'Throw away after use': A hospital in Inner Mongolia fired more than 40 nurses

Over 40 nurses employed at the Hohhot Stomatological Hospital in Inner Mongolia were terminated collectively. These nurses were recruited through social recruitment in March 2020 and underwent a series of screenings, including written exams, interviews, and physical examinations, before being hired. However, the hospital did not enter into labor contracts with them or provide social insurance during their employment.
