Nowadays, people are increasingly looking for a comfortable working environment. With unemployment rising, governments are trying to encourage people to work and start businesses.
In today's world, people are increasingly seeking comfortable working environments,
a trend that is evident globally.
With the rising unemployment rates, many governments are striving to encourage employment and entrepreneurship.
South Korea is no exception, as they have implemented a series of measures to promote
employment and training.
This includes investing heavily in technical institutions such as beauty schools, culinary
institutes, computer colleges, and others, to support citizens with technical skills
training, assist them in obtaining national qualifications, and provide support for employment
or entrepreneurship.
Today we visited a pastry arts technical school, which is one of the government-funded technical
training institutions in South Korea.
Situated in the outskirts of the city, the school enjoys a serene and tranquil environment.
Upon entering the campus, one is greeted by clean and modern buildings, providing
a sense of comfort.
The school boasts well-equipped facilities, including advanced kitchen equipment and teaching
tools, offering students an excellent learning environment.
In the classrooms of the pastry arts technical school, a group of students is earnestly learning
the techniques of pastry making.
Teachers patiently guide the students, teaching them how to make various traditional and modern
pastry delicacies.
The students listen attentively and participate actively, their faces filled with anticipation
and excitement for the future.
Here, they not only learn skills, but also gain confidence and self-esteem, knowing that
they are heading towards a promising career development.
In addition to classroom instruction, the pastry arts technical school also provides
students with internship and practical opportunities.
Students have the chance to intern at restaurants or pastry shops outside of the school, gaining
first-hand experience in real work environments and enhancing their skills and abilities.
This practical teaching approach not only helps students better grasp the knowledge
they have learned, but also prepares them for future employment.
Beyond providing technical training, the pastry arts technical school also offers entrepreneurial
guidance and support to students with entrepreneurial dreams.
The school has established an Entrepreneurship Incubation Center, providing support and guidance
for students in developing business plans, raising funds, marketing, and other aspects
helping them realize their dreams of entrepreneurship.
At the pastry arts technical school, we witnessed the efforts of the South Korean government
to promote employment and entrepreneurship and the positive effects of these efforts.
Through technical training, many individuals have found their desired jobs and realized
their own life values.
Faced with the future, they are full of confidence and hope, because they know that with diligent
study and unwavering efforts, they can create a bright future of their own.
