Hi guys, welcome back to my channel. Let's make seven breakfast recipes that all take
less than 10 minutes to make. We'll make overnight oats, pesto eggs, chia pudding, a smoothie,
chocolate oatmeal, a sandwich, and a yogurt bowl. All these breakfast recipes are gluten-free and
lactose-free and will definitely keep you full for several hours. Let's start with breakfast
Let's start with the overnight oats. So for the overnight oats we need half a cup of gluten-free
oats, one tablespoon of chia seeds, half a cup of milk of choice, I used almond milk,
half a cup of plain yogurt, I used lactose-free yogurt, half to one tablespoon of maple syrup
depending on how sweet you want the oats to be, and half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Then we just
let the overnight oats set in the fridge overnight and then you have a ready breakfast waiting in
the fridge when you wake up. Then you can add your favorite toppings on top. I added some clementines
and some peanut butter. Overnight oats are such a great breakfast idea because you can make them
the night before so they save you so much time in the mornings and you can easily make them in
different flavors. So easy and yummy. Then we'll make pesto eggs. So first we'll spread some pesto
onto a pan. Then we'll add the eggs and cook on medium heat until the egg whites are set.
You can sprinkle some salt on top if you like. And here are the ready pesto eggs. I like to serve
the pesto eggs with some bread. This time I used gluten-free oat bread. And look at those perfect
yolks. Such a tasty breakfast idea. Next we'll make chia pudding. For the chia pudding we need
four tablespoons of chia seeds, one cup of milk of choice, I used almond milk, one teaspoon of
maple syrup, then you can also add half a teaspoon of vanilla extract or cinnamon for some flavor.
Then we just stir to combine. Then we'll let it sit for about five minutes and then we stir again
to get rid of any clumps. Then we'll let it set in the fridge overnight. The ready chia pudding
should look like this. Then you can add your favorite toppings. I added some peanut butter,
some strawberries, and blueberries. You could use any nut butter you like.
Some crunchy granola would also be a great topping idea. Chia pudding is such a great
breakfast idea because chia seeds are a great source of omega-3s, protein, and fiber.
Next we'll make a three ingredient berry smoothie. This recipe makes two servings so we need half a
cup of frozen strawberries, half a cup of frozen blueberries or bilberries, and one and a half cups
of greek yogurt. I used lactose-free greek yogurt in this. Then we just blend until smooth.
This is a real power smoothie because blueberries and strawberries are high in antioxidants and
natural greek yogurt is high in protein. Look at that beautiful color. Next we'll make chocolate
protein oatmeal in the microwave. We need half a cup of gluten-free oats and one tablespoon
of unsweetened cacao powder, three tablespoons of vegan chocolate protein powder,
one cup of milk of choice. I used almond milk.
And about half a tablespoon of maple syrup. Then we just stir until combined.
Then we'll cook it in a microwave between one and one and a half minutes.
All microwaves are different so I recommend checking it after one minute and stirring
a little bit and then cooking longer if needed. Then you can add your favorite toppings. I added
some shredded coconut, a few sliced strawberries, and a sliced one quarter banana.
This chocolate oatmeal contains over 20 grams of protein so it will definitely keep you full
until lunchtime. Next we'll make a super easy breakfast sandwich. First we'll fry an egg.
I fried three eggs because I also made sandwiches for my boyfriend. Then we need about one quarter
avocado. Then we also need about one quarter of a bell pepper. You could also use tomatoes if you
like. Then we need some cream cheese. I used lactose-free cream cheese in chives flavor.
Then we'll just spread the cream cheese on top of two slices of toasted gluten-free bread. No
need to use gluten-free bread if you are in celiac, intolerant to gluten, or you don't have IBS.
Then we add the rest of the ingredients and there we have it. A super easy and tasty breakfast
sandwich. Lastly we'll make a yogurt bowl. First we're going to add three quarter cup of greek
yogurt into a bowl. I like to use greek yogurt because it's high in protein and it's also super
creamy and yummy. Then we're going to add some crunchy homemade granola on top for some fiber.
I'll add the recipe for the granola to the description box.
Then we can add some berries and fruit on top. I added some strawberries and a half a banana.
And here is the ready yogurt bowl. So quick and delicious. Written recipes for all these
seven breakfasts are in the description box. Enjoy! Thank you so much for watching. If you
