Mexico Issues Public Statement Against Texas

over whether it has the right the legal right in the case of the federal government not doing its job to arrest and Deport people illegally entering the state from Mexico but the government in Mexico is now warning that even if Texas gets Court approval from the Supreme Court the United States to deport people that Texas will face legal challenges from the Mexican Government now briefly remember the Supreme Court ruled that Texas could enforce its border laws but then the Administration immediately appealed that and the authority in Texas was frozen right after but you know on what's happening right now in Mexico basically this is it the government in Mexico this is their direct statement on it they say on behalf of the government of Mexico the Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemns the entry into force of Texas law sb4 which seeks to stop the flow of migrants by criminalizing them and encouraging the separation of families discrimination and racial profiling that violate the human rights of the migrant Community it says as stated since the law was debated in Texas legislature last year Mexico categorically rejects any measure that allows state or local authorities to exercise immigration control and to arrest and return Nationals or foreigners to Mexican territory Mexico also questions legal Provisions that affect the human rights of the more than 10 million million people of Mexican origin who live in Texas and give rise to hostile environments in which the migrant Community is exposed to hate speech discrimination and RI racial profiling it says that Mexico reiterates its legitimate right to protect the rights of its Nationals in the United States and to determine its own policies regarding entry into its territory what about the us having policies of entry into its territory right but regardless Mexico says Mexico will not accept under any circumstances repatriations by the state of Texas as part of its actions to protect the interests of Mexico and its Nationals in the US the government of Mexico will file a friend of the court brief with the US court of appeals for the fifth circuit in New Orleans Louisiana to provide information on the impact that this law will have on the Mexican and or Mexican American community and it's a effect on the relations between Mexico and the United States now look of course Mexico does support Mass ilal immigration why is that well maybe it's because Mexico makes massive profits from remittances when it sends people to work here illegally and then they send money home and also from money pouring into the Mexican economy from Human Trafficking and drug trafficking one of the largest markets in the world which Mexico is benefiting heavily from Mexico of course also does not want to deal with people from all over the world you know getting deported inside of the Border understandable uh the mass migration happening right now is not just Mexican it's from South America it's from Africa it's from China it's from everywhere and you could say that Mexico shouldn't have to deal with them but if the United States is not allowed to enforce its own border then how does this work the people trying to enter the United States illegally again they're not just for Mexico but this is essentially Mexico right now telling the United States that we can't enforce our own laws this is a foreign government threatening America for enforcing its laws while also profiting massively from the United States not enforcing its laws at the same time Mexico has a lot more to lose than the US does now look we don't necessarily benefit a whole lot from trade deals with Mexico and Canada and we now know that the CCP has been using backdoor tricks to manufacture cars in Mexico one small example while benefiting from special trade benefits that we give to Mexico and meanwhile well it's all kind of hot air frankly remember Mexico was trying things like this when Trump was President Trump threatened them with trade damages and Mexico folded almost immediately remember we used to have the remain in Mexico policy remember when Mexico was blocking Mass illegal immigration to the US because they couldn't come and stay here while they wait to go through the immigration process you know under normal circumstances it would be on the federal government to deal with foreign diplomacy especially in cases like this where foreign where foreign government is trying to undermine the basic sovereignty of the United States and also the rights of individual states even if the Supreme Court makes the determination it means that under us law Texas would have the legal right to deport people but again it's more likely the Biden ministration is going to side with Mexico on this one because again they're fighting Texas to make sure Texas cannot enforce border laws now that being said meanwhile you know illegal immigrants in El Paso Texas speaking of which they're actually sparring right now with border guards over a hundred of them were caught on video rushing the Border breaking through the razor wire and then assaulting US border authorities and keep in mind as well folks their Mexican government is saying that Texas can't enforce its laws when things like this happen let me show you the video from New York Post there exclusive video it says a group of over 100 migrants attempted to enter the US illegally by rushing a border wall Thursday breaking through razor wire and knocking over guards in the process I.E assaulting them the post had earlier witnessed around 600 migrants massed at the international border as part of a spring surge of migrants hoping to gain access to the US the Texas National Guard was attempting to organize them into smaller groups but the situation grew tense after some women and children children were separated from adult males by the Guardsmen because again a lot of them are being human trafficked and they need to make sure that they're actually the people who are legitimately with them part of their families and not human traffickers video it says taken by the post showed one set of migrants mostly single men then rushing the Texas troops a group of men with hoodies gloves and winter jackets could be seen pulling fencing away and dashing through through the carantina wire as a group of five guards stood in defensive form to fill the Gap and look as all this happens states are doubling down notably on enforcing their own border laws Iowa for example is now joining Texas in this push back against illegal immigration because again folks if the federal government is not enforcing border laws not securing the United States the The Authority for that typically would go to the states and we're seeing now that Biden is trying future welcome back it seems that Iowa is now trying to side with Texas on the ability to enforce its own border laws look regardless of the threats from Mexico regardless of the legal push back from the Biden Administration it seems like the threats are not deterring the states and again one of the bigger pieces in the Texas case is that look if Texas wins it's possible other states will follow and we're now watching the start of this Washington examiner says an Iowa Bill similar to the one going through legal Hoops in Texas would allow state law enforcement to arrest illegal immigrants who are previously deported or denied entry into the United States the new legislation makes it a crime for migrants to enter Iowa if they have a history of deportation or were denied entry into the country it notes the bill would allow police to charge illegal immigrants with aggravated misdemeanors if the individual has been deported from the US before or was denied access to the Country Now typically if the individual was deported before or is denied access it means that they have a criminal wrap sheet it typically would only apply to people with a criminal record but or you know maybe on a terror watch list or something like that but it notes further in a legal immigrant could also be charged with a Class D Felony if the individual was deported for a misdemeanor charge related to a crime of drug or drugs according to the bill slightly different from Lou in Texas in Texas they're making it so that it's illegal to enter the state of Texas from a foreign country and of course the only foreign country they're on the border with is Mexico now look regardless of how things are shaping up in the courts the back and forth may actually benefit Republicans really a lot more than Democrats with 2024 elections even if Mexico says that hey Texas can't enforce its laws and Texas like folds it will probably significantly benefit Republicans come election time now look remember the old narrative for the Democrats was that the whole thing wasn't happening it's a big illusion it's disinformation and far-right conspiracy theories that the Border crisis is taking place then it was government policy it's being done intentionally in fact it's being done through an international agreement with the United Nations and the US government called the global compact for migration the fact that the Biden admin is even suing Texas for trying to enforce its own border laws or the fact that the administration targeted Arizona and Texas for trying to install border barriers all of this is showing the world that the narratives are fake Mass illegal immigration is a government policy now with that said illegal immigrants are also getting huge benefits from entering the United States and people are now seeing this clearly especially as costs of living rise and there's lower standards of living for the average American and as this happens they see illegal immigrants getting better treatment than most American citizens and Republicans are using this for the 2024 elections the alleged murder of lake and Riley by an illegal alien for for example is now a symbol of the open border policies and Biden apologizing on camera for calling the alleged murderer an illegal is only making things worse right would would he apologize if the the shoe was turned right would he apologize if it was an American killing an illegal alien probably not frankly the way we've seen things done and when it comes to the scale well things just keep getting worse remember it used to be just over 7 million people who had IL legally ENT entered the United States through Biden's open border policies now the number is over 9 million in just 3 years in fact Biden has been in office and for 9 million people have illegally entered the country that we know about red state says that even when it became clear China and drug cartels were using the porest border to funnel fenel and other addictive drugs into the US causing record drug overdose deaths Americans dying Biden did nothing but call for action and blame Republicans whose border policies he canell it says once the illegals were across the border without verification or tracking the Biden Administration transported thousands to Inland cities where they melted into existing ilal communities by early 2024 the federal government estimated
