L. Schefer says: "There is only one thing on earth that is more beautiful and better than a woman - that is the mother."

"Have you seen the mother when she buys sweet slumber for her favourite
Buys with her own sleep and cares for the dreaming,
Nourishes the trembling flame with her own life,
And rewards herself for the care with the care itself?"- Schiffer

"The child's soul knows no fear unless it is taught it by a mistake in education. What should the innocent child be afraid of? Because they are not there, it sees no ghosts, no witches, no demons, as long as its imagination is not poisoned with the products of sick brains. It sleeps quietly alone even in the darkest, most remote chamber, and walks calmly and fearlessly in the dark."
