the torture of the unknown soul,
Haiou finally rushed out of prison like a little bird
and came to the United States
to fly on this free land.
He Haiou was born in Xichang, Sichuan.
He graduated from Chongqing Medical University in 1994.
He started practicing Zen in 1996.
His brother, parents, and sister
also started practicing Zen.
The whole family witnessed the miracle of returning to work.
Before Dr. He's practice,
she had been suffering from chronic illness for decades.
At that time, I had liver and gallbladder stones.
The hospital couldn't treat me.
The doctor told me that I couldn't have surgery.
If I had surgery, I would be useless.
Because her stomach was very deep.
It was in the small gallbladder of the liver.
She couldn't open the knife.
If she opened the knife,
it would cut off a large part of the liver.
The doctor couldn't treat me,
so he told me to go home and recuperate.
I had to eat well and brush my teeth well.
Then I went to Chinese medicine,
which is the Chinese medicine school in Chengdu.
After seeing the Chinese medicine,
the doctor told me that I couldn't do anything.
If you use conservative treatment,
you have to take Chinese medicine.
The doctor told me that it was impossible
to remove the gallbladder stones.
In this situation,
I decided to retire as soon as possible.
I was just 50 years old.
I had no way to work.
Because my body was not good enough.
I was only 79 kg.
I heard that qigong can cure illness.
I saw a book on the bookshelf.
It was a Chinese Falun Gong book.
I took it out and looked at it.
There were a lot of things
that I didn't know.
There were a lot of questions.
Because I had learned qigong from other schools.
I bought it back.
When I bought it back,
I did the action of teaching qigong
I learned it.
When I learned the action,
the magic came out.
There was a big mirror in my house.
I looked in the mirror
to see if I did it right.
I saw a golden figure inside.
I thought it was a master.
He was teaching me how to do qigong.
I saw it in the mirror.
I followed him and did it.
I learned qigong completely.
Then I started to learn the book.
Because I learned other qigong,
I answered a lot of questions at once.
I understood what was going on.
You know, I also want to practice.
A Taoist once reminded me
I met a Taoist on the train.
He said,
when I got on the train,
I found a person with a fairy root.
I asked him,
are you still working?
He said,
you shouldn't go to work.
You need to practice.
You have a fairy root.
I thought,
what should I look for
to practice?
When I saw the book,
I said,
it's really me.
Then I started to practice.
It was published in August 1995.
After a month,
my liver and gallbladder
suddenly started to hurt.
After a few hours,
I fell asleep.
My wife was relieved
When I woke up,
I was completely cured.
It never happened again.
Just that one time.
I took it all off at once.
I knew it was my master
He Haiou's elder brother,
He Haiying,
was a doctor at Beijing Medical University.
He later worked as a medical researcher
at Harvard Medical Center
at the National Institute of Health.
In March 1995,
Haiying started to practice Taoism in the U.S.
Not long after,
the long-term torture
may not be easy.
I know some things
can't be solved by medicine.
For example,
chronic heart disease
or terminal heart disease
can't be cured.
Some infectious diseases
can be cured
by medicine.
However,
chronic heart disease
or terminal heart disease
can't be cured
by modern medicine.
There are many practitioners
who practice Taoism.
I know it can't be solved by medicine.
When I was in Boston,
I met many young people
who studied
or studied
in Harvard Medical Center
They have a more rigorous
and scientific thinking
to practice Taoism.
In July 1999,
a sudden
persecution of anti-communists
tore apart this practice.
Mother He became
the first group of anti-communists
who were illegally imprisoned.
Haiou and his wife
were deprived of the qualifications
to be doctors.
They were sent to guard the door
and wash clothes.
The couple were illegally imprisoned
and forced to leave their jobs.
Many anti-communists in Chongqing
suffered similar persecution.
In the face of all the slander
on TV, radio and newspapers,
Haiou and his fellow anti-communists
collected money
and bought a digital printer
to print the truth of anti-communists.
In early October 2000,
tens of thousands of
leaflets were published
exposing Jiang Zemin's persecution of anti-communists.
I remember it was
around 4 a.m. on October 3, 2000.
We contacted
many fellow students in Chongqing
to publish the truth
of anti-communists
I remember the title
was Jiang Zemin's Unforgivable History.
The content was
exposing Jiang Zemin
as the perpetrator of anti-communists.
We contacted
many fellow students
and published tens of thousands of leaflets.
This incident
had a great impact
on the society.
The Chongqing Evening News
published this incident.
We started printing
the truth of anti-communists
In October 2000,
my wife and I
went to a shop
to deliver the truth
of anti-communists
to a classmate.
After delivering the truth,
we went back to the shop
and waited for the bus.
When we were waiting for the bus,
eight police officers came.
They were very fast.
Four of them kidnapped one person.
My wife and I
got on the bus
and were taken away.
At that time,
the classmate who was in charge
of the printing
couldn't reach me.
He thought
I might be in trouble.
A few days later,
he went to my classmate's house
to find out what was going on.
Unexpectedly,
he was also reported.
The police came
and arrested him.
The police
found out
where we printed the truth.
The police came
and arrested
more than ten people.
Later,
the police told me
that
we printed
more than 400,000 copies
At that time,
we didn't know
how many copies
had been printed.
It was a big number.
The students who were in charge
of the printing
were sentenced to death.
The student who was in charge
was sentenced to 12 years.
I was sentenced to 10 years.
Two other students
were sentenced to 9 years and 8 years.
One of them was an old lady.
The person who reported us
didn't practice martial arts,
but his relative was a Falun Gong practitioner.
At that time,
the police threatened him
that if he didn't
report us,
we would arrest
his relative
and shut down his shop.
When I found out about this,
I didn't
resent him
or get angry at him.
I thought
he was a victim
and a person who suffered a lot.
The CCP's evil system
not only wants to
do bad things
and commit crimes,
but also wants to force
many weak people
to commit crimes
and do bad things with it.
In fact, it is destroying people.
This is the most evil part of the CCP.
The next day I was arrested,
I was sent to the detention center.
At that time,
I thought
I could go home
after a month or two.
At that time,
the whole street
was full of people
who reported us.
I was like a Falun Gong practitioner.
At that time,
other people in the detention center
told us that
we could go home
after a few months.
Later,
after 10 years,
I was shocked.
I couldn't believe my eyes.
Later,
the police told me
that my mother
and my sister
were also arrested.
They were sentenced to one and a half years in prison.
My father was the best,
but he was sentenced to detention.
In the past,
there was a Chinese saying
that described the pain of heartbreak
as the pain of heartbreak.
At that time,
I realized that
it was not a description.
It was real.
I felt like my heart
and lungs were being torn apart.
After I got the sentence
of 10 years in prison,
I will never forget
the shocked expression
He told me
that I was just a Falun Gong practitioner.
how could they treat me like that?
It was like a massacre.
The Communist Party was too cruel.
Even the black community
couldn't do such a thing.
After the persecution,
He's mother was first imprisoned.
Then Hai Ou and his wife
were arrested in Chongqing.
Soon, Hai Ou's sister, Hai Yan,
was also arrested.
He's father was the only one left in the family.
The main reason
why I was arrested
with three of my classmates
about the truth.
The title of the article
was called
The lie is broken.
The main content
was about the false propaganda
of the Communist Party
I tried to solve the problem
I was sentenced to one and a half years in prison
because of this.
My father used to be very young
and energetic.
After all of my family members
were arrested,
he looked like he was
in his twenties.
He looked very old and thin.
His eyes were always
filled with tears.
I think my pressure
is much lower than that of my father.
After all, I still have a long way to go.
I'm worried.
I know you're worried.
Only you know.
You're worried.
You can't avoid it,
but you can't help it.
What we can do
is to pay more attention
and stop the destruction.
Because this is not my family.
At that time, I felt that the whole family was broken.
Because there were three people
living in different places.
My father ran around
to see those people.
He wanted to see us.
I was locked up in Xichang.
Xichang is the southernmost
part of Sichuan Province.
Then I went to Chengdu.
I went to Chengdu
and went to Zizhong
to see Haiyan.
After seeing Haiyan,
I went to Chongqing.
After going to Chongqing, I went to see Haiyou.
Then I went to Xiaolanhai
to see my wife.
One by one,
I went to deliver things.
One by one,
I went to send some money.
Every time I went,
she said,
go, go.
When I came back,
I was really out of my mind.
She once called me
and cried very sad.
She said,
my sister has no news.
She called the old professor.
I called the old professor.
The old professor called me back.
He said,
you called the wrong place.
I said,
I am her brother.
I am from Boston,
What happened to this person?
You have to give me a message
My parents are very worried about me.
He disappeared.
At that time,
we received a lot of reports from the People's Republic of China.
Every day,
there was a report about Zhou Yongkang.
My parents were very worried.
At that time,
Zhou Yongkang,
the secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee,
was also the head of the 620.
He came to visit the United States.
We used the legal means
to prosecute him.
After my brother
prosecuted Zhou Yongkang overseas,
Zhou Yongkang went abroad
and arrived in the United States.
He just got off the plane
and was about to leave the airport.
He handed the ticket of the court
to Zhou Yongkang.
Zhou Yongkang signed it.
His staff didn't understand what it was.
Maybe they didn't use their brains.
Anyway, it was very strange.
He took it over.
He handed it to Zhou Yongkang.
Zhou Yongkang didn't even look at it.
He just took it and signed it.
After signing it,
he took a closer look at it.
Then he didn't dare to leave the airport.
Because of this,
in order to avoid
the international scandal,
they changed my situation.
They released me
from the prison
and put me in the ordinary prison.
In April 2002,
I was sent to the prison.
Because I refused
their so-called transfer,
they transferred me
to four other prisons.
They used this kind of
persecution in the prison.
I only have one feeling.
When you look through
the dictionary,
it's hard to find
a word
to describe
their evilness
and despicableness.
I remember when I first
entered the prison,
they did a psychological test on me.
There were hundreds of questions.
I didn't think too much at that time.
I just thought that
because Falun Gong can make me a good person,
I am a mentally healthy person.
I can prove it to you.
So I answered all the questions
and then I found out
that their real purpose
was not to care about
my mental health.
Their real purpose
was to analyze my personality
through this psychological test
to find the breakthrough
in my psychology.
In this way,
they thought it might be
beneficial for me
to undergo the so-called transfer.
In the prison,
the main method
was a kind of close-up
confinement.
I remember there were
five of them.
In fact, at most,
there were nine people
who watched me
in a close-up confinement
for 24 hours.
To what extent?
Even if I took a shower
or went to the bathroom,
they had to have a person
sit next to me and stare at me.
In their words,
this was the greatest pressure
on me.
Even when I was sleeping,
they had to assign a person
to set up a table in front of my bed
and take notes
to record
me in all directions every hour,
including during the day.
Who did I talk to during the day?
What did I say?
What time did I brush my teeth?
What time did I wash my face?
They had to record
everything I did
in great detail.
I remember
one of the prison guards
told me this.
He said,
if I were you,
I might not last a year.
I might go crazy.
When I went to see Hai Ou,
he said,
don't see her.
I asked,
what's the reason?
He said,
you are a Falun Gong practitioner,
so I won't let you see her.
If you see her,
you will affect her.
I said,
I didn't affect her.
She understood that
Falun Gong was good.
That's why she didn't transform.
Don't you know this?
I said,
you can investigate.
She was a good student
She performed well in Chonggang Hospital.
At that time,
many workers in Chonggang
had no money.
She saw that people were poor
and had no money,
so she took out her salary
and gave it to someone else.
There was an old lady
who was very ill.
She said,
you need to be treated.
The old lady said,
we don't have money.
Our son is out of work.
She said,
we will give you money
to buy a chicken.
The doctor told me a lot of things.
I went to the clinic
where she worked.
I wanted to tell the truth to the doctor.
She told me,
your son is really good.
There is no one like him
in our town.
She told us to prescribe
high-priced medicine
so that we can get a bonus.
She said,
your son will prescribe
low-priced medicine
for those patients
who have no money.
As long as the medicine
is low-priced,
we will prescribe high-priced medicine.
That's why she didn't give us a bonus.
She also told me
that it was not easy
for her son to do this.
She said,
she had to take the exam
to raise her salary.
She only had three years.
When she took the exam,
she was in the third place.
She should raise her salary
in the second place.
She should raise her salary
in the third place.
But in the fourth place,
there was an old doctor
who was about to retire.
He was in the third place.
She said,
your son is generous.
He thought he was generous.
He gave up his reputation
and let that old doctor raise his salary.
We all thought it was not easy.
Once he gave up his salary,
he would give it to others for the rest of his life.
Every month,
he would give it to others.
When I went to the prison,
I thought,
my son
was a good son.
He was a good son.
He did good things.
He was kind.
How could I ask him to change?
During the ten years
I felt like I was pulling the river.
They wanted to take me
to the river.
I wanted to pull them to me.
The reason was simple.
I believed in human nature.
Everyone has human nature.
In the prison,
even in the harsh environment,
I saw
the light of human nature.
I remember
there was a police officer
He was in charge of me.
He talked to me for a long time.
After a long conversation,
one day,
he called me.
We talked for a long time.
He asked me a lot of questions.
After a while,
he became silent.
After a long time,
he suddenly said,
Hai Ou,
if you are
in the society,
I will take you
as a friend.
At that moment,
I felt like
I was going to cry.
In the prison,
I experienced a lot of persecution.
I didn't shed a single tear.
But at that moment,
the kindness of his
human nature
made me feel
that my suffering was not in vain.
Because
I think
what he said
was not
an affirmation for me.
I think
it was an affirmation for Falun Gong.
There was another prisoner.
He was going to be executed.
On the day he left the prison,
he said goodbye to me.
He held my hand
and said,
Hai Ou,
I understand
what you said to me.
If one day,
I walk the same path
as you,
I will never forget
that you are my guide.
In fact,
I only had one feeling at that time.
I felt that my ten years of suffering
was not in vain.
If I could make people
understand the truth of Falun Gong
and at the same time
awaken the kindness in people's hearts,
I think it is worth
it.
Through my family,
my relatives,
I understand a little
about the evil of the Communist Party.
At that time,
Jiang Zemin used 610
to manipulate the whole country's regime
to harm the Falun Daoist school.
He had a few policies,
such as making mistakes in the name,
destroying the economy,
and destroying the meat factory.
In fact,
there was another one.
He used all means
to make people give up cultivation
and even
slander
the Dafa
and our master.
What did he want to do?
In fact,
he wanted to
completely
kill a person
from his spirit.
He wanted a person
who understood
what is light,
what is kindness,
what is justice
to do exactly
what he did
against his conscience,
against his nature.
This kind of spiritual
killing is
than any kind of
spiritual murder.
When I was arrested,
I had just been married for two years.
I met my wife
when I was studying in college.
She was actually
a very gentle woman.
She was arrested at the same time as I was.
After I was sent to the detention center,
she was also sent to a
disciplinary class.
It was a disciplinary class in Chongqing.
She was detained for six months.
Half a year later,
she was sent back to the original unit.
However, she was not treated as a doctor.
Instead, she was sent to
a laundry room
to do laundry
and other chores.
At the same time,
she was only paid the basic salary.
She was under a lot of pressure.
I remember
that at the end of
2002,
the prison police
sent me a letter
from the court
asking me to
divorce her.
I was
a little surprised
because
I had not
gone through
any court procedures
and had not been
approved by the court.
During the time
I was detained,
I spent
most of my time
in a highly
closed environment.
I could not get any information
from the outside world.
All I could see and hear
was what they forced me to see
and hear,
the so-called
so-called so-called
so-called
