What If The Planets Changed Positions? If Mars and Venus swap places, will new life be born?

If I were God, I would love to spend some eternity experimenting with what I just created. Of course, without hurting anyone, I'm always there trying to quench people's curiosity. For example, what if I put lions in India and tigers in Africa? What if I moved polar bears to Antarctica and penguins to Greenland? I've pretty much changed the value of pi. What if I made gravity vary with the square of the force over distance? I think you get the idea, this thought experiment is about what if. I would certainly use the planets in the solar system to tell the story, constantly mixing their properties and creating an ever-changing planetary environment.
