EAT DESSERT FOR BREAKFAST AND STILL BE HEALTHY ??

This is Episode nineteen of a series called " Oatylicious". In this series, you will find many ideas on how to turn old boring/plain oats into something new and delicious. This is perfect for anyone as these recipes are healthy and easy to make.

These Pb&J oat bars are a game-changer. The key is to not add too much liquid so that they will be super fudgy and soooooooo gooooood!!!

Ingredients:
100 g rolled oats
25 g coconut flour
2 tbsp setvia
50 g peanut butter
70 ml water
160 g berries
2 tbsp stevia
5 g stevia
Optional topping: peanut butter
