Myself and chat gpt combined to write you an awesome poem on the subject!

In the realm of tennis, a poem I'll weave,

About a skill to hone, a second serve to believe.

With speed and with spin, we'll conquer the game,

Mastering this art, bringing glory and fame.

Confidence in your swing is the name of the game,

Keeping your body and the ball in the same frame.

When pressure arises, don't crumble or fold,

Stay composed, swing smoothly, be bold.

As you progress, spin becomes your best friend,

Adding depth and dip, your skills will transcend.

A topspin or kick serve, both potent and true,

But let's start with the slice, more consistency to pursue.

With chopper grip in hand, grab some balls,

Experiment, spin them with precise calls.

Feel the bond between racket and ball,

Understand the manipulation, stand tall.

Slice the ball upwards, add topspin with grace,

Tilt back, let it spin, soaring in its embrace.

Over the net it arcs, diving into the box,

A slice with a hint of topspin, it rocks.

To develop a kick serve, aim close to the net,

Let the spin do its magic, a curving bet.

Lift the ball with a strike, make it soar,

Mastering this technique, an advantage galore.

Remove the cone, aim for the entire court,

Confident in your spin, never to be thwart.

With the net out of sight, you're free to attack,

Kick serves that jump, opponents pushed back.e the net which results in good depth.

And to better show you how to hit a heavy ball in tennis I created an experiment where I used only 2 out of 3 elements of the heavy ball so that you can see what happens with the ball.

In the first experiment I did not use speed, in the second one I did not use enough height and in the third one I did not use enough topspin.

Once you see all three experiments you will realize that you cannot get a heavy ball without all three elements of the stroke - lots of topspin, good speed and good height above the net.

So in the final part of the video you will also see me hit a good tennis heavy ball puts my opponent under pressure and yet is quite a safe ball for me to play.
