Rep. Travis Couture stands up for parent's rights

Rep. Travis Couture, R-Allyn, delivers a passionate speech about I-2081, an initiative to the Legislature that will codify parents rights to review educational materials and more in K-12 public schools in Washington state. The initiative was signed by hundreds of thousands of people in the state and passed the Legislature shortly after Couture's speech.
