Prime Neymar was Ballon d'Or Level

It's a joy to watch. As a spectator, I enjoy it a lot every time. It's nice to watch. His plasticity, his energy, his effectiveness, his personality. I design a big admirer. A big admirer because I think he helps to make our football better. Three for Red Star. Neymar might do it by himself. He really might. He really has. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant Neymar. Angle created here. But Neymar! Glorious goal. Opportunity to try and find a hat-trick. Well, the look on the face of Boye and the goalkeeper says it all. Fantastic pass from Lo Celso for Neymar. Neymar still, surely. Beautifully done. Lovely presence of mind. Very useful ball indeed towards Neymar. Brilliant touch by Neymar. Brilliant goal. And Paris Saint-Germain in front. Needs to be Neymar. Oh, it's fantastic. Well, he's in the headlines inside 20 minutes. Dispossessed by Benati, though, and high by the hat from Neymar. Brilliant. Quite incredible from the Brazilian. Neymar. Thielemans trying to apply the pressure. Neymar here working against Manso. Oh, brilliant from Neymar and he's kept it in. This is Neymar. It's a great goal. What a strike. Neymar, though. Neymar's shot. Neymar's goal. Magnificent strike. Paris Saint-Germain's pressure pays. For the hat-trick. Neymar. Absolutely wonderful. It didn't seem that Neymar was adjusting his kit. I don't think it was an injury problem. Just taking out his clothing. A trick from him inside his own half. Quite something. Here's Verratti. A little touch by Neymar. Audacious. It's still potentially alive. Oh, what about that from Neymar? Denied. Di Maria. Oh, what a pass from Di Maria. And Neymar! What a finish. Neymar. Twisting, turning, trying to flick the ball through. Still going. Neymar! Brilliant touch by Neymar. Again by the Brazilian. Here's Dani Alves. The most glamorous venue for Neymar today to be showing off his skills. But it's a lovely playing service. Verratti. Oh, what a turn. The roulette from Neymar. Kusawa. And Neymar with a nutmeg on Forrest. Those dancing feet. Neymar still in the penalty area and his shot is only just wide. Neymar for the assist. But what about the ball from Neymar? Off the PSG. Oh! Absolutely wonderful from Neymar. He was right to insist on taking that set-piece. Dani Alves. Chance for Neymar and he scores. Paris Saint-Germain have the lead. 4-0. And Neymar does make it 4-0 with a peach of a free kick. Rafinha. Maradona. Thiago Alcantara. And there goes Neymar again. Neymar with the ball across. What a chance. And PSG have the first goal. Oh, beautifully done. Neymar. ...for him this evening. Back the way to Neymar. Beautiful touch by the Brazilian. Out of trouble. Neymar. Neymar, beautifully done. And again. Skips past Acampos and Anguissa. Kusawa nearby. Oh, lovely from Neymar. Brilliant play. Cavani goes down again. ...the Brazilian. And Paris Saint-Germain can turn defence into attack here. Neymar. Thuram-Bapet. Neymar again. Fabulous goal. Neymar now. Neymar. Jinking past his man, accelerating forward. On the counter. Rabiot. Threads it through. ...in the team when they won the first six games. They drew number seven away. Montpellier. As Neymar sets up the chance. This must be goal number four. Neymar through the wall. And in. And that post avoids. ...games. Here's Neymar into Mbappé. He always had too many options. In came Neymar. 2-0 PSG. You get a little bit of confidence. ...could be the goal for Cavani. And it is the goal for Cavani. The skill goes down. Penalty. Back for Rabiot. The touch. Oh, lovely play, surely. Neymar makes it two. And it is a fantastic goal. Quick exchange. And the chance. And the goal. And he's done it again. Neymar. And it's two. Neymar returning the favour. Neymar. It's not a Brazilian. Allen was trying to stay close. Mbappé with a real chance. ...unity this evening. It's Neymar. With Trent Alexander-Arnold quickly on the scene. Jordan Henderson keen to track him and then Norma takes over. ...quite easily. Good defending. Played in behind now for Cavani, who's onside. And gets it right this time. Edinson Cavani. It's Neymar. Brazilian Neymar. The ex-Barcelona man with some tricks. The Andonze, still going Neymar. This would be one of the goals of the season. Cavani can't beat Koubek and now he's denied by Niannou. Neymar. Getting away from Sarr. Lovely pass. Draxler sticking to the Frenchman but Rabiot's done well. And there it is. Neymar. Back to Neymar for Mbappé. Neymar to shoot. Neymar to score. Paris Saint-Germain seal the points. It's Neymar. And there's his latest goal. We said the third was on its way. Neymar. Risky ball to play. And Neymar could be in. He's not going to miss a chance like that one. Neymar. Great skill. Neymar appealing for a penalty. Neymar still down at the other end. Neymar. Neymar, lovely first touch. Lovely play. Neymar still. Dani Alves. Oh, the cross is over. Neymar. Oh, that's a brilliant ball for Mbappé. Domestic Cup competition but it's a big miss for Marcus Thuram. And less than two minutes later, Neymar has punished him. The reverse pass for Cavani. And the third. Again here this evening. He decides to turn on the style. Neymar. Lack of real squad depth I think at Paris Saint-Germain. Just shook him. Nacho in. And what a turn from Neymar. Again the acceleration. The ball control from Neymar. Pass for Mbappé. It's majestic and it deserved a goal. In the middle, Neymar on the ball again. Certainly found his bojo again. To Neymar. To displace them. I think Monaco have made a promising start when you consider the amount of players they've lost. But this Paris Saint-Germain squad that just looks so strong. Neymar. Once again, same move. This time he gets past Monceau. Di Maria's header. Doubles the lead for trouble here. Neymar. Neymar for two. Surely. And the kill. Di Maria. Champions Trophy. Monceau wins one draw so far. Neymar fouled by Monceau. Neymar. Shot on for Neymar. Decides not to shoot. Instead he sets up Kylian Mbappé. It's Mbappé. It's Neymar with the touchback. Brazilians cross for Cavani. So close. Cavani was away. And here's Moussa Diaby now. Moussa Diaby the touch. Cavani. I have a feeling that they keep playing the same way with that belief. Here's Dani Alves. Surely for three. Neymar. So easy. Young champion Rabiot. And it's a quick response from PSG. PSG we're watching them again here. It could be five. It is five. It's Neymar. PSG have won it back. Here's Neymar. He'll go for goal. And he finds the net. Another goal for the poster boy. How about that for a piece of ball control. Neymar. 1-2 with Mbappé.
