Spring Rolls ~ Gluten Free

Hello! Today we're making spring rolls with peanut sauce.
So start off by peeling your shrimp and make sure to take the tail off.
I have a nice clean piece right here. Next we're going to slice our beef or
you can use pork belly, but now would be a good time as well
to start your noodles.
In an oiled pan over medium-high heat, add in the beef
and season with oyster sauce, seasoning sauce,
and sugar, and then give that a good mix. And we are going to do the same exact
thing with the shrimp. So once that's done, set both of your
meat aside because we are getting ready to roll.
So you're going to take your spring roll wrappers out and soak them in a bowl of
hot water. It doesn't have to be a long soak, just
dip it in there and take off the excess water.
Then start putting in your toppings. So I'm using butter lettuce here
and mint. I was going to use carrots but halfway through
I really just didn't want to finish chopping them.
And then add in your noodles and your meat.
So you're going to start rolling this from the bottom and then
slowly roll it up, tuck in the sides like mid-roll. So it might take you a
couple times, but it's pretty easy.
It should come out looking something like this.
Now for the peanut sauce, this is only three ingredients.
So you're going to put in peanut butter, hoisin sauce,
and water. There are no measurements for this, just eyeball it.
And then put this in the microwave for 30 seconds. Give that a good whisk
and it'll thicken up once it cools. And that's it!
So I hope you guys enjoy this. Bye!
