Mashup: House Republicans oppose CCA-related bill that would link WA's carbon market with CA, Quebec

The Democrats’ regressive carbon tax has driven up the costs of gas and energy in our state. Now they want to link our state’s carbon market to California through Senate Bill 6058. Linking to California’s energy policies is a bad choice for Washington that will make our affordability crisis worse, not better. House Republican members on the House Environment and Energy Committee spoke out in opposition in committee yesterday.
