I now know that if you take a person and you say, okay, close your eyes, sit in the silence
of any external stimulation, sit your body down like an animal, people say, I think I'm
meditating wrong.
I always say, oh, no, no, no, you're doing it right.
Because when you notice that your body wants to get up and check your cell phone or have
a cup of coffee and you become aware that it's on autopilot and wants to do that, and
you say, come on over here and you return it back to the present moment, you're executing
a will now that's greater than the program.
We've researched this.
Sooner or later, the body acquiesces, sooner or later the body is trained to a new mind
and when that happens, there's a liberation of energy.
And now there's energy to heal.
Now there's energy to create a new life.
Imagine a powerful, invisible force of wisdom, like a best friend you've yet to meet, living
inside each and every one of us.
It's this silent guide, like a compass, directing the rhythm and flow of our world.
It has an innate understanding of how to create balance and harmony, orchestrating the complexity
of life into a beautiful symphony.
You have the ability to tap into this remarkable energy, so it's crucial that you begin to
familiarize yourself with it, paying it the same attention as you would a trusted friend
or loved one.
And remember, just because you can't physically see this force, it doesn't negate its existence.
This hidden source of knowledge and wisdom can't be experienced through touch, sight,
or sound.
It's not something tangible that our traditional five senses can comprehend.
Instead, it's something you become deeply aware of, a consciousness that transcends
the physical world.
You don't experience it through your hands, eyes, or ears, but with your mind, your intuition,
and your innermost sense of understanding.
So let's start to forge this connection, to acquaint ourselves with this unseen yet profoundly
influential companion.
By connecting with this powerful force, we can unlock a deeper understanding of ourselves,
the world around us, and our place within it.
By embracing this invisible friend, we can navigate our lives with more wisdom, purpose,
and clarity, shaping a brighter, more meaningful existence for ourselves and others.
Connecting with this invisible intelligence, this internal reservoir of wisdom, can become
our most powerful asset in manifesting abundance.
This unseen force holds an understanding of balance and harmony that can guide us towards
a life of prosperity.
By aligning ourselves with this intelligence, we align with the universal rhythms of abundance,
allowing us to tap into limitless potential and manifest our deepest desires.
This intimate relationship with our inner wisdom becomes a wellspring of abundance,
empowering us to create a life of richness in all its forms, be it wealth, health, love,
or peace.
Dr. Joe Dispenza encourages us to adopt an abundant mindset by ingraining positive thoughts
and rehearsing successful actions.
He asserts that consistent mental rehearsal can alter our brain's wiring, blurring the
line between imagined and real-life experiences, ultimately fostering a life of abundance.
How would an abundant person think?
Write it down, dude, and fire and wire those thoughts in your brain, and install the hardware.
Keep doing it with attention and intention, it becomes the new voice in your head.
It becomes a software program.
And before you reach for your cell phone and start scrolling through your social media,
close your eyes and rehearse in your mind how that person would walk, how they would
breathe, how they would smile, how they would greet people, how they would be on Zoom calls,
how would they be in traffic, how would they be at dinner.
And the act of closing your eyes and mentally rehearsing the act, if you're truly present,
the brain does not know the difference between the real-life experience and what you're imagining.
In fact, just a little bit of time, you start to install the neurological hardware to look
like you already did it.
By mentally simulating our actions and attitudes of abundance, we essentially train our brain
to adopt this new, richer perspective.
Over time, these practiced thoughts and actions become second nature, transforming our imagined
reality into our lived experience.
As Dispenza emphasizes, the brain doesn't distinguish between real and vividly imagined
experiences, thus paving the way for manifesting a life of abundance through intentional thinking
and visualization.
Dr. Dispenza encourages us to become aware of our unconscious thoughts and behaviors
and to question whether the emotions we live by are truly serving us.
He prompts us to visualize and embody how we would move, breathe, and carry ourselves
if we felt healthy and unlimited, asserting that repeated practice of these positive states
can transform us from within, leading us to become the embodiment of our practiced emotions
and behaviors.
So in order for us to change, we have to become conscious of our unconscious thoughts and
the story and the narrative that we tell and those memories to become familiar with how
we speak or how we act and become so conscious that we don't go unconscious to that behavior.
And then we have to look at the emotions that we live by every single day and realize, are
these emotions loving to me?
How would you walk if you were healthy?
How would you stand?
How would you move?
How would you breathe?
What would be the posture when you felt unlimited instead of when you felt beaten up, unworthy?
And there's a whole different physiology and mechanism that takes place.
Keep practicing something, whatever you practice, you become.
You practice suffering, you'll get really good at it.
You practice feeling grateful, you'll get really good at that.
So good at it that you'll believe, behave, and ultimately become it.
Meditation serves as a key practice in connecting with the invisible intelligence we've been
discussing.
It is an invaluable tool that not only contributes to our overall well-being, but also enables
us to access this profound inner wisdom.
Meditation, by its very nature, encourages us to quiet the noise of our everyday lives
and draw our attention inward.
It allows us to step away from the external world and delve into the depths of our inner
world.
This journey within provides the space for us to become aware of our unconscious thoughts
and behaviors, just as Dr. Dispenza highlighted.
It empowers us to consciously examine and alter these thoughts and behaviors, transforming
them from obstacles into stepping stones on our path to abundance.
Furthermore, meditation invites us to visualize and embody states of health, limitlessness,
and abundance.
Through this practice, we can train our brains to adopt these positive states, rewiring our
As we consistently rehearse these states in our meditative practice, we not only cultivate
an abundant mindset, but also begin to physically embody this abundance.
Meditation also fosters a heightened sense of mindfulness, allowing us to be fully present
in each moment.
This presence, or awareness, is the key to experiencing the unseen realm of intelligence
that Dr. Dispenza speaks of.
It's through this heightened awareness that we can truly tap into this invisible source
of wisdom and guidance.
In essence, meditation is an essential practice for those seeking to connect with their inner
intelligence and manifest a life of abundance.
It provides the space, the tools, and the means to not only explore our inner world,
but also to reshape it.
Through consistent meditative practice, we can transform our thoughts, our behaviors,
and ultimately, our lives.
