Hello everyone, welcome to Hongqiao Secret News, I am Meilin.
The history of Chen Ai has covered up many unknown truths.
In mainland China, there are still many people who praise Deng Xiaoping.
But the crimes he committed, whether it is the Three Gorges Project, which cost tens of billions of yuan to build,
or the June 4th incident that cruelly suppressed tens of thousands of students and civilians,
or the planned business policy that caused the entire country to fall into an economic crisis,
have all been covered up by the CCP.
Today, I would like to talk to you about Deng Xiaoping and his so-called reform and opening policy.
This has brought prosperity to China and concealed the deep and hidden policy.
After Deng Xiaoping took office, he visited the developed countries such as the United States, Japan and the West between 1979 and 1985.
Let him see the huge gap between China and Western countries.
Therefore, he decided to implement the so-called reform and opening policy.
But he has no clue about how to reform, how to open.
So there are his famous words,
no matter white cat or black cat, catch the mouse is a good cat, turn the left light to the right, etc.
These are cited by the CCP as a model, but show that Deng Xiaoping lacks a real theoretical foundation.
Generally speaking, reform and opening policy is a good thing.
Reform means giving up the socialist planned economy of Stalin and Mao,
and turning to a market economy that meets economic regulations.
Politically, we must also give up the one-party dictatorship and turn to constitutional democracy.
Opening means freedom of speech, no longer closed country.
However, things are not as simple as you think.
In December 1978, Deng Xiaoping gave two speeches before and after the 3rd Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee.
The content was exactly the opposite, which had the greatest impact on China's development.
First of all, Deng Xiaoping emphasized the importance of freedom of thought and real-life policy at the closing of the meeting.
This speech later became the theme report of the 3rd Plenary Session.
But at another meeting shortly after the 3rd Plenary Session,
Deng Xiaoping raised the four basic principles of persistence,
and set an unsurpassed political bottom line for reform and opening policy.
It is said that the reason why Deng Xiaoping changed his attitude
was that during the two meetings, he held two stages of theoretical consultations.
At the opening of the meeting, he asked the speaker to speak boldly.
But after the second stage, he changed his attitude,
believing that there were too radical views in the speech,
which may endanger the Communist regime.
It is said that Deng Xiaoping said at the time that
the more he read the briefs of the theoretical consultations, the more uncomfortable he felt.
As a consultant, Deng Lijun believes that there are many absurdities in the speech.
For example, Wang Ruoshui, deputy editor-in-chief of the People's Daily,
denied Mao's ideology and Mao himself,
and even proposed to remove Mao Zedong and Mao Zedong's ideology.
Hu Xiaomu, one of the seven people in charge, also agreed with Deng Xiaoping,
and said that the more the meeting was held, the more absurd it was,
and that the denial was denied.
In short, there were five denials,
namely the denial of socialism, proletariat dictatorship,
the leadership of the CCP, and Ma Lianmao.
In addition, in 1978, the Western Democratic Wall appeared in Beijing,
and people exposed the darkness and called for democracy.
This also made Deng Xiaoping deeply afraid.
It is obvious that Deng Xiaoping was worried that
the real liberation of thought would endanger the regime of the Communist Party.
If it was not restricted, there would be big problems,
which would challenge and threaten the leadership of the Communist Party.
Therefore, on March 30, 1979,
at the theoretical work meeting held in Beijing,
Deng Xiaoping spoke on behalf of the CPC Central Committee
about the four basic principles.
According to Deng Xiaoping's definition,
these four basic principles are
that we must stick to the socialist path,
that we must stick to people's democratic dictatorship,
that we must stick to the leadership of the Communist Party,
and that we must stick to Marxism and Mao Zedong's ideology.
In that speech, he also emphasized that
we should provoke those who spread anti-communist speech,
and that we should continue to fight
against the four basic principles of thought.
Such a statement clearly does not conform to the spirit of reform and opening up.
It can be seen that Deng Xiaoping did not really mean reform and opening up.
The four basic principles he proposed
were a tightrope for the CCP to restrict reform,
thereby hindering Chinese politics and social development,
and later became the ruling ideology of the third and fourth generations of the Communist Party,
and completely blocked the way for China's political reform.
Even a firm conservative party like Hu Xiaomu in the CCP
also believes that the four basic principles
that have been included in the 1982 constitution are unreasonable.
A former secretary of the CCP, Mr. Zhao Ziyang,
said in early 1989 that Hu Xiaomu said that
the four basic principles could not stand,
and would sooner or later be removed from the constitution.
However, this thing that would sooner or later be removed from the constitution
has actually restrained China's reform and opening up for a whole 40 years.
It has set a 40-year tightrope for the whole of China.
Deng Xiaoping used this tightrope
to restrict the Chinese ideological,
intellectual, and cultural circles that started the reform and opening up.
In order to be able to stick to the four basic principles,
he forced Hu Xiaobang, the leader of the KMT within the party, to step down.
In order to counter the unfavorable liberalization,
Zhao Ziyang, the leader of the CCP's reform and opening up,
was put under house arrest after the June 4th uprising.
Deng Xiaoping once said that the reform and opening up would take 100 years,
but he had never really planned to change China's system,
to give up the CCP's autocratic rule.
He set the four basic principles,
and demanded that the reform and opening up could be carried out,
but it must be within the four basic principles.
Any behavior that violates these principles is not allowed.
In the mid-1980s, Deng Xiaoping opposed the liberalization of the bourgeoisie
and the so-called spiritual pollution.
To this day, the CCP government still adheres to this principle,
refuses to supervise power,
and continues to restrict freedom of speech and freedom of thought.
China's reform and opening up
is sometimes analyzed as the CCP's means of survival.
At first, it was taken to get out of trouble.
When the CCP was in trouble,
it visited everywhere in the name of reform,
trying to maintain its rule under the guise of reform.
However, the CCP is actually using reform and opening up
to consolidate its power and resources.
By deceiving, stealing, and swindling,
they first ensure that they will not suffer the bitter cold,
and then gradually expand and accumulate wealth.
Once the CCP regains its vitality,
it will show a new face and become an enemy of the world.
As the reform and opening up deepens,
there is a question of which part of the people get rich first.
People used to think that those who get rich first are those who have knowledge,
culture, ideals, and hard work.
But the reality is that people feel very painful.
From the 3rd Plenary Session of the 11th Congress of the Communist Party of China
to the outbreak of the Democratic Movement in 1989,
those who get rich first are not only the descendants of Communist Party members,
but also the low-level hooligans and rascals in society.
This situation became worse after 1989,
especially after Deng Xiaoping's southern march in 1992.
This is the worst situation.
Power and evil forces combine.
The evil forces are the subordinates and lackeys of the Communist Party,
stealing national wealth.
Most intellectuals, workers, and farmers
have become the victims of the reform and opening up.
In fact, after the reform and opening up,
the lives of ordinary people have not improved.
Instead, because of unemployment, forced labor, forced migration,
and the problem of land being occupied,
it becomes more and more poor and more difficult.
At that time, in order to suppress the interests of the people in Guangdong,
the vanguards of the Communist Party not only used the regular army and armed police,
but also recruited black and evil forces
to provide protection for their selfish reform and opening up.
In order to divide the victims,
the CCP used coercion to bribe some intellectuals
to make them the vanguards' lackeys and slaves.
This combination of power elites, economic elites, and intellectual elites
became the best way for the vanguards of the Communist Party to get rich.
Those hard-working people
could not find a chance to get rich,
and even the most basic life was difficult to maintain.
They were often bullied and oppressed by the black and evil forces.
Therefore, people like Yang Jia, Deng Yujiao, and Zheng Misheng
who had no regrets and fought against the CCP appeared.
Deng Xiaoping proposed the development of hard principles
and opened the door to convenience for forced dismissal,
forced signing, and bullying.
This concept means that we can live without caring about the lives of the people,
just for the so-called development.
However, the consequences of this kind of development
are that officials are rich and the people are poor,
the rivers are polluted, and the mountains change color.
This kind of development is even worse than non-development.
In addition, Deng Xiaoping was praised as the chief designer of reform and opening up.
However, what he did was not wise.
For example, he introduced the concept of economic special zones into China.
In fact, he plagiarized the export processing zone policy
implemented by Mr. Jiang Jingguo in Taiwan decades ago.
Even if the land is contracted to farmers,
it is not as innovative as he claims.
Taiwan implemented the land reform in the early 1950s.
Deng Xiaoping proposed the idea of contracting land to farmers
nearly 30 years later.
In fact, farmers in Fengyang Village, Anhui Province
took the risk of privately sharing the land with individuals.
This move was a huge success.
This not only solved the livelihoods of the villagers,
but also provided a model for the development of rural areas across the country.
After seeing this success,
Deng Xiaoping had no choice but to follow this approach.
Instead, he used the name of joint responsibility contracting policy.
Therefore, if you want to say credit,
it should be in the name of the villagers of Xiaokang Village and the local leaders who support them,
not Deng Xiaoping.
Deng Xiaoping's reform and opening up policy introduced the market economy,
but ignored the need for the market economy to be built on the basis of
the protection of private ownership and property rights.
To be honest, to maintain the normal operation of the market economy,
it is necessary to establish a political system.
Through democratic elections, three-power division,
multi-party competition to protect personal rights and interests.
On the contrary, Deng Xiaoping insisted on the one-party dictatorship of the Communist Party,
which led to a radical economic and political development.
Deng Xiaoping also tried to introduce the market economy,
while maintaining the dictatorship of the Communist Party
and the monopoly economy of state-owned enterprises.
The result of this is that in the 1980s,
there was a double-deck system in the market economy,
which led to a double-deck system in the material and commodity prices.
Therefore, the first-hand power mainly came from the distribution of materials and commodities,
the manipulation of the authorities and the monopolists of state-owned resources,
the use of the power in hand,
the collusion of resources and wealth between officials and businessmen,
leading to the collusion between officials and businessmen,
the collusion between officials and businessmen,
and the collusion between officials and businessmen.
In this situation, the monopolists of state-owned resources
and officials used power and resources to collude with officials and businessmen,
which led to the intensification of corruption and the unfair distribution of social wealth.
At the same time as the economic development,
a large number of state-owned enterprises and social enterprises collapsed,
resulting in a large number of workers losing their jobs.
And in the process of privatization of state-owned enterprises,
state-owned assets exacerbated the two-level division of society,
and the low-income class and the middle-income class became obsessed with enjoying power and wealth.
And the low-income workers and the migrant workers became urban civilians and lived in poverty.
In fact, in the first 30 years of the CCP's power,
many old and ancient people may not have high evaluations of it.
However, with the reform and opening up of Deng Xiaoping,
especially since the 2000s,
China's economic growth has been more aggressive
and has created more wealth opportunities
and attracted a large number of domestic and foreign investors.
The CCP has shown a generous attitude.
It seems that China has become rich because of it.
But we have also seen that many officials are in a state of corruption.
The rich are the people who are reminded all the time.
They are the workers who work hard to make the Chinese people live a good life.
So it's only natural to make a little money.
As for ordinary people,
they seem to be immersed in the sweetness of money.
As for ordinary people,
they seem to be immersed in the sweetness of money.
But is this kind of wealth really true?
From different levels,
the wealth of the country has different standards.
The most basic standard is the state wealth and the people's wealth.
But the current situation does not meet this statement.
For ordinary people,
they are just a minority.
In the city, millions of peasants still live in poverty.
In recent years, the CCP has been holding a lot of cash.
But how did they get the cash?
A common misunderstanding is that
this money is the economic benefit of reform and opening up.
Foreign investors invest in various forms.
And the people's hard-earned savings
are taken by them first.
The CCP's bad debts are well-known all over the world.
But how much is there? Only God knows.
However, before these bad debts are eliminated,
they are all calculated in the CCP's wealth.
Deng Xiaoping originally planned to use the Mensheng Fattasai
as a 100-year plan to protect the courage of the CCP regime.
He expected that after 100 years,
the CCP would become a superpower that ruled the world.
However, he did not consider that
the market economy would shake the foundation of dictatorial rule.
The private economy growth brought by economic development
gradually weakened the CCP's political power.
As people's living standards improved,
political concepts also changed.
This led to the failure of the dictatorship.
Therefore, it is possible that the CCP
will not be able to survive for 100 years.
Reform and opening up remind us that
Marx's history is absolutely absurd.
There is no future for the dictatorship of the Communist Party.
OK, that's all for today.
