Jacobsen speaks against an energy bill that would hurt people already struggling to pay their bills

Rep. Cyndy Jacobsen, R-Puyallup, speaks on the House floor in opposition to a bill that would allow for Puget Sound Energy (PSE) to accelerate their cost recovery/depreciation on their natural gas infrastructure and add bureaucracy and fees, thereby increasing PSE utility costs, which will be passed onto consumers.
