Happy World Falun Dafa Day 2024!

Today, millions of Falun Dafa practitioners in over 100 countries around the world are celebrating World Falun Dafa Day! Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is a traditional Chinese spiritual practice of the mind and body. The practice includes five gentle meditative exercises and the study of teachings centered on the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance or in Chinese, 真 (zhēn), 善 (shàn), and 忍 (rěn).

Falun Dafa was first introduced to the public in mainland China by Mr. Li Hongzhi on May 13th, 1992. Today, Falun Dafa has transcended cultural and geographic boundaries and is practiced by people of all ages and nationalities around the world. May 13th marks the anniversary of Falun Dafa’s introduction to the public as well as Mr. Li Hongzhi’s birthday.
