Hello everyone, welcome to the Kanfeng Yun program.
Today I will talk to you about the three trends that the Chinese Communist Party's State Council has been slaved to.
Li Qiang's role as prime minister is getting weaker.
In the report, Li Qiang once again praised Xi Jinping.
What is the cause of his sloth?
Li Qiang claimed that the monthly pension of Chinese residents has increased by 20 yuan.
Netizens mocked that he was beating up beggars.
Why did the Netherlands suddenly close its consulate in Chongqing?
The Chinese Communist Party's State Council is in progress.
The outside world believes that there are three trends that the State Council has been slaved to,
including the revision of the State Council Organizational Law for Xi Jinping,
drafting a government work report directly on behalf of Xi Jinping,
and the cancellation of the Prime Minister's Press Conference.
Observers believe that this is Xi Jinping's strengthening of personal totalitarianism,
institutionalizing personal dictatorship,
but it will also trigger internal crises and accelerate the collapse of the regime.
On the afternoon of March 5,
after Li Qiang's government work report,
Li Hongzhong, deputy chairman of the National People's Congress,
made a report on the revision of the draft statement of the State Council Organizational Law.
On Dec. 4, 1982,
the official passed the current State Council Organizational Law,
which has not been amended for more than 40 years.
In the 1980s,
the top officials of the Chinese Communist Party were once separated from the party,
which made the State Council very powerful and relatively independent.
Therefore, the former prime minister Zhu Rongqi, Wen Jiabao, etc.
have great decision-making power in economic and civil affairs.
For the current official revision of the State Council Organizational Law,
former Beijing lawyer Lai Jianping said,
in other words, the State Council has maintained Xi Jinping's
personal totalitarianism as the highest principle,
no longer civil affairs, no longer economy, no longer internal and external affairs.
The State Council has become a secretariat,
and Li Qiang has become a servant of Xi Jinping.
Lai Jianping said,
Xi Jinping has gradually taken the administrative power of the State Council
into his personal hands through the so-called collective arrangement of the CCP reform.
After the revision of the draft statement of the State Council Organizational Law,
the party-government system that was built in the early days of the CCP's reform and opening up
will be completely overthrown,
and it will become the world's largest individual dictatorship.
It is equivalent to establishing the rule of law
of Xi Jinping's one-man dictatorship.
On March 5,
Huang Shouhong, the person in charge of drafting the draft report of this government work report,
said at the conference that
the most important new feature of this year's government work report is
to take to the streets.
In other words, the report was written in accordance with Xi Jinping's intentions.
There was no such practice during Li Keqiang's time.
For the draft work of the entire government work report,
Lai Jianping suspected that Li Qiang could no longer speak.
As for the content of the report,
Li Qiang, as the prime minister,
is no longer qualified to review and review.
Everything is based on Xi Jinping's review and review.
He said,
Li Qiang stood there and wrote the report.
What he said was not what he wanted to say himself.
It was what the party central government wanted him to say.
What he said may not even be clear to himself.
On March 4, the National People's Congress of the CCP announced
that there would be no presidential press conference after the National People's Congress,
and there would be no more in the next few years.
Lai Jianping said,
Canceling the presidential press conference
is equivalent to canceling the power of speech of the prime minister.
The power of the State Council of Xi
is completely transferred to the so-called party central government,
that is, to Xi Yiren.
The public opinion believes that this change
has further weakened Li Qiang's role as prime minister.
He has become a two-faced person with no power and no voice.
At this press conference,
Li Qiang's attitude towards Xi Jinping was very respectful and humble.
Every time Li Qiang interacted with Xi Jinping sitting next to him,
his body leaned,
even quietly left his seat,
and kept his posture from the bottom.
Li Qiang said in a report that
the achievements he has achieved in the past year
are basically due to Xi Jinping's leadership.
It is very obvious that it is due to the guidance of Xi's thoughts.
Commentator Zhou Xiaohui specifically said,
Li Qiang's praise of Xi
can also be interpreted in another way,
that is, he shirked his responsibility to protect himself in the future.
The article said,
Under internal and external constraints,
Li Qiang has shown that he is a weak prime minister.
Xi is the one who makes all the decisions
to lighten the responsibility he has to bear.
The economy is not good,
the people's will is boiling,
the people are losing confidence,
the international pressure,
everything,
the main responsibility lies with the leader,
the leader,
he is powerless.
Li Qiang is not shirking his responsibility.
Although the outside world does not know,
Xi Jinping has indeed gone further on the road of personal totalitarianism.
Lai Jianping believes this will accelerate the collapse of the CCP regime.
He said,
In the short term,
Xi Jinping can continue to rule along this path of personal totalitarianism,
but his extreme personal totalitarianism
will make China's economy,
people's livelihood,
and internal and external affairs face a worse situation.
In particular, the economy and people's livelihood
may have a greater range of backwardness.
Social order will collapse.
Many people have not even lived a basic life.
In the end, there will be countless people standing up and saying no.
There will be some form of revolution
to overthrow Xi Jinping's one-man dictatorship.
Li Qiang also said in a government report
that the Chinese residents' pension will increase by RMB 20 per month.
The official media wrote at random
that this is a large-scale increase
in urban and rural residents' pensions,
which has aroused a lot of netizens' ridicule.
Some people think
this money is like sending a beggar again.
Some people also pointed out
that this reflects the injustice of Chinese society.
Li Qiang said in a government work report
that the State Council is actively dealing with the problem of aging population.
One of the measures is
to raise the minimum pension for urban and rural residents
by RMB 20 per month.
According to public information,
the minimum pension for urban and rural residents
in 31 provinces and administrative districts
across the country are not the same.
Generally, it is below RMB 200.
The lowest is RMB 103 in Yunnan,
RMB 105 in Sichuan and Hunan.
The highest three cities are
Tianjin is RMB 307,
Beijing is RMB 887,
and Shanghai is RMB 1,300.
Many netizens expressed ridicule
about Li Qiang's speech.
Some netizens said
that this money is not enough to buy a pound of pork.
Some people said
that when they were young, their parents picked up grain
and went to the town to work.
Now they are over 100 a month old.
How can they live?
Don't farmers contribute little to the country?
Some people also questioned
how much the civil servant pension is.
China's Embassy in the Netherlands
In the background of the CCP's efforts to attract foreign investment,
the Dutch Embassy in China announced on March 1
on WeChat public account
that the embassy in Chongqing was officially closed.
The Dutch Embassy in Beijing
is to deal with business in Hangai, Chongqing,
Sichuan, Shaanxi, Yunnan and Guizhou from now on.
According to Bloomberg,
a representative from the Netherlands
said at a foreign trade meeting in Chengdu
that the closing of the embassy
was due to limited business activities in the Netherlands.
However, analysts believe
that closures have a certain relationship
with economic factors such as economic losses,
the cost of opening a hotel, and so on.
And the bigger reason may be political factors.
Now, the overall relationship between Beijing and Western countries is tense.
The Netherlands also wants to distance itself from the Chinese Communist Party.
From an economic point of view,
it seems that it is not necessary for the Netherlands
to close the Chongqing embassy.
According to official data from the CCP,
China-Netherlands bilateral investment has developed rapidly in recent years.
As of the end of 2021,
the Netherlands invested $23.8 billion in China directly.
China invested $28.5 billion in the Netherlands directly.
The Netherlands is China's first major investment destination
and second largest source of private investment in the EU.
The Netherlands is China's second largest trading partner in the EU.
In 2020, China became the Netherlands' second largest trading partner in the world.
Since 2022, although the bilateral trade box has fluctuated,
it has remained at more than $1.1 billion.
Commentator Wang He said
that the closure of the Chongqing embassy in the Netherlands
should be a major political decision.
There are two main reasons for the Netherlands to distance itself from the CCP.
First, the Dutch society is increasingly opposed to the CCP.
For example, as of 2020,
the two countries have established 44 provinces and cities of friendly relations.
However, in recent years,
one-fourth of such cooperative relations have been cancelled.
In April last year, the Dutch Intelligence and Security Bureau warned
that the Dutch university is a tempting target for espionage activities.
The CCP is the biggest threat.
Earlier, in 2019, the oldest university in the Netherlands,
Leiden University, announced the closure of the Confucius School.
Second, the Dutch government must respond to the CCP's threats and systemic challenges.
For example, in 2022, the Dutch media found
that the Chinese government has established at least two non-public police stations in the Netherlands,
suppressing the voices of Chinese dissidents in Europe.
This is a violation of the sovereignty of the Netherlands.
On Feb. 6 this year,
the Netherlands accused the CCP of attacking its national defense network.
The Dutch Minister of Defense said
that this is part of the CCP's political espionage activities against the Netherlands and its allies.
Although China is an important market for the Netherlands,
with the implementation of US-EU de-Chinaization,
the Netherlands is becoming more and more of a competitor to the CCP, not a partner.
The most prominent example is in the field of chip equipment.
The Netherlands has joined the US industry this year,
strictly restricting advanced equipment and technology for China to obtain and manufacture chips.
Esmøl in the Netherlands is the world's leading advanced semiconductor
and optical processor manufacturer.
Under the government's ban, it has also stopped supplying to China.
This is a violation of the CCP's ability to develop and manufacture advanced chips.
The Netherlands did not publicly explain
why it closed its Chongqing consulate.
In fact, it was to save face for the CCP.
The CCP is well aware of this,
and it has changed its wolf-like style.
It is rare to admit in a low-key that this is the right of the Dutch government.
The two countries can only get farther and farther.
OK, that's all for today.
