マツダは、日本初の2リッターエンジンを搭載し、現行ロードスター最速のソフトトップ仕様となるコンセプトカー「ロードスター マツダ スピリット レーシング RS コンセプト」を近日公開する。 2024年5月11日～12日、湘南マツダ相模原店（神奈川県相模原市南区）にて開催される。
ロードスターは、30年以上の歴史を持ち、全世界で120万台以上が販売されている人気の小型2シータースポーツカーです。 現行の4代目モデルは2015年に発売され、ワイド＆ローの魂動デザインと軽量・コンパクトなパッケージングが特徴。
マツダは、現行モデルの中でも最大の改良となる改良モデルを2024年1月下旬に発売する。先進の運転支援機能、パワートレインや操縦安定性の性能向上、照明などのデザイン変更を含む。 。
特別展示した新型ロードスター マツダ スピリット レーシング RS コンセプトは、マツダ スピリット レーシングがプロデュースし、よりコントローラブルなトラックコントロールと上質な日常のドライビング体験を追求した特別モデルのコンセプトカーです。 レーシングテクノロジーを活用してサスペンションや空力性能を向上させ、高性能パワートレインに合わせた内外装デザインにも注力したモデルです。
マツダによると、このモデルは市販化を目指しており、市街地でもサーキットでも運転して楽しい車づくりに注力しているという。
同時に、湘南マツダ相模オリジナルストアでは、現在検討中の第2弾となるMAZDA3の特別仕様車コンセプトカー「MAZDA SPIRIT Racing 3」も展示いたします。
Mazda will soon exhibit the concept car "Roadster Mazda Spirit Racing RS Concept". The Roadster is a popular small two-seat sports car with a history of more than 30 years and has sold more than 1.2 million units worldwide. The current fourth-generation model was launched in 2015 and is known for its wide and low Kodo design and lightweight and compact packaging.
In late January 2024, Mazda will release the improved model, which will be one of the biggest improvements in the current model, including advanced driving support functions, performance improvements in powertrain and handling stability, as well as design improvements in lighting and other areas change.
The specially exhibited New Roadster Mazda Spirit Racing RS Concept is a special model concept car produced by Mazda Spirit Racing, designed to provide more controllable track control and a high-quality daily driving experience. The model utilizes racing technology to improve suspension and aerodynamics, and focuses on interior and exterior design to match its high-performance powertrain.
Mazda says the model is aimed at commercialization and is focused on creating a car that's fun to drive, whether on city streets or on the track.
At the same time, the Shonan Mazda Sagami original store will also display the MAZDA SPIRIT RACING 3 concept car. This is the second model currently under consideration and a special version of the MAZDA3.
