Summer is slowly drawing to a close here on the farm friend and I invite you to enjoy these peaceful slow lived moments together with me.
Look out for the mama warthog and her not so small babies anymore. There are also 3 mama hens and 10 baby chickens giving us endless moments of delight at the moment. Feeding time is a thing to behold.
I think family is important and we should cherish the gift that they are in our life.
Spending time together should never be replaced by other things.
My 85 year old mom is still busy with those hands every day. We have both started a new crochet project and we will keep you updated. The mosquitoes and flies are becoming less of a problem as it becomes cooler.
Sunday after lunch my eldest son and I usually love to play a game of scrabble while having a coffee. These are the moments you always cherish.
I’m enjoying the new little area in my garden. So does the pollinators. My zinnias are so pretty and soon the marigolds will be showing off their bright yellow blossoms.
All the sweet lingering moments in our days that go so quickly.
