People trapped in Jiuqudong tunnel wave for help | Taiwan earthquake

Drone footage taken after the earthquake in Taiwan shows a group of people waving flags and calling for help from inside one of the highway’s tunnels surrounded by debris and destroyed roads.

Rescue efforts have been complicated by a large number of aftershocks.
