¿Qué es lo que realmente determina tu horario de sueño?
El ritmo circadiano de tu cuerpo es el responsable de regular tus patrones de sueño.
La genética pesa menos de la mitad de tu preferencia en el horario de sueño, y son los factores ambientales, sociales y personales los que definen el resto de ese horario.
Según una investigación publicada en Insider 2022, existen seis tipos distintos de durmientes. Aquí te traemos una comparación de los dos extremos, una alondra matutina y un búho nocturno.
