(Bundesliga 2023/2024): Highlights Union Berlin - Borussia Dortmund

Long lower division career. Kevin Follandt, it's Hollerbach and Kevin Follandt here against Niklas Züller. The back heel on here for Luka Tuzar right across the face of the goal inside of six minutes. Big chance. So Brandt on the corner. Ran this season with eight assists in the Bundesliga. One of the most creative players so far. In goes that corner, the header somehow keeps it out from point-blank range. Super save from Frederik Rönnel. Adeyemi across to find Ian Martsen. It's Martsen opens up here. Martsen's shot deflection. Rönnel again. Brandt up in the air for Adeyemi here for Fulcrug over the crossbar. But once again Rönnel makes a save of near superhuman quality. Niklas Züller. Niklas Fulcrug. Good ball to find Adeyemi. Adeyemi. Adeyemi's shot is absolutely stunning. What a special goal of Adeyemi. His first start since mid-December. First goal in the Bundesliga since May of last year. But my goodness that is special. Well him and Sancho just switched sides a while ago. Adeyemi went out to that right-hand side. Sancho down the left-hand side. And Adeyemi just creates himself a bit of space here. Comes inside. This is Schäfer's pass is straight to Jadon Sancho. Ahead Fulcrug now has made the run. Niklas Fulcrug. Fulcrug shot. And Rönnel repels again. Led by Züller. Emre Can boxed in. Comes here for Schäfer. Is Schäfer still here? On for Hollebäck who took too long on it. He's still there. Volland. Oh what a save by Maier. Well Kevin Volland had to score but Maier decides oh no you don't. Here's Brandt away from Diogo Leite. Julian Brandt. Brandt lovely run. Not the finish he was hoping for. Schäfer goes again. Emre Schäfer. Great work here from him. It's Schäfer still. Schäfer. And Volland's shot is tame. It's Kevin Volland. Ball won by Habre here. Now Vitesse chasing with Rez on. You're the Vitesse. There will be a corner. The pressure and the ball won here by This is Ian Mattsson. Mattsson in to wrap it up. His first goal in German football. Ian Mattsson to double their lead and seal the win in Köpenick. It takes all the pressure off his team here especially now I think the last three four minutes. I think we would have seen a lot of long balls coming into the 18-yard box. It's a long throw. There is Arendsen. Arendsen for Vitesse and running on here beyond is Andreas Schäfer. Schäfer's shot of the game this afternoon in Köpenick. A win to exorcise Dortmund's demons from Hoffenheim at home loss last week. Today in Köpenick they get the job done. It must be Adeyemi and by Ian Mattsson. His first goal in German football to seal the win as they win here by two goals to nil.
